nd a half out and Sarah was always quick to communicate anything and everything with us.  Leading up to the big day, Sarah and her team provided us with such amazing details from start to finish that made myself and my husband feel much more confident that everything was going to plan.  The day of was absolutely perfect. Our guests raved about how kind the servers were and, of course, how beautiful the venue was. Our decor was set up perfectly at each table, guests were kindly welcome and the food and drinks were amazing (10/10 recommend the mac & cheese bites at cocktail hour!!)  I would recommend the Arcade to anyone planning their wedding. Having everything taken care of at such a high level of detail was such a wonderful experience. We cannot thank Sarah enough for all that she did. 

romantic lighting, and the historic charm made it feel straight out of a movie. Our guests were in awe the entire night, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for our celebration. Minimal decoration needed as the whole venue is so dreamy. From start to finish, the Hyatt team was phenomenal, and Allison, our venue coordinator, was truly the heart of it all. We worked with her for nearly two years leading up to our wedding, and she made the entire planning process feel effortless. She’s incredibly organized, responsive, and so knowledgeable about every detail of how weddings run at the Hyatt. On our wedding day, everything flowed easily, from setup to cocktail hour to dinner and dancing. The staff was attentive, professional, and warm, making our guests feel taken care of all evening. The food was absolutely delicious, and as someone with a special diet, I was blown away by how thoughtful Allison and the culinary team were in creating a menu I could enjoy. Allison went above and beyond in every way, she answered every question, made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped calm any last-minute nerves. By the time our wedding day arrived, she felt like a friend. We truly could not have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful venue. If you’re considering the Hyatt Regency Cleveland for your wedding, don’t hesitate because it is pure MAGIC!

They will guide you through the wedding planning process- asking all the right questions for decisions you didn’t even know you needed to make!  Having your wedding at the Hyatt makes it as hassle free as possible (planning a wedding IS a hassle!). Everything is in one location and that makes such a difference! Suite for bridal party to get ready, amazing location for photos, your hotel room, ceremony + reception space, all right there! I saved so much time, stress, and expense by deciding to have my wedding at the Hyatt.

From the very beginning, she made everything clear and easy to understand, answered every question (even the small and silly ones!) with patience and care, and she is just a genuinely kind and outstanding person to work with. Allison truly helped make our day so special. We also can’t say enough good things about everyone at the Hyatt. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, caring, and sincerely warm... it made us and our guests feel so welcome and looked after. We received so many compliments from friends and family about the amazing staff, the delicious food, and how beautifully everything came together. The best part? We didn’t have to stress about a single detail on the day... everything was taken care of perfectly thanks to Allison and her team. It allowed us to fully be present and enjoy every moment, and that is priceless. Thank you to Allison and everyone at the Hyatt for helping to create a day we will never forget. She was organized, professional, and regularly communicated with us during the planning process to ensure everything was going according to plan. As someone who prioritized having everything included in a venue, you really can’t beat the packages they offer here. During the wedding weekend, the staff was readily accessible and helped with every want and need. Several of our guests were amazed at how smooth the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flowed, how great the food was, and just the overall experience. Our families are not from Cleveland, so we had a large number of people staying at the venue. Everyone had a great experience staying there, and Sarah and Lillian made the process of increasing our room block easy. We truly cannot say enough positive things about our wedding experience at The Arcade!

photos all in one! The team at the Arcade was outstanding. Sarah and Lillian, our wedding coordinators, did a fantastic job and were very attentive and organized throughout the process. They really pulled through as we only booked the venue about 6 months in advance (we were incredibly lucky to get this date on this short notice!). Beyond that, all of the staff we interacted with - from our servers who saved our uneaten meal and sent it up to our room, to the diligent security guards who helped ensure a nice backdrop for our first look, to the bartender who comforted my wife as she was about to walk down the aisle - everyone was absolutely exceptional. I cannot overstate how beautiful the space was, and it easily accommodated our ~100 person wedding, although it was definitely roomy enough to fit many more with no problem! I would say the value for money was on par with the standard for the Cleveland area. The food was great (we recommend the apricot salad and the beef tenderloin), and as an added bonus, our wedding cake was included and was beautiful. Our wedding at the Arcade was really a dream come true.

The food for the wedding was amazing, as well. Many guests have since told us that it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and we couldn't agree more. Our guests absolutely raved about the hotel. The space was absolutely stunning, and being able to use the 1890 lounge after our reception made the night even more memorable. I would recommend the Arcade to anybody getting married in the Cleveland area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and the people who made our day possible!

erything was thought out, and there were no surprises. The attention to detail when it came to planning provided a smooth process for us to ensure our day was perfect. When the big day did arrive, the Hyatt staff were absolutely wonderful! They were there to help with anything we needed. They set up and decorated the arcade beautifully and their wait staff were amazing. They handle any issues with ease and professionalism. I could seriously not recommend the Arcade enough. It’s a beautiful building and the Hyatt is top notch is making sure your day goes smoothly!

e felt like our wedding night was absolutely everything and more than we hoped for. Our guests were complimenting us all night about the event space, the food, and our DJ. Here’s what we (and our guests) liked most: The classic architecture. Everyone thought it was so cool to party in this place and when the night came and the string lights were lit above the tables and dance floor, it was so cozy and charming. The food. Chef Bob, if I remember his name correctly from our tasting, absolutely killed it with the appetizers during cocktail hour and with the dinner service. We must have gotten 100+ compliments on the mini beef wellingtons alone. Dinner tasted fresh and was flavorful. Certainly NOT dry like a lot of wedding dinners tend to be. The beef short rib was the most popular option chosen amongst our guests (90%) followed by salmon and the gnocchi. It was all so so so good. We were worried about not being able to choose the catering service with this venue, but seriously it was so easy to have it included and turned out great for us and our guests. The event coordinator. Sarah Mgebroff is probably the best wedding coordinator in the world. She is extremely organized, responsive to emails/calls/etc, and accommodating to your needs. Every single one of our vendors let us know that they were impressed about how easy it was to work with her and how easy she made it to set up prior to the ceremony. We had a day where literally nothing went wrong and I’m pretty sure it is because of Sarah. It felt like she really wanted our day to be perfect and she gave it her all to make it happen. There aren’t words to describe how much easier she made our lives. The staff. The event staff were super nice and on their game all night. The guy who served us, Eric Porter, was so attentive and definitely had his shit together. Also, the bars never had a line even though we had a bunch of heavy drinkers invited. The location. People, especially our older relatives, really loved staying at the actual venue. It made travel much simpler and they enjoyed the variety of activities nearby. Here’s a list of our vendors: DJ PJ from Cleveland Music Group (10/10). Perfect DJ with a great taste in music. Our guests were dancing all night and we got a lot of compliments about him. Mayfield Floral (10/10). Our flowers were great and set up perfectly for a good price. Wild Flour Bakery (10/10). Our wedding cake was incredibly tasty and looked awesome. I’m not even joking, some guests had 5 slices. It also comes with the venue. Stellare Strings (10/10). Our string quartet that played during cocktail hour and for our ceremony. I cannot stress enough how cool it was to have them playing with the classic architecture. Guests loved it.

like to thank the amazing staff for bringing our vision to life. The whole team worked hard to ensure that we, and all of our guests, had the best day imaginable. Sarah M was our planner and she was exceptional to work with due to her compassion and great attention to detail. She helped us in ways I'd never have expected. She was always available to answer any questions and provided many recommendations on local vendors. The staff on the day of were all friendly and professional! Shoutout to Chef Steve (the food was phenomenal), Danielle (banquet manager), Chantel (breakfast coordinator and bartender), Lillian, the wait staff, the bartenders, and everyone who had a part in our day! Now, let's focus on the Arcade itself. There is truly no other venue like it. The atrium is stunning, we couldn't have pictured a better spot for our ceremony and reception. There is a huge convenience factor having the hotel attached, especially for out of town guests. The 1890 lounge was perfect for those who wanted to keep the party going. We also hosted a lovely breakfast the next morning at the hotel. We can't stop thinking about our day and are entirely thrilled with how everything turned out. We can't recommend this incredible venue enough!!

The venue is gorgeous, of course, but the food was also wonderful! The only reason for 4 stars is that some elements were more pricey than I think they should have been, so we didn’t have exactly everything we would have liked, but that’s ok (add on beer/liquor options and late night snack). Overall, it is the perfect venue and highly recommend.

It’s truly a one-stop shop that your guests will forever rave about. But let me tell you, the staff is what makes this venue incredible. Our top compliments from our wedding guests were not just about the gorgeous venue but about the food and the wait staff. Our wedding day was seamless and we owe it all to the Hyatt team, led by Sarah and Lillian. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency ensured that every moment flowed flawlessly. We're endlessly grateful for their dedication and for crafting such a memorable and magical day for us. 10 out of 10! Everything you could ask for in a wedding venue!

Sarah checked on us & our families throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed. All of the staff was so welcoming to us and our guests throughout the wedding weekend. All food & beverage is managed in-house - everything was absolutely delicious! Additional rentals (gold chivari chairs, black napkins, etc.) can be ordered through the Arcade. It was so nice not to worry about planning these things on our own! The Arcade is always beautiful, but looked exceptionally magically over the holidays. We highly recommend hosting your event at this beautiful venue!!!

rvice was phenomenal from start to finish--from the day we toured, to our tasting and walk-through in-person, to all correspondence about logistics with Sarah and Lillian along the way, every detail of our rehearsal and wedding events were more than we could've ever asked for. Sarah responded to any question via email within hours and had every single need met and question responded to with warmth and attentiveness. We kept hearing over and over again from our guests how stunning the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how incredible the service was...all night long (and in the month since our day). We could not recommend the Hyatt more highly to anyone considering their event or wedding day here. It was absolutely above expectation in every way, from the selection of the venue to the wedding day, and every day in between.

And as someone who catered weddings for 8+ years I understand that the work isn't easy and there wasn't a moment throughout our wedding day that Hyatt staff didn't exceed expectations of myself or our guests. Truly, from our initial email to the departure from the venue – Sarah and the others at the Hyatt delivered an incredible experience. We are incredibly thankful for that!

The only thing future brides should be aware of is that The Arcade is a public space until the time of your event, so taking pictures around the venue can be a bit difficult due to people in the background. However, a good photographer and great group of bridesmaids can make sure people clear the way!

We picked the venue because it is absolutely beautiful (and the pictures look AMAZING) but the cherry on top was Sarah, Lillian, and the rest of the staff at the Hyatt. The package options are great, and it was such a stress reliever to be able to have many things (catering, getting ready area, tables, SET UP AND TEAR DOWN etc.) bundled into together and taken care of by the venue. The only things I had to think about on my wedding day was letting my hair and makeup artists into the hotel. The Hyatt took care of everything else! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
