The ceremony, held at 4:30 PM in November, felt like a dream come true. The venue's breathtaking location provided extraordinary beach views while maintaining a sense of privacy. The cocktail hour by the beach was a massive hit with our guests, and the butler-passed hors d’oeuvres (especially the bacon-wrapped scallops) were an absolute favorite. The food was, hands down, the best wedding food we’ve ever had—huge portions, five-star quality, and rave reviews from our guests. From the moment we woke up, the Hyatt team treated us like royalty. Champagne was delivered to our room in the morning, and throughout the day, they continuously checked in to ensure we were taken care of. Lizzie went above and beyond, making sure we always had water, food, and anything else we needed to stay comfortable and stress-free. Lizzie and her team were outstanding. They managed every detail seamlessly, ensuring all vendors were coordinated and everyone knew where they needed to be. As the bride, I felt completely stress-free and fully present in the moment. The private first look, with the restaurant closed just for us, was intimate and magical. Erin, another member of their team, went above and beyond to ensure we always had food, drinks, and a private space to relax before the reception. Even after the wedding, their attention to detail continued. Erin helped with the takedown, carefully organizing everything into our boxes. The entire setup and execution were flawless, and every little detail had a place. The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach offered exceptional views, an amazing location, and top-tier service—all at a great price. Many of our guests traveled from out of town, and the hotel made them feel like they were on a luxurious vacation. People often say something always goes wrong at a wedding, but that wasn’t the case for us. Thanks to Lizzie and the entire Hyatt team, our wedding day was truly perfect. We’re so grateful to them for making our dream wedding a reality, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. We’ll definitely be back for anniversary trips for the rest of our lives! The Hyatt credit card we signed up for paid for all of our family rooms for the whole weekend just from earning points on the payments of the wedding, so that was a great bonus. We stayed with many of our guests for the whole weekend (our wedding was on a Friday) to enjoy the beach and local bars, which were all walking distance.

The wedding day was fantastic, and I believe everything went according to plan (and if it didn't they did a great job not letting me know so it wouldn't stress me out or affect my day) Our guests had a great time! Everyone mentioned the food was some of the best wedding food (especially the short rib appetizer). I would recommend the Hyatt!

m so happy that we found and chose this venue, especially being a couple getting married from out of state. The venue itself was gorgeous, clean, it flowed perfectly from space to space, the food was perfect, the staff was wonderful, all around impressive. Our guests commented about how it was the best wedding they've ever been too! With 40 people, i was worried that the spaces would look empty, but everything felt perfect and intimate! We had our ceremony on the Sky Terrace, cocktail hour on the Caladesi, then reception in the Bellair space and everything was awesome! It was really cool for us and our guests to have different experiences throughout the night in the resort. Couldn't recommend them enough and we can't wait to go back and visit!

rt - first this was a destination wedding for us. When we went down for a weekend to look at venues, The Hyatt location is absolutely picturesque. The 16th floor Sky Terrace for a ceremony is absolutely breathtaking, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd floor terrace is the perfect cocktail hour spot for guests to mingle and view the sunset, and adjacent Belleair Room is the perfect reception spot. Guests will NOT need a car because everything is walking distance from the Hyatt (beach, bars, restaurants, marina, shops). The food is the best that any venue on Clearwater Beach has to offer. The guests are still raving over the hor d'oeuvres [key lime marinated gulf shrimp, mini beef wellingtons, bruschetta, conch fritters, and crab cakes] and meals [NY strip steak with cracked mustard demi-glaze, roasted cobia with peppers, and french cut chicken breast with citrus cream all served with honey & dill baby carrots and garlic mashed potatoes]. Our initial venue tour was with Lindsey and she is awesome! She explained all of the venue space options, the amenities for guests, food & drink, and showed us guest room examples and what a great personality. After we booked the venue, our next contact was Lizzie, who delivered above and beyond what I expected; She coordinated the food tasting, was quick to respond to emails that we had, very detailed oriented worker, and just overall the kindest person I have ever met. She knows her job and does it extremely well. When we had to add a couple of guests last minute she made it happen without issue. She gave advice for different vender options, made suggestions for us, and helped us through planning the wedding from out of state. The day of the wedding we had extra flowers that she went ahead and tied them to the ceremony aisle chairs, creating our sweetheart table and putting vases on our memorial table and guestbook table. I cannot praise Lizzie enough, coming from a bride that is very type A, Lizzie hit a home run and the Hyatt is very lucky to have her operating the events coordinating. She was a day of steward too, making sure that people were in place, the ceremony started on time, all the vendors got their parking, were in their places, and had open line of communication. I had 0 worries and everything ran so smoothly. The guests complimented everything about our day. In terms of the other 'stuff', they had in-house centerpieces that we used, found a flower lady basket because I completely forgot, packed our cake up for us and delivered it and extra cake to our room at the end of the night along with all the decor we provided on tables, and dealt with a last minute room reservation change from a guest. The Hyatt is THE best place to have a wedding in Clearwater Beach.
