Hunt Club Farm was a great location for our wedding! It was very rustic and casual while still being elegant and beautiful. The only problem I had was that getting everything dropp...
ed off, no one helped carry things into the office to store. On my fifth trip back to the office carrying a HUGE box, one of the employees then asked me if I wanted a cart. But the coordinator Rhonda is amazing and will make planning everything very simple and easy to make your day exactly what you want. She is the best!
We had a wonderful reception at the Hunt Club! We had with the petting zoo cocktail hour and reception in the big barn! We had hay rides, smores fire, a live band, and cigars. They...
have a little country store on site which was over flowing with mums. You don't really need to decorate because the scenery is the decoration.
They have a lovely pond arena where we took both our engagement and wedding day photos. I loved how the big barn doors and side doors could open so we could be both indoors and outdoors.
I should mention that, right now and for the next two years or so, they are not able to have ceremonies on site but they can do everything else. We had a food truck do our catering (Blackwater BBQ) and it was easy (they do not have a commercial kitchen for use on site). Rhonda will be on it for the day-of too, policing everyone and making sure things go right. She gives you her cell phone number to call if you need anything along the planning journey also.
We had many people tell us that this was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding, which was a wonderful compliment to hear.

dinator, is the most helpful and accommodating person I have ever met. We looked at several venus but HCF has it all. They have wonderful preferred vendors which makes it so easy to have your wedding here. My family and I truly are grateful for Hunt Club and it's staff helping to make our wedding one of a kind!
