I would recommend Hudson’s Edge Catering for any event! They truly made our wedding special and the food was amazing! We worked with Savanna and she helped guide us with ordering the perfect amount of food for our guest count, and even though we had some left overs, I was able to continue to enjoy them tasting just as fresh as they were at our wedding! We still have guests raving about the food! Their team also played a part in making our cookie/dessert table looked amazing too! Their staff is super friendly and down to earth as well. Their pricing is very reasonable too. I will definitely look for any opportunity to work with Hudson’s Edge in the future!

Judy is the heart behind Hudson’s Edge. With more than 35 years of experience in customer service—from banking and law enforcement to restaurant management—she’s built a company grounded in care, quality, and genuine hospitality. Her love for creating beautiful celebrations started long before Hudson’s Edge, helping plan and cook for family weddings that sparked her passion for bringing people together through food. As owner and accounting lead, Judy keeps the business running smoothly while working alongside her son, Bryan, to blend family recipes and creative ideas into every menu. Nearly a decade later, her dedication and warmth continue to shape every event Hudson’s Edge is part of.
Jessi Dunham
General Manager
Jessi has been part of the Hudson’s Edge family for over five years, and there’s hardly a role she hasn’t mastered—from wedding coordinator and bartender to event manager and kitchen helper. Her “all hands on deck” attitude and incredible work ethic have made her an essential part of the team, and in 2024 she was proudly promoted to General Manager. Known for her organization and eye for detail, Jessi keeps every event running seamlessly behind the scenes. She’s the one with the master spreadsheets, color-coded schedules, and calm, collected energy that brings everything together. Whether she’s leading a wedding setup or supporting the kitchen crew, Jessi’s dedication and heart shine through in every celebration.

With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings a fresh perspective and a passion for connecting couples with the perfect catering experience. As our Sales & Marketing Associate and Event Coordinator, Nicole helps grow Hudson’s Edge by building relationships with new venues, managing our website and social media, and coordinating marketing events and styled shoots. She received and sent countless emails back and forth. She worked alongside our venue to miminize multiple planning calls. She was caring, kind, and professional. Truly a wonderful individual to work with. On the day of, we worked with Aaron, Daphne, and team. The services received from HE's on our big day were remarkable. We had so many guests tell us that HE went out of their way to accomodate them in whatever way needed. The food was absolutely incredible, so many guests said that this was "the best wedding food they've ever had." The desserts were phenomenal. The team was meticulous in their work from cooking and plating to delivery and cleanup, everything was seamless. The bar staff was amazing as well. So after attending another tasting, we put our menu together based on the two tastings and our gut feelings for things we wanted and couldn’t/didn’t try. The food at the tastings were good. Hudson’s Edge staff was amazing the day of- after the ceremony, my newly minted wife and I sat down to just take a moment and let the gravity of the situation mellow out and the staff brought us happy hour apps so we could eat in private. My mom is Chinese and was able to bring in spring rolls as appetizers for Hudson Edge to warm up and pass out as apps, which meant a great deal to her to be able to incorporate some of her background into the wedding. Not only does Hudson Edge provide great staff, the food was fenominal. One of our guests owns her own catering company and said, "I have been to countless weddings and this I am not even kidding you, is the best wedding food I have ever had at a wedding."
