Hudson Grey Weddings

d not have imagined my wedding day without her. She was incredibly detail-oriented, easy to work with, and just made my dream become reality. From helping set up my indoor reception in a 2 hour-window, to performing minor surgery on the dance floor for an injured guest (it's a long story LOL), she literally does it all. Thank you Anna for everything<3

ransformed what could have been an overwhelming process into an absolute joy. What sets Anna apart is her remarkable ability to be both a visionary and a detailed executor. She has this incredible talent for taking your scattered Pinterest boards and vague "vibes" and turning them into a cohesive, stunning reality. Throughout our nearly two-year planning journey, Anna was consistently responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Her extensive network of vendors proved invaluable, and she reviewed vendor contracts with our best interests at heart. The week of the wedding, Anna was simply extraordinary. She handled every detail so meticulously that we were actually able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. What truly amazed us was how she managed to be everywhere at once during the wedding day without ever being intrusive. She orchestrated countless moving parts behind the scenes while maintaining such a calm, warm presence that several guests commented on how smoothly everything ran. Perhaps most importantly, Anna truly cared about us as a couple, not just as clients. She took the time to understand our vision, our families, and our priorities. She knew when to offer gentle guidance and when to champion our unique ideas. The personal touches she incorporated throughout the celebration made our wedding feel authentically "us." For couples considering Anna as their wedding planner - book her immediately. She's not just a planner; she's a partner, advocate, problem-solver, and ultimately, someone who will help bring your dream wedding to life while keeping you sane and joyful throughout the process. Our wedding day was absolute perfection, and we owe so much of that to Anna's expertise, dedication, and genuine care. Worth every penny and more. Thank you, Anna, for making our wedding planning journey as special as the day itself.

tion and the moment I handed the reigns to HGW, I was able to fully enjoy the planning process. I opted for coordination versus full planning, and would absolutely hire them for either service again! They also seemed so genuinely happy for my husband and I, as I am sure they are with all of their clients. Words will never express the difference they made for our wedding planning experience! HIRE HGW!

ss-free. Bailey stepped in at the five-week mark, and from our very first meeting, she understood our vision and kept us organized with timelines and checklists tailored to our unique situation. On the wedding day, Bailey ensured everything was perfect. She handled any challenges with grace and made sure we managed to do everything we wanted, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. I also can’t thank Anna enough—she’s the owner, and I was blown away when she stepped in to help. I didn’t realize she would attend every meeting and offer her support, especially since she normally doesn’t cover month-of coordination. Her involvement added so much value, and her creativity truly elevated our experience. We are incredibly grateful for both Bailey and Anna’s hard work and dedication in making our dream wedding come to life. If you’re looking for coordinators, they are truly the best!

r. We loved getting to work with Anna because she has so much experience and knowledge about weddings, venues, and vendors. Anna is also so professional and kind. She was incredibly organized and helped minimize my husband and I’s workload. Anna and her team made our wedding day completely stress free and we were able to relax the entire day. Many of my other friends have had very chaotic weddings and our experience was completely opposite- I can not recommend Hudson Grey Weddings enough! Thank you so much Anna!🤍🤍

lanning off our shoulders so much. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Planning a destination wedding is definitely a different ballgame and takes so much patience working with a different culture and vendor team but she completely rocked it. A planner should make you feel like everything is going to be okay and she is the blueprint for what every couple should seek out in a planner. Choosing HGW is choosing a stress free and STUNNING design. If you’re still reading this, just hire her. You won’t regret it. Xoxo The Comptons

g in a different state that I wasn't super familiar with. I ended up doing a lot of research & came across Anna on Instagram. I knew right away that our style matched up & she checked off every box on my list! Little did I know this would be the best decision I ever made... I took a leap and booked HGW as my planner. She helped me literally every step of the way, from the very beginning to the very end. She recommended venues, vendors, music, places to stay and eat when we came to visit & even cared enough to ask for pictures when I chose my dress(es)! You can really tell she has so much experience and knowledge that she doesn't miss a single thing! I am super organized and good at planning but Anna made the whole wedding planning process seamless & stress-free. Never once did I feel like I forgot something or wasn't prepared. We would have monthly meetings/ check-ins to make sure we stayed on track & I really felt like we got to know one another & become friends. She got to understand my aesthetic & vision on such a deep level that I trusted her completely & knew I would love anything she would recommend. On the day of my wedding she quite literally kept the wedding setup & production flowing perfectly. When I let the nerves get the best of me and needed a few minutes just to slow down and have some water and a snack- she had already planned for enough time to allow that! It seriously made me feel like she had thought of everything. Even later that night when I tripped on stage during the bouquet toss & could have had a nasty fall- she came out of nowhere & caught me (picture included lol)! She made sure every plate, napkin & menu were in perfect position & helped me change into each dress & even helped with bustling them. The hardest part of everything is once your wedding is over, it's sad not talking to her so regularly! I can honestly say my wedding would not have been a fraction of what it was without her. From the moment I met Anna she was personable, professional and kind. Her & her husband make the best team & I could never recommend her enough! So don't screw this one up... I promise, this will be the best decision you ever make!

om Arizona, I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area and had to plan most of my wedding remotely. From the day we partnered with Anna, she gave us a schedule and vendor guidance and seamlessly booked everything. In addition to her unreal organizational skills, Anna has incredible taste and knows how to create a beautiful event. If you look at Hudson Grey's Instagram page, you can see that all the events, although different in theme, encompass the same charm, sophistication, and stylistic synergy. Anna is superb at making your vision a reality and ensuring that all the details match and there is a flow between all your choices, from flowers to furniture to signage. I have seen a lot of other planners who select beautiful flowers, great furniture, etc., but they seem to lack the same eye as Anna, who ensures everything fits seamlessly together. Anna also gave me advice on where to spend money and where I should save. Anna worked diligently around my budget and would provide me feedback if she felt a vendor quote was too high, or a particular item was not worth the expense. It felt great knowing that Anna was mindful of how expensive weddings can be and was someone I could go to/trust with advice on expenses. We had a seamless wedding day. Everything was perfect—so perfect that the Royal Palms has asked to use our wedding for their marketing materials. If anything went wrong, Anna did an amazing job of ensuring I had ZERO idea. Overall, I cannot recommend Anna more. She is easily the best planner option in AZ (I would know.. I interviewed them all lol). She cares for her clients and flawlessly executes from a pricing, advice, style, and planning perspective.

he helped us with every single step of the way. Her attention to detail, communication throughout the process and attentiveness to us as a couple never went unnoticed. I wish I could do this process all over again with her! On the day of my wedding, she made sure everything was absolutely perfect and beyond my expectations. Do yourself a favor and book her!

come your therapist when things get crazy or go unplanned, and will help create a stress-free wedding weekend for you with her organization and preferred vendors. She is such a wonderful human being and reminds you what is really important on wedding day. She becomes your friend throughout the process and will truly make your vision come to life. My husband and I can't say enough how much we love Anna and Hudson Grey and how lucky we feel to have had her by our side on our special day and weekend!

rally took every vibe, idea, and inspo I had in my head and turned it into a real life wedding. Not only was the design everything and more but the day ran without one flaw. She gave the best professional guidance and vendor recommendations so we didn’t have to spend time doing research ourselves. On a personal level we just absolutely loved working with her. She has the best energy and made the whole experience easy, stress free, and fun. Something really important to consider when hiring a planner is if that planner is a single person and source for your entire planning process, design, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site for wedding day. With Hudson Grey Wedding you get 100% Anna. I think that this is such an undervalued and unique experience you don’t realize you want/need until you’re in it. I truly believe this is why everything went so flawlessly. Anna was always the point of contact for my vendors, she knows all of the design details, timeline, etc. There was just no room for miscommunication or error because she owns every from begin to end. We had friends and family come up to us complimenting our planners timing and execution on the not only the design, but the prompt ceremony start time, all the way to our first dance happening as the sun was setting. It was just perfect. Your wedding will be one of the most important days of your life. Don't trust it with just anyone. Trust it with Anna!!

a really took the time in the beginning to get to know me and what I liked/didn’t like. From there she created many vision and mood boards and ultimately helped (when I say helped, she pretty much did the entire thing and I just said yes or no 😂) create the most beautiful day of our lives!!! We had multiple guests say that this was the most organized, beautiful, and well put together wedding they had ever been to. I couldn’t agree more with that statement. She made everything so stress free. Especially wedding day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and there wasn’t one moment where I felt stressed or overwhelmed that day and I have Anna to thank for that!! There are so many amazing things I could say about her and this company but if there’s anything to take from this review is hire Anna for your wedding and you won’t be disappointed!!!

and when I tell you she won my dad over in less than 5 minutes..... I was shocked and knew she was the one I wanted to plan this with. She is fantastic with logistics, timelines, PARENTS, and budgets. She is also realistic and is not going to lead you in the wrong direction with ANYTHING. From venue price negotiation to spray tan armpit emergency, she never missed a beat. She takes the stress out of wedding planning so you can enjoy the fun parts of the process. I had an idea I shared with Anna for my wedding favors that had never been done before and was probably not in budget or feasible. A day later, Anna had found a vendor with a feasible budget. She is a wedding planner superwoman? She is so impressive. Not to mention the actual day. I didn't have a single hiccup my whole wedding day.... It is a day that wouldn't have been nearly as beautiful and as seamless without Anna and her vendors. The vendors she recommended were all incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this business and who represents it. I wish I could have a Hudson Grey Wedding every month of my life. Best experience and the best investment we ever made.

transparent opinion to decision making and is incredibly detail oriented. Her relationship with vendors in the Scottsdale area was second to none. She always was willing to think outside the box and creatively problem solve issues big or small. Not to mention, she has incredible taste, deep expertise in the entire flow of the wedding day and goes the extra mile to make your dreams a reality. Anna and her team worked across 4 days worth of events for my husband and I and absolutely nailed each and every single event! Our guests raved about the guest experience and all of the details that Anna & team brought to life! Additionally, Anna did the most amazing job project managing the entire wedding. Not only supporting my husband and myself, but was so amazing working with my mom, answering her questions and making her feel like part of the journey. One thing many people don't consider when booking a wedding planner is how much time you will spend with the planner on the day. Let me tell you, if you are lucky enough to work with Anna, your wedding day will be immensely better! She was there with a smile from day to night, snapping behind the scene pics, and ensuring you and your husband have the most magical experience possible. She brings so much positivity not only to your wedding planning experience, but to the day - she is in a league of her own!

ng. She is extremely organized, professional, efficient, kind and just so cool. She made sure that I was taken care of on my wedding day and I was able to feel like a guest at my own wedding. She helped make my wedding day the best day of my life. If you don’t book Anna, what are you doing?!

ned from beginning to end. Working with them, the planning process was easy and streamlined. My fiancé and I were doing long distance at the time and she coordinated multiple time zones and zoom calls effortlessly! I am not a "type A" bride or the most organized person and Anna was my "Bride Brain" for the last year and a quarter. She made vendor selection easy, fun, and I loved how creative she is! I never felt pushed into making a decision I didn't want to but I loved that she came to the table with an opinion about what she recommends and why. In my experience half the point of using planner is getting their design expertise and their artistic effort. Anna took my idea of "romantic garden" and ran with it. Day of was no exception to her incredible level of service. I did not worry or have any concerns on our wedding day, I just had fun!! She made everything happen behind the scenes and all my wedding party just talked about how great it was to relax and take in the day. A favorite memory was her making sure we prioritized being together for the reception, halfway through telling us "you guys stay together for the rest of the night!" It was a great reminder especially when we're being pulled in different directions by friends and family and we did!! Hudson Grey Weddings is worth every penny. One final word of advice to my fellow brides: trust Anna! She has impeccable taste, your budget AND your best interest at heart. She will not steer you wrong.

wedding day. Anna has an incredible list of recommended vendors and solutions to anything that might come up. She's worth the money 10x over!

ly want by your side on wedding day. I couldn’t believe how organized, courteous and professional they were. Hudson Grey Weddings and Anna, specifically, went above and beyond what was needed and the entire experience for the friends and family was beyond excellent. This was the VIP 10 star service that you would expect in the luxurious world of Scottsdale Arizona. I would highly highly recommend Anna to anyone I meet from here forward. I’ve never seen such a calm collected team execute a wedding with not a single hitch. They made sure everyone was comfortable the whole time, ensuring the bridge and groom had a wonderful experience. Couldn’t have asked for a more opulent 5 star treatment. This wedding experience with Hudson Grey Weddings was exceptional! Must hire!

ne during our consultation call, she worked tirelessly to help us put together our dream wedding. Anna was always responsive when we reached out with questions, and she kept us on schedule to get everything done and eliminate stress in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Anna saved me countless hours researching each vendor we hired, she had an incredible recommendation for each type of vendor we wanted, and she handled all of the communications with them. We loved everyone we worked with to bring our wedding to life! Hudson Grey Weddings is everything we were hoping for in a wedding planner, and more!

arted refining our vision and made incredible suggestions. We were able to meet with her several times on-site and virtually to nail down every detail. We had a unique venue so it was like she was a destination wedding planner. Luckily, Anna has a wide network of fantastic vendors and helped us make careful decisions about where to spend our budget. She helped keep us on track the whole time and made the process stress free (as possible lol). Anna is the best wedding planner from making our vision board come to life, to jumping in wherever she’s needed - creating our wedding table plan, suggestions on wedding seating plan, and wedding set up. You will not find someone more vested into making your special day a dream come true. Hudson Grey Weddings is the best wedding planner service you will find!

had a very long engagement of 2 years and Anna was there every step of the way. Anna made our vision come into life and without her I don't think I could have had my dream wedding. Anna was also very good about spending our money in ways that mattered and would honestly be memorable. I cant recommend her enough, her work ethic and passion for her job doesn't go unnoticed. Hire her!!!

people who helped make the day MAGICAL. We had so many compliments about her during and after our wedding due to the flawless execution. Thank you Anna for such a wonderful event!

he start, is present at every single decision along the way, and transforms your wishes into the dream wedding you wanted. She respects your vision and knows when it's appropriate to voice her own opinion (and is always right). From a planning standpoint, Anna is strong, fair, completely transparent, and the best communicator. On your wedding day, she's got it all covered and directs the symphony of vendors like an orchestral conductor. You can rest assured that Anna will handle any hiccups along the way without any stress on your part. Anna advocates for her clients and will make you feel like the only bride/groom on her calendar. Anna has the best personality for the job-- a unique ability to blend her creativity and style with her innate attention to detail and open mindedness. She's flexible yet decisive. She follows through on everything and can handle anything. There is no one better suited for this role than Hudson Grey Weddings. Once again, stop your search and hire her immediately before her another client books your weekend!

n wedding dream a reality - and believe me, that wasn't an easy task. AND she managed to plan everything without a single in person meeting. I'm based in Atlanta and my wedding was in Saint Lucia - By the time we met in Saint Lucia, I felt like Anna and I had been lifelong friends. She took my million crazy ideas and refined them down to create the perfect vision. She steered me in the right direction at every turn - telling me when to scale things up AND when to scale them down. Any event Anna puts on is going to be absolutely beautiful, flawlessly planned & executed. Anna doesn't only bring herself, but an incredible team of vendors - rest assured you'll get the best of the best! She connected me with the most incredible photographer and videography team, helped me sift through dozens of hair and makeup personnel and spoke to tons of vendors in across the states and the carribean. If you're going to trust the most important event of your life to anyone - trust Anna. Anna, thank you for making my dream wedding a reality. You are absolutely incredible and I'll love you forever ❤️

go into my wedding day with ZERO stress; I knew she would not let us fail on our wedding day. Day of she also had her amazing colleague Bailey there who was always 5 steps ahead of us if we needed anything. They both were available and ready to help whenever we needed. Anna had every detail in mind, gave me guidance and suggestions without being overbearing. My only regret was not hiring Anna for the whole wedding process! Thank you again!

st at your own wedding. She’s ridiculously organized, detail oriented, truth worthy, and somehow always gets a yes from a vendor when they have already told you no 10 times. Leading up to our wedding, there were countless issues with vendors, that I am sure to this day I still don’t know about. (thank you) It’s really important as a bride to connect with your planner, you spend a lot of time with this person leading up to your wedding. Your planner is literally by your side the entire day. Anna felt like part of our bridal party, everyone loved her but respected her “executive presence,” as my husband says. Anna will put you in your place when you need it, if you need it (admittedly, I did and thank god for her). But she will make all of your dreams come true, no challenge is too big for her to figure out. I would do anything to go back and plan my wedding over again to get to spend more time with Anna. I have NO doubt she is going to be known far outside of AZ as one of the best wedding planners in the game. Anna, you are so special. Thank you. I will be grateful for you forever.

GOD we did. We had talked to a few other planners, but after our initial call with Anna it was an absolute no brainer to go with her. Right off the bat you could tell she's incredibly professional, experienced, smart, connected, organized, a bad ass, and she just gets it. We had a backyard wedding so there was a TON that needed to be planned & coordinated, and my husband and I can't make decisions to save our life, so we basically gave her the reigns and it was hands-down the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (definitely not biased). But seriously - she has an amazing eye for design and was able to (with very little help from us) understand exactly what we wanted and nail it. It was elevated, warm, whimsical, and edgy all at the same time, and everything went off without a hitch. Anna even taught us how to smoke cigars LOL - she's the best!!!

r wedding would have been as perfect as it was if it wasn’t for them.

work and a lot of planning but Anna makes sure that every last detail is absolutely seamless. She has connections, she has spreadsheets, she has the drive, passion and love to make sure your day is perfect. On my wedding day, it rained...hard. When we knew this was going to happen the DAY BEFORE the wedding, she called me in the morning and said "I have already called 5 stores and am driving to Ikea now to purchase all the umbrellas they have." She truly goes above and beyond and you will not be disappointed. We worked together for almost 2 years and every time we talked (which was weekly and sometimes daily), she was always so on top of it, so helpful, so calm and so organized. Anna is not just the best wedding planner I think ever... but truly has become a great friend now and we will forever cherish her hard work, knowledge, respect and friendship forever. Thanks to Anna, our wedding was the best day of our lives and would not have been the same without her.

t her. She is so sweet, an absolute pleasure to work with, is detail oriented, organized, creative, has incredible communication skills, is resourceful, and the list goes on and on. She thinks of everything, I seriously don’t know what we would have done without her. Beyond everything leading up to the wedding, Anna was seriously Superwoman on our wedding day. She was beyond prepared, had everything you could possibly need throughout the night, and everything was seamless thanks to her. I can’t recommend Anna enough and have already recommended her to friends who are engaged! Everyone needs Anna when planning their wedding!! Thank you Anna and your wonderful team for making our wedding the most incredible night of our lives!

tos and videos represent just a small fraction of who she is and the talent and passion she possesses. She oversees each wedding with grace and confidence. Anna is a joy to work with; I can only imagine what a pleasure it would have been to have her manage my special day.

usband and I are budget savvy, and after a failed French destination wedding (covid ugh) we booked Anna for day of wedding coordination. We had spent our budget on planning with another planner in France, and honestly my biggest regret from my wedding is not getting Anna for full service. I wish we did our whole journey with her instead of only the 3 months or so beforehand. Why she's awesome: 1. She has the vision. She can see a space, hear an idea, see a color and immediately have your exact thoughts or inklings and make it come to life. 2. She goes the extra mile. And then some. We wanted to rent brass taper candle holders only from a rental company, but they didn't really justify a delivery and service fee. Anna offered, without us asking, to pick them up and drop them off before and after the wedding. She also picked up our loose florals from our florist for details photos. 3 extra stops she did not need to make just to make sure our day was perfect and we weren’t paying extra for silly things. 3. If you have a bad situation with a vendor, which unfortunately happened to us, she's the one you want by your side. We had a situation with our venue, and I literally witnessed Anna try 8 different ways to approach a ridiculous situation with our venue director to resolve it professionally and respectfully. She made me feel like I was important and in charge when the venue director made me feel belittled and small. I cannot speak enough for her character. 4. She keeps it real. There's no fuss, no extra charge for something silly. Just true, passion for weddings and genuine interest in making sure you have your best possible day. I think she just genuinely loves witnessing the love and joy shared on a wedding day, especially after getting to know the couples through planning. 5. Communication & response time is incredible. She is not a planner that won't answer you for 2-5 days and put an OOO on because it's 2022 and the busiest wedding season ever - she makes it happen. She emails, texts, and calls when appropriate and quickly. By the way, have I mentioned her radio-worthy honey voice? You will immediately feel more relaxed after a phone call with her. 6. Our entire friends and family kept telling us how amazing Anna is after the wedding. Specifically, my mom, who thought it wasn’t smart to have a planner, said to me, "Wow. You were right. We really needed Anna today. She has been so helpful and helped relieve lots of my stress too." 7. She catered her services to our needs. Like I mentioned before, my husband and I were budget savvy, because we didn't have the typical budget you might expect for a super fancy country club wedding. Anna knew that and provided some amazing options for decor for us when she knew we couldn't spend $5k+ on rentals alone. I have caviar taste on a costco budget, and I felt like my wedding was stellar. Thank you Anna for everything you did for us. You are truly amazing at what you do, and I hope you know how much you impacted not just our wedding day, but the entire wedding preparation journey. We’re so happy we chose you, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

ect, orchestrate, supervise, and feed you lines when you get performance anxiety. I would have been lost wandering the venue without her, for real - she was there by our side all day telling us where to go, where to stand, what to do, what to say. I have zero experience with weddings / wedding customs but working with her felt so natural, like your BFF is there guiding you through the process - se is just so cool, sweet, funny, and relatable/lovable. I'm so glad we found her, she really made the everything so seamless. Our wedding was a bit unusual in that we wanted everything kind of retro and different/unique and she knew just the vendors to use to make our "dream come true," everything was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't have known where to look for some of the things I wanted without her help, she just knows everything! I'm pretty sure she was able to get us some sweet deals as well - the perks of hiring a wedding planner! If you're on the fence, do it, it will save costs in the long run and make your event so much easier. And choose Anna - but move quick because she's in high demand! Thank you, Anna!

be and keeps the entire processing moving along so your big day is perfect. We have very few hiccups as the days was all so well planned out but anything that did come up was quickly addressed and resolved. She has experience and can provide greats advice you will never think of. If you want to enjoy the planning process HIRE ANNA! She will take care of you so you will get to enjoy the best day of your life :) If there was only one vender I could give the MVP award to it would her. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't say it enough :)

eck the boxes of your must haves, and then commit to a year relationship once you find "the one. " I knew Anna was the wedding planner for me as soon as I met her, and I chose her after meeting with many others (at least 10!) I'm a type A person/bride. So finding a planner that I could trust to work towards a shared vision and take the burden off of me was huge. Anna did that and then some. If I was trying to describe something I wanted, but couldn't quite put it into words, Anna knew exactly what I meant and could bring that vision to life. Anna is not only a meticulous planner who comes with so much knowledge and advice about all things weddings, but she also became so much more for me. She was my hype woman when I had doubts , my confidant talking me down from wedding stressors, my protector when she was keeping everyone in line on wedding day, my straight shooter cutting through any external nonsense, and most importantly, my friend. We shared so many laughs throughout the process, and all the while Anna made sure my dream wedding came to life. Trust me when I say you need a planner, and more importantly, you need an Anna! I was not stressed out at all the entire week of my wedding because I knew Anna was on it and had our best interests in mind. She really goes above and beyond; she even deals with difficult vendors and intercepts bad news and takes care of problems before you even know a problem exists! My wedding day was the most important day of my and my husband's lives to date and I am so happy we entrusted it to Anna. She also treated our day as the most important, and I honestly do not believe our wedding would have been everything it was without her. My husband while not as involved as Anna and I were with planning, also raves about her to this day. We love Anna and you will too!

Wedding team. I was referred to Anna by a friend of mine, and immediately after our first phone call I knew it was the best fit. After booking her, I passed along her name to a few other brides because I was continually impressed. Anna's attention to detail, calming presence, and knowledge of the industry was so comforting and so helpful along every step of the way. She made herself available for countless phone calls, texts, vendor discussions, etc... by the end of our journey I truly do consider Anna a friend of mine, and one that I'm lucky to know! Not only did I, as the bride, have the best experience, but multiple family members were highly complimentary of Anna's services as well. Between my maid of honor, Mother, Step-Mother, and other bridesmaids, everyone took notice of how above and beyond Anna & her team went to make sure no detail was left untouched! I could go on and on with a glowing review of Anna and Hudson Grey, but the bottom line is - look no further, Anna is the best of the best and you won't be disappointed :) xoxo

ng to her with our concerns or stresses. She truly made this whole (lets be honest a little crazy at times) wedding planning a joy. From our first meeting to our wedding day, everything was an absolute dream and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without Anna. I cant recommend Hudson Grey Weddings enough!

quotes from over 6 different Arizona wedding planners but Anna was by far the most qualified and sincere person we spoke with. We opted into the full planning option as that's what worked best for us and it was 100% worth it! She made sure we were always on track and ahead of schedule! This definitely came in handy as our wedding was 1/22/22 and were competing with a lot of other couples for venues & vendors post the first Covid surge. We cannot thank Anna enough and we recommend her services to anyone!

s one of my best friends every time we spoke! She went above and beyond for us and I am just amazed by her!!! I still can’t figure out how every time I said her name she just appeared! Anna was outstanding!!! Hudson Grey Weddings made our day extra magical and I really really appreciate how she handled everything and was so on top of things. Because of Anna I really just got to sit back and enjoy my day! The whole event was a dream come true!!!!!! Stop your search now. Anna is the MOST outstanding wedding planner ever. She is so kind, smart, and just a wonderful human. I wish we could get married 100 more times and have her with us every step of the way! We love Hudson Grey Weddings!!

completely defeated and disappointed when we were forced to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. Anna was always there to listen to our frustrations and remained positive, reminding us that we would be able to have exactly the day we wanted. She takes all the stress and worries of wedding planning and executes them in such a flawless manner. We cannot say enough good things about Anna. She will help you make your wedding dream a reality, no matter what that is.

and beyond our expectations for our wedding day plus met with us every step of the way to help us plan . She is the most thoughtful and detailed planner and literally made sure our day went off without a hitch. She is also so responsive and was so quick on getting back to me on any question or idea I had . Our guests and bridal party could not stop raving on what an amazing job she did and how organized and on schedule we were the entire day. She also helped us find all of our vendors that we hired for our big day and they were literally the ATeam. She has a ton of connections and knows exactly who you need to hire to make your vision come to life. She coordinated with all of my vendors and sent them all the timeline so everyone was prepared and knew what to except for the day. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone who needs a planner or coordinator for their big day. TRUST ME YOU NEED HER.

eat advice for small details when I wasn’t sure what to do. If you are looking for a planner, don’t hesitate to book with Hudson Grey! Could not recommend her more.

nation wedding a breeze from constantly having FaceTime calls and answering emails/ text messages quickly. From the first conversation I had with Anna it was obvious she was an expert in the wedding industry and I knew I needed to have her as our wedding planner. Another amazing quality about Anna is that throughout our time working with her she was never afraid to stand up for us, whether it be to demanding family members or vendors. Anna made our day absolutely perfect and she was so much fun to work with along the way. We miss working with her tremendously so do yourself a favor and hire Hudson Grey Weddings ASAP!

ponses, and her damage control when things get a little crazy. Anna spent extensive time with my fiancee and I on the phone, on zoom meetings, face time, texts, emails, etc. No idea was left unheard and if I was struggling to define my vision or channel my creativity, she was right there - helping me bring it to life. Anna is the best in Arizona, and quite possibly the whole world. She handled demanding family members (mothers) with grace, kept our wild wedding party in line, and helped calm my nerves in the months leading up to and the day of our wedding. HIRE HER - the only regret you'll have is that you didn't reach out to her sooner!

like any other planning service in that they are ever-present on the day of (Anna is willing/ready to handle any task that you ask of her very quickly) and I write this for the sole purpose of hoping that future brides don't do themselves a disservice by trusting anyone other than Hudson Grey Weddings to coordinate their event. 10/10!
