We held our September wedding this year, and it was the best decision we could have made. Steven and Janet were all so accommodating throughout our planning process, and Kai made sure we had everything we needed for us and our guests throughout our stay. Because this was a destination wedding for us, accommodations for us, our family, and our wedding party were pretty important to keep an eye out for. We were so comfortable in our rooms, even with 22 people staying on site, and everything was kept in pristine condition. We got so many compliments on the venue from our guests, and the whole Hudson Bend Team ensured we had a lovely weekend on-site.

Set on five private acres just 20 miles from downtown Austin, Hudson Bend Ranch offers a rustic yet lush setting for an unforgettable wedding weekend with on-site lodging. We offer four customizable wedding packages, both single-day and multi-day, designed for up to 175 guests. All packages include access to our celebration spaces, with multi-day options featuring two nights of on-site accommodations. Venue highlights include courtyards and gardens, a tree-canopied lawn, two rustic barns, a string-lit meadow, two wedding suites, and two on-site bars. Overnight lodging accommodates up to 24 guests across a ranch house, guest house, and two Airstream trailers.

Hello! Our family has been the stewards of Hudson Bend Ranch for the past 25 years. It is home to many species of wildlife, tons of wildflowers, and 150 year old oak trees. We are non toxic and respect nature's beauty by using sound environmental principals. As a family owned and operated venue, we can't wait to welcome you to our cherished ranch.

Our families came in from Odessa, Houston, Los Angeles and San Diego so we wanted an AirBnB that could double up for an outdoor ceremony… this was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more! There’s so much greenery, it felt so magical being there. We made so many great memories here aside from our wedding day. Janet and Steven are wonderful, diligent and good people. edding largely from afar. After seeing photographs of Hudson Bend online, we fell in love and knew it was the right setting for the destination wedding we were envisioning. Our celebration took place in June 2022. It was a truly magical experience. It's hard to describe in words how serene Hudson Bend is. There is something so intimate, beautiful, sublime, and unassumingly dignified about the gardens and grounds of this sanctuary. One of our guests literally commented: "It's ethereal here." The gardens are so lovingly curated and well-taken care of yet maintain an authentic, natural essence that allows it to serve as a sanctuary for songbirds and hummingbirds. On the morning of my wedding, I sipped coffee while watching the hummingbirds feed! What a gift. Steven, the owner, is the hardest working venue owner I could imagine. He is incredibly patient, helpful, a problem solver, and clearly had our best interests in mind every step of the way in planning. We had to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic and travel-related constraints. Steven was extremely patient and accommodating to our multiple delays and rescheduling requests, never making us feel rushed while we tried to find a date that would work for our busy schedules as the bride and groom and that of our loved ones who were traveling from across the country and internationally. He was extremely responsive--always answering our spontaneous calls and texts. More than that, he went above and beyond in helping us set up for our event. He literally broke a sweat for us, helping move items that we needed set up in different places around the grounds. On a few occasions, he communicated with our vendors on our behalf and helped them with their set up (averting a vendor cancellation). We are so grateful to him for being such a calming presence, so patient and understanding, and for being someone we could trust. He truly was like a friend rather than just a vendor. I highly recommend Hudson Bend Ranch as your wedding venue. We hope to travel back one day to once again enjoy the serenity of this beautiful place

ur Wedding. We rented the space for 4 days. With only 40 guests, including ourselves, we wanted to make it feel as intimate as possible. This venue gave us just that! It also gave us the flexibility to do with the space whatever we envisioned for our big day. Steven was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating from the beginning. We would highly recommend this place, not only for a wedding, but for a family reunion or getaway.

Steven, the property manager, was the perfect host and was in constant contact with us before we arrived and made sure that we had everything we needed when we arrived. There are so many beautiful locations on the property to do the ceremony and we held the small reception outdoors after the ceremony was over. We cannot say enough good things about HBR and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a very high quality venue to give it a shot.

Steven, the property owner, was very helpful, friendly, professional, and caring from the start in helping my fiance and I plan our dream wedding. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel our wedding plans and Steven was understanding of our situation and timely in processing our full refund. Hudson Bend Ranch is one of, if not, the most beautiful venues in Austin, Texas. My fiance and I consider Hudson Bend Ranch to be one of our favorite places in all of Austin. I highly recommend Hudson Bend Ranch to anyone!

Unfortunately, some things have happened with Covid and we have decided to not go the route we attended with Hudson Bend. Steven was kind and understanding, and flexible with the refund. se of the current Covid-19 climate. Having said that, I still needed to leave a review because of how great Steven was. My fiancee and I booked the place for three nights of lodging for our families, with our wedding reception and ceremony to take place on one of those days. Steven truly cares about your special day and is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We went to the venue a couple of times to plan and coordinate, and everything about this place and Steven just was a great fit. There was nothing to stress about here. I hope to one day book this place again and have a nice relaxing weekend with family on the property. This is a first class venue for your wedding, do yourself a favor and check it out.

unds were beautiful and the owner Steven couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. It was only a few miles from my house but I felt like I was in a garden paradise. The grotto like bath is one of a kind. The price was very reasonable and we were able to bring our own food and drink. I highly recommend this venue. You can visit before booking. We will definitely be back for future family gatherings.

feel like you’re in the secluded wilderness. The main house is beautifully constructed and blends seamlessly into the surrounding trees with thoughtful, wild landscaping. It’s expansive and accommodated my large group of guests perfectly with plenty of room to relax indoors and outside. The front porch and courtyard was a beautiful place for us, protected by the sun in the daytime and picturesque in the warm evening with all of the string lights. The barn was adorable and felt like a nice change of location from the main house and guest house. Overall, the entire ranch has outstanding accommodations for all types of groups and provides a gorgeous backdrop and ambiance hosting guests.

wedding or just have the wedding party there and have everyone else out for the wedding. The mornings were beautiful with birds chirping and the smell of jasmine. The grounds are lush and green this time of year, can't wait to see the photographers photos. The casaita was secluded and separate and was the perfect place for the ladies to get ready the day of the wedding. We are looking at having a family reunion here next year we loved it so much! Don't think twice about having your event here!
