We loved serving alongside the entire team at H&R Ranch in Terrell! As a vendor, you appreciate a venue where the hospitality extends to everyone helping bring an event to life. Owner Zach’s kindness stood out immediately, and event coordinator Kendra was such a pleasure to work with—approachable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Hearing the story of how they came into ownership of the ranch made us appreciate the property even more. If you get the chance, ask them about it! They’ve made so many beautiful upgrades, and you can see the care and heart they’re pouring into this place. If you’re looking for a wedding or event venue, H&R Ranch deserves a visit. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about HR Ranch!!! We had our wedding here on October 10th 2026, and it was everything we dreamed of and MORE! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The venue itself is STUNNING, but what truly makes HR Ranch so special is the people behind it… the ENTIRE team! They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we envisioned. Every detail came together beautifully, and we genuinely could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate the best day of our lives. Our wedding was truly unforgettable, and we are still hearing from our guests about how beautiful the venue was!! If you’re considering HR Ranch for your wedding, DO IT!!! I would choose this venue a thousand times over. - The Hubbard’s!

venue fit my fiancé and I so perfectly, from its barndominium style to the indoor vibes when you walk in, not to mention the surroundings of the venue give picture perfect aesthetics. Our experience with the owners and their staff was amazing, they are so down to earth and there for you for any questions you have through the process and through the wedding day. We just got married on 12/14/24 and the entire day was absolutely magical at this venue.

The booking process and options available are flexible and packed with value. Whatever concerns were brought up they were quick to come up with a solution. I am personally beyond thankful for everything HR Ranch has done for us. Thank you for the perfect venue, perfect wedding reception, and unforgettable memories! Their decor closet had a variety of standout pieces that were all made available to us with the package. This really helped liven up every corner of the space! Last thing to note the place lights up beautifully at night! Their two indoor areas are wonderful on a hot or cold day and at night the center dance floor area is just all you could ask for. She handled every detail and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. At the end of the night, I was honestly dreading the breakdown and cleanup before we could leave. But when we walked into the barndominium, Kendra had already taken care of everything—everything was neatly packed and ready in boxes for us to load up. There was nothing left for us to do but head home after such a beautiful, eventful day. The venue itself is stunning, and the staff is incredible.
