icture of what i wanted it to look like and was told that they had what was needed and the bouquet could be made. I paid $162 for the bouquet and when i went to pick it up on the day of my pictures it was NOW WHERE NEAR WHAT I ASKED FOR!!! I called to ask what happened and was told that the succulents(which were the main things we talked about putting in the bouquet) had to be ordered and didn't make it in time so they just did with what they had....... Worst customer service EVER, worst florist experience EVER, i will NOT EVER GO BACK, and i don't advise anyone else to either!
