The wedding planner went on vacation and there was no more communication between myself and staff. They abandoned me!! On my wedding day security wouldn't let the decoration in to ...do last min changes, so she didn't make them . She said the staff said they would make the changes and they didn't. Security wouldn't let the dj in, he had to fight for an hour to get in. While I was getting my hair fixed I Had 2 stressful conversations with security before they finally let him in. He was so annoyed, he almost left. The green beans taste like they came straight from a can. The bartender was the worst, he didn't follow the directions in our contract and overcharged me by hundreds of dollars!! There were two amazing guys that made my reception decent and I probably would have cried if they weren't there!
