I grew up in the Milwaukee area and began my hospitality career in Washington, DC in 2015. Over the past seven years, I’ve gained experience across several departments—including front desk, food & beverage, and sales—which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how to deliver memorable guest experiences.
I have two years of experience as a Catering Sales Manager, where I’m able to combine my love for customer service with the competitive, creative world of sales. I love helping clients bring their vision to life with exceptional service and attention to detail.

Brand spanking new. Everything is pristine. The pool is huge for a hotel pool (comparable to like an Embassy Suites). The rooms have a full kitchenette and I can’t emphasize enough how clean it is.

ying. Two, we were there five days in total. As I understand it from signage, housekeeping is provided every other day. In our case it was once for the entire week. Every morning we were out by 11:00 at latest, and passed right by the cleaning crew so I'm not sure what happened. We ran to the front desk every day for clean towels, trash bags, Kleenex, and toilet paper, and had no problem getting it, but it was a little disheartening to come in tired each evening and find our room not refreshed.
Again, we did like this hotel. It's a new property and felt clean, but it won't stay nice long at this rate. And if quiet is important to you, be forewarned that you can hear a lot from other folks and nearby roads.

I would recommend someone who has an ounce of etiquette train or repurpose her because she will continue to skew the experience of every guest that crosses her path. Looking through the reviews that have been left previously over the past few months it looks like it is a common issue as one review, even references her as the “rude hefty lady in front”. The room is nice and the location is perfect, but that first experience will definitely stick with us.
