About this vendor
Homefield Weddings is a wedding videography company based in Denver, CO. We are Johnny and Samantha Brewers, a husband-and-wife duo with a bit of a camera obsession. Johnny has a background in sports television, and Samantha has a background in journalism and screenwriting. That being said, we like to think we have a knack for storytelling.
In 2015, we created Homefield Weddings. We realized how fun it was working with couples on the best day of their lives and never looked back. Our goal is to be your home team from start to finish. With everything that goes into the planning process, we aim to be your easiest vendor to work with. Our approach is to capture everything as it happens while allowing you the space to be in the moment. We go for the “fly on the wall” approach, so you can revisit all of those candid moments without the memory of a camera.
If you’re still reading, we’d love to flip the script and learn more about you and your love story!

Samantha & Johnny: The Dream Team Behind the Lens

nd I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience.
From the very first meeting, Samantha and Johnny brought a calming presence, warm energy, and an infectious enthusiasm that instantly made us feel at ease. Their professionalism was matched by their fun personalities, and it truly felt like we were working with friends who also happen to be incredibly talented at what they do.
Throughout the entire day, they blended in so seamlessly, capturing the natural, candid moments while also giving just enough direction when needed. They were attentive without being intrusive, and their creative eye turned the museum’s unique architecture and art installations into a breathtaking backdrop for our love story.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Samantha and Johnny to anyone looking for a videographer who is not only incredibly professional and creative, but also an absolute joy to have by your side on one of the most important days of your life. They gave us something we will treasure forever, and we’re so grateful.
I want to start by apologizing to Johnny & Samantha for how late this review is, we are so sorry!!!! My husband and I were married on June 2, 2024 at The Manor House in CO. I have ...
been thinking of writing this review at least once a day since then and life has gotten away from me! BUT let me start by saying that booking Johnny & Samantha is an ABSOLUTE MUST. I found them online and immediatley cried at their videos. I was initially drawn to the candid, documentary style filming and I knew I had to work with them! When we virtually met them, they impressed us right away with their professionalism and answered all questions we had. PLUS they are a married couple that work together to make beautiful wedding memories for others, is that not the cutest thing ever?!?! On the actual wedding day, they were on time (early even), easy to work with, and very kind. It was so nice having both of them there, as they were able to capture all the getting ready moments in both the bride and groom suites, and capture many different angles of our special moments throughout the day. We received our videos quickly and they exceeded our expectations!! I cannot even begin to tell you how much I treasure the videos from that day. I watch them at least weekly (not exaggerating) and I am so, so happy we worked with them. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Johnny & Samantha. Seriously, HIRE THEM!!! We could not have picked better videographers and we are so grateful for their work! We would hire them over & over again! Thank you both so much for giving us such beautiful footage of our special day, we will be watching them until we're 100+ years old!!
We recently had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful wedding at our venue, Hudson Gardens, and we were fortunate to have Homefield Weddings as the videographer. From start to finish...
, they were an absolute joy to work with!
Samantha & Johnny were professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They seamlessly blended into the event, capturing both the big moments and the small, intimate ones. Their ability to capture the essence of the day, from candid moments to stunning wide shots, was truly impressive.
After getting our hands on the final video, all we can say is WOW! It was nothing short of breathtaking. The quality was top-notch, with beautiful editing and a perfect balance of audio and visuals. The couple was over the moon with the result, as well as our marketing team, and we've heard nothing but rave reviews from guests as well.
We highly recommend Homefield Weddings to any couple looking for a talented and reliable videographer. They truly went above and beyond to capture the magic of the day, and we would love to work with them again in the future!
Johnny and Samantha were the perfect videographers for our wedding, and we can't recommend them enough. They made sure to capture all the special moments, the obvious ones and the ...
smaller ones, throughout the day and were such a joy to work with. We went with the Best Moment Ever package (teaser video and longer highlight video), but ended up adding on the raw footage after the wedding since we wanted to make sure we didn't lose that. The videos are incredible, and Johnny and Samantha quickly sent us over a hard drive with the raw footage so we could relive the entire day. If you're considering a videographer, go with them - you won't be disappointed.

nish. They are everywhere, yet are never intrusive. They get amazing footage and the use of the drone for the facility footage is wonderful. The finished product is so well done and a joy to watch. They include scenery, music and speeches. Our family consider them like family at this point. The only negative is I don’t have any more daughters to be married for them to film. This a top notch production team that are a joy to work with! Thank you Johnny and Samatha!
Sam and Johnny were an absolute delight to work with! We met unconventionally as I was losing hope in the midst of finding the perfect videographer for our wedding. After checking ...
out their work, I knew I had to book them immediately. The quality of their work and story they are able to tell with their seamless transitions brought us to tears. And on top of that, they are fantastic humans who had a lot of fun while being incredibly professional throughout their entire time at our venue, getting some amazing shots. We highly recommend choosing Homefield Weddings to video your special day; you will not regret it!

smiled the whole time and both Johnny and Samantha were so positive and thoughtful about how they crafted our highlight video and full length video!! The audio and video quality came out great and them traveling through 18 inches of snow and in 15degree weather to our venue and first look spot meant a lot to us. They work together so well and having two videographers to capture the full experience is a real plus. They are the real deal and my wife and I highly recommend!!

They both were so easy going during the planning process, quickly answering every question we had. My husband and I were just blown away with the content they received. We felt like we hardly noticed that they were even there! There are a lot of video options for weddings and sometimes the price can be a little overwhelming. But for the quality you'll receive from Homefield productions, I can say that they are priced very fairly and you wont regret having Homefield productions capture your special day! I cannot recommend Homefield productions enough. Thank you, Johnny and Samantha for producing such a special video for us.

of the day. They work fast and efficiently! Following the wedding, I asked if they could get me any footage before I go visit my Grandma who couldn't travel for the wedding. Not only did they have footage for me in time for my visit, but they got me the main highlight video just 4 weeks after the wedding! The video blew my expectations out of the water. The way they incorporated voice overs from special moments of the day (e.g. ceremony homily and toasts) brought it to a whole other level. It was remarkable. We feel so lucky to have found Johnny and Samantha, and we will cherish this video for the rest of our lives!

deographer but once we met Johnny and Samatha, the deal was sealed. They are the sweetest couple and work seamlessly together to build an incredible experience that makes us feel like we're walking through the day all over again. I mean, it literally rained all day long and they still managed to get drone footage! Mind blown. Not only did they make sure to tie in all the big moments, they did not forget to capture the small moments, the candid shots, that we didn't get to see that day and it was exactly what we had hoped for. Hiring these two for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. You will not be disappointed!

They listened to every single note I wanted and delivered exactly what I was envisioning! eld Productions. We ultimately chose them due to their reasonable cost of service and their excellent end product (as evidenced by the work on their website and social media, etc).. It turned out to be a great choice to hire this company as our wedding video team. Johnny and Samantha were easy to correspond with from the beginning, and on the day of our wedding, they were completely non-obtrusive, professional, and lovely. I couldn't even tell you where they were at any point of the night, and the video footage they got was truly organic because I did not even recognize that their were video cameras on me! Overall, we are so glad we hired Johnny and Samantha with Homefield Productions. We cannot wait to see the final product and will update our review accordingly.

The wedding video and the access to the raw footage was better than we could have imagined, and now we have a permanent reminder of our best day to share with family and friends forever. own wedding. Johnny and Samantha were absolutely a dream to work with from getting everything set up, making it super easy to pay using Venmo, and working with us when we had to postpone our wedding from our original date. I had a quick phone call with Johnny before the wedding to go over important details and timeline and that was it! So easy! They were beyond great the day of, always in the perfect spot to get the right shot but never in the way or a distraction for our guests. Flash forward to today where we received our highlight video..not even 3 weeks after our wedding. O.M.G. I cannot stop watching it! I smile like an idiot the entire length of the video and I swear it is almost better than even being at the wedding! They absolutely captured our wedding, our story, the whole vibe of the day, everything and more than I could have asked for. The easiest and best decision we could have made to trust someone to capture this special day. I want to relive my wedding day over and over and I can now with my video!
When I first began my search for a wedding videographer, I decided that I would choose them based on how much I was crying at a stranger's wedding.
Then I stumbled over Homefield ...
Weddings and very soon after, I was UGLY crying! Every video I watch of theirs told the most powerful and beautiful love story.
We received our highlight video the other day and it did not disappoint. I am embarrassed to say how many times I have already watch our video and yes, I cried every time.
The song selections, voice over choices, candid's of our guests, details and band, everything was just perfect and they really hit the nail on the head with the highlights. After sharing it on social, we even had a few people we haven't seen or talked to in several years say they got choked up and it was the best wedding video they've ever seen.
Not only are Johnny and Samantha's videos excellent, but were so great to work with. I worked closely with Johnny leading up to the day and he was very responsive. From our first conversation I knew we were in good hands. When shooting our wedding, they both knew how to be out of site so that you forget that they are there (this helps for the camera shy).
I wish we were having another wedding so we could hire them all over again!!
Thank you Johnny and Samantha! We are so happy to have such an amazing time capsule to cherish for a lifetime.
All I can say is WOW. I can't believe that at one point I considered that I may not 'need' a wedding video. Now that I have my video by Homefield, I want to go back in time and sma...
ck myself. Being able to remember and relive your wedding day for the rest of your life is so special, especially when your video is a perfect representation of your day. Planning a wedding across the country is HARD and finding Johnny and Samantha on The Knot was a godsend because they made the process so effortless (which is greatly appreciated by COVID brides) and the quality and perfection of the video is impeccable (and omg the drone footage!). We were able to have our small, intimate, beautiful wedding that we hoped for, and Johnny and Samantha created such a perfect video that captured and reflects all the emotions and beauty that we experienced. I could not be more grateful and thankful to have this video and am so glad I found Homefield.

right style that I loved, at a cost that wasn't laughable/gut wrenching. Homefield was everything I had been looking for and they turned out to be so much more. They not only produced the most beautiful videos, but they were also easy to work with and kind people to be around. Exactly what you want on your wedding day. I can't even count how many times we've watched our videos and each time we find more fun shots of family and friends that we'd missed prior. I would recommend them a hundred times over.
Johnny and Samantha were amazing and we are so happy we went with them! They were very responsive during the planning process and worked with us to create the perfect package that ...
fit our needs. On the day of, we had to bump up our timeline in order to get some photo shots outside before it rained. They were quick to accommodate this request and we got plenty of fantastic shots. They captured beautiful moments while being a "fly on the wall" - thank you so much for the memories!
Wedding budgets gets so tight so fast that videography wasn’t even on our planning radar. Johnny & Samantha came to the rescue and now we can’t imagine our wedding day without them...
. We’ve known Johnny & Sam for years but knowing them in this light was so special. Their work speaks for itself- their editing is incredible! But what you don’t see is their calm demeanors and loving presence. They’re intentional and thoughtful. The videos we received from our day are our most treasured gifts. All our family & friends loved the video just as much as us and they shared it over social media. What came next was the countless stories our family & friends shared with us that THEIR coworkers, family & friends who don’t even know us, reached out to them sharing the same sentiments, “This may be odd because I don’t even know your friends that got married but I have to tell you, that wedding video was so wonderful. I couldn't stop crying and laughing!” That’s what Johnny & Sam do- they make you feel so special when you’re with them and that love is reflected in their work. Thank you, Johnny & Sam!
We could not be happier with our beautiful wedding video from Johnny!! The video captured our wedding day and our personalities perfectly. It truly exceeded all of our expectations...
and our family and friends loved it too! Johnny was attentive and professional throughout the entire process and he delivered our video to us very promptly after the wedding. Johnny were wonderful to work with. They were so professional and easy going. They captured everything but were never ostentatious or in the way. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
We are SO glad that we chose Homefield Productions as our wedding videographers!!! Johnny and Samantha have such a refreshing approach to wedding videography! Instead of posing us ...
and pulling us away from our guests and our special day, they captured the events as they unfolded. This insured that we felt comfortable the whole time, and that the footage represented our raw emotions on our wedding day. We are so in love with our highlight video and will cherish it forever! We’ve watched it 10 times already and it always seems to get better! We love that they incorporated our personal vows as the background sound, and all of the shots and music selections were perfect! Also, Johnny’s drone shots of the mountains are to die for!! On top of an excellent product and quick turnaround time, Johnny and Samantha are some of the best people to have with you on your wedding day! Unfortunately, the Colorado summer storms rolled in, but Johnny and Samantha stayed calm and were able to handle last minute changes flawlessly. Both of them were great troopers in the rain and truly helped keep my husband and I relaxed AND excited! We are SO grateful for their work and kindness during the entire process! If you are looking for someone to capture the magic of your day, book Homefield Productions!! You will be glad that you did!

which was so great getting to talk with them. The day of the wedding you barely even knew they were there because they were so discreet and just did their jobs so well! We were over the moon about our video and it only took 6 weeks to get it back! We will cherish that video forever. Thanks Johnny and Samantha for capturing our perfect day!
