**10/10 Professionalism: Kelley is an amazing person to work with. I was so happy to work with her and her team. Everyone was very warm and kind which was important to us and helpe...
d us decide who we trusted with our wedding.
**10/10 Communication: I communicated mainly through email but I was able to swing by the store whenever after giving them notice upon arrival. Even if Kelley was not available, everyone else was able to assist quickly and are extremely versed which confirms our choice to book them as caterers.
**10/10 Value: Most importantly their food is so delicious. Our tastings were accommodating and we were able to make our decisions and tweaks to get exactly what we wanted.
-During planning, Kelley was able to save some funds on her end and shared it with us that was reflected on our total.. I just wanted to share that and compliment her on her quality of integrity in that moment!
Holly berry is amazing!! Food was delicious and the people even better! We have been getting so many compliments from guests about the yummy food!!

make sure everything went smoothly at our wedding reception!
Hollyberry provided the catering for our reception at Third Degree Glass Factory and they were a wonderful choice. Initially, when we started looking at our catering needs, we soli...
cited quotes from several companies. Most catering companies weren’t able to deliver all of our wants in our budget, but Hollyberry offered flexibility and competitive pricing to meet our needs. We ultimately decided on Hollyberry based on several factors: they were honest and upfront about their pricing and it was affordable, they offered a fun and innovative menu, and their dishes were able to accommodate multiple dietary needs. It turned out to be a great decision!
Once we partnered with Hollyberry, they worked with us to construct our ideal menu including a variety of appetizers, plated entrees, desserts, and late-night snacks. We felt supported throughout the process and having the ability to taste our menu beforehand offered us welcome insights and influenced how our menu was constructed. We ended up working with Nickie who was a wonderful partner. She was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience! The couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, Nickie was flexible in accommodating changes to our guest count and was able to take design ideas from us and run with them to create a cohesive vision for the evening.
One thing to note: we signed a contract with Hollyberry nearly a year prior to our event and built our contract and menu with one coordinator, but were ultimately reassigned to Nickie. Nickie was so excited to take on our event, but we wished Hollyberry would have shared with her more details and decisions made previously revolving around our event. She wasn’t given our updated contract so we had to sync up many of the details we had confirmed 4 months prior. At the end of the day, we were very much on the same page and wouldn’t expect this to be a common occurrence.
The night of our 140-person reception, Hollyberry was on it! Their waitstaff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the experience at our venue was seamless. Nickie was very much in the moment and made sure to call out guests where there were dietary needs—we never had concerns about folks getting the wrong meal or accidently getting served something that could have caused a health issue. As far as the food goes—DELICIOUS! Particular highlights include the bacon wrapped dates (passed hors d’oeuvre), toasted cannelloni bites and buffalo chicken dippers (late night snack), and the fudgy flourless mini cake bites (gluten free dessert). We ended up selecting stuffed acorn squash (vegan friendly), mozzarella stuffed chicken, and beef tenderloin as the entrees, all of which were excellent, but particularly the beef, with many guests of ours commenting on how great the food was!
In all, our experience with Hollyberry was great. They were able to build out an appetizing menu that adhered to our goals, arranged a cohesive vision for the food that enhanced the experience, estimated the perfect amount of food needed for our guest count and delivered a wonderful evening! We would absolutely recommend Hollyberry Catering!
Countless guests have told us that the food at our wedding was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. The appetizers were amazing, the dinner service was delicious, and ...
the dessert bar was raved about. As we approached the wedding day, we started to get a little anxious because we hadn't heard from our contact at Hollyberry since we booked them about 18 months prior. Nicki reached out to us and was absolutely amazing. Despite experiencing staff turnover and our file getting transferred to a different point of contact, Nicki was amazing. She calmed all of our nerves during our first phone call with her, and she was so kind and professional on the day of our wedding. We appreciated that Nicki took the time to personally introduce herself to us and tell us that she would act as our personal server all night. The rest of the staff was incredible. Dinner service was lightning fast, and the food was delicious. Bar service went off flawlessly. I would absolutely recommend Hollyberry, and specifically Nicki, to anyone looking for catering for their big day.

yBerry catering to the completion of the reception, they were went above and beyond to give us the reception of our dreams. They were willing to brainstorm options, switch things up in the menu, and gave us the opportunity to truly make it our own. People always told me I wouldn't have time to eat at my reception and I told them with this menu, I'd make time! The food was delicious, the presentation impeccable, the service exceptional.

he night, ending with a variety of desserts and a nacho bar. We had an excellent tasting a few months from our wedding in which we chose our personal favorites. With so much variety on our wedding day, everyone had something (or a few somethings) they loved. Hollyberry was also great at working within our budget per guest. I recommend Hollyberry!
The biggest priority for our wedding was to have delicious food and hollyberry delivered. We had appetizer stations rather than a full meal but the food was more than enough. I got...
so many compliments from my guests about the food. Go for the goat cheese crostini and chicken and waffles, both big crowd pleasers.

rowing up with family sharing delicious meals that bring everyone together have really shaped our experiences of what food, family, and love can be.
When he first proposed we both knew that food and photography would be two of our most important investments for making our special day memorable. Both of us enjoy variety and we were able to work with Hollyberry's staff to customize a menu perfect for us: an array of heavy appetizers, two dessert stations, a soft drink/tea/lemonade bar, and champagne for our toasts. Once we tasted everything, we knew we found the perfect people to cater for us. Everything we tried was delicious and presented beautifully, and an amazing value for the price.
They were so thorough in ensuring we had everything we wanted, and went above and beyond by offering us sparking juice for the kiddos and non-alcohol drinking guests. They also cut our wedding cake for us, and helped us pack up any leftover drinks and food upon request. The staff was so gracious and polite, and really work with you to make sure your day is as amazing as it can be. I cannot recommend them enough.

ted it. They do not let you try the beef tenderloin for any cost whatsoever just told it tastes what you think it would taste like which at the time was frustrating since a majority of my guests had ordered something I never tasted but indeed it did taste just as I wanted just wish it wouldn't have been a surprise when you spend that much money in one spot. All in all I would highly recommend this vendor I got so many compliments on the yummy food!
Very easy to work with and we loved the food so much! All of our guests had a great response as well. Marti was very responsive and calm during our entire experience with her

he staffing at the wedding, and the food, Hollyberry is exceptional! My wife has been vegan for over 11 years and they were more than happy to create a totally custom menu for us so that all of the food was vegan and delicious! Even our non-vegan guests raved about how amazing the food was! 11/10 recommended Hollyberry and their wonderful team! They helped make our day absolutely perfect!
As the groom, I'm breaking a pattern by writing this review. This is largely practical - my wife says that she was too anxious to eat very much, but what she had was delightful! I ...
assure you, I had no such problem - the food was absolutely delicious.
Our biggest challenge was picking a menu - they just had too many amazing options! After a tasting, Marti and the team at Hollyberry worked with us to make an elegant menu that didn't break the bank. This included an excellent drink and cocktail menu, which we revised about 5 times because we're indecisive and love St. Louis beers.
Marti and the staff at Hollyberry also took care to accommodate a handful of dietary restrictions from our guests. Importantly, these included several life-threatening allergies (including a garlic allergy - who knew?), which they handled without a hitch. Multiple people came up to me during the reception to specifically compliment the delicious vegetarian and allergy-friendly options. Hollyberry made all of our guests feel welcomed and special.
The only downside is that my Mom is now hooked on their gooey butter cake desserts, and she is desperately seeking invitations to another wedding catered by Hollyberry. Let me know if you have leads.

ess of event planning - she really helped alleviate my stress! The staff worked incredibly hard all night, the bar never had a line and the food was delicious. There were a few hiccups early in the night, but no guest would have noticed and when I gave my feedback post event, Marti was fair and owned their mistakes. I believe catering for the masses is incredibly difficult and they did it with grace and style. I would totally recommend Hollyberry, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Hi Marti. I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you and your staff for helping make Sheena and Alex’s wedding the “best day ever.” I heard from Terri day of that ...
you broke your foot. I’m so sorry to hear that and sorry we didn’t connect on Sunday. Terri and I worked together at Maritz many years ago and I knew I was in good hands with her at the helm. Please pass along a special thanks to her as well. She was very good about checking in and keeping me informed with everything and providing suggestions on things.
Thank you again for all your help and guidance throughout our process. From the first time I reached out to you to gather a quote you were over the top friendly and helpful, and I immediately felt comfortable in working with you. When Alex and Sheena finally made the decision to use HollyBerry I was elated and knew we would be in great hands.
The food was excellent and everyone raved about it. The Milo and Us Signature drink was also a huge hit
Thank you again for being part of the most magical day ever!

Erin was super helpful with setting up the centerpieces, place cards, table numbers, etc. Overall, their staff is great and extremely helpful. Thank you Marti, Erin, and other staff members! Book them, you will not regret it!

great and there was plenty of it. They were familiar with the venue (Wildwood Hotel) and were efficient and unobtrusive.
I also appreciated that they included gratuity in the bill and then lived up to the amount. They were one of the easiest parts of planning my wedding.
I definitely plan to work with them in the future.

pped the room for the reception. It was 40 degrees that evening (10/11/19). The venue had repeatedly told us (even the night before!) that we could have cocktail hour at one end of the venue while Hollyberry did set-up on the other end (and honestly this may have been miscommunication on the Piper Palm venue's part to me or missed communication to Marti on my end). If I had known that was not the case, I would have tented the plaza and gotten heat lamps. I felt terrible for the guests and the servers out there who were not dressed to be outside.
The family style set-up did not seem to work for us that night. The salmon was cold and the other food was lukewarm. I think if it had been a buffet, the food would have stayed warmer. The taste of everything was good, and I heard the appetizers were yummy. Bar service was excellent, and they made changes to the bar menu last minute to include a favorite vodka of mine and to allow us to keep the complimentary cocktail hour drink (mules) actually flowing all night (at a reasonable cost). They made sure I had a drink in hand all evening. Everyone was super friendly and attentive! Overall, I highly recommend!

to a local liquor store for us. So sweet. My only complaint is that we had an additional cake for our gluten free guests, and it was served with our non-gluten free cake so one of our guests with an allergy didn't get to enjoy any cake. I would still highly recommend Hollyberry Catering. We've received so many compliments and can't wait to eat all the leftovers!
Wonderful food and service! Highly recommend. Marti was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process.

ing was almost a year away, she took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. She kept our contract updated and had everything itemized so we knew exactly where the charges were coming from. The initial tasting was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious (we got lots of compliments on it!) and I think what sets Hollyberry apart the most is the flexibility and their expansive menu. Where other caterers would not substitute specific wines or beers or foods, Hollyberry did at no extra charge. We were able to truly personalize our menu to reflect us as a couple and ensure all of our guests with allergies/restrictions/preferences were accommodated. The staff the day of the wedding was professional, courteous, and everything we had hoped for when envisioning our sit-down, family-style dinner. There were no issues and everything went off without a hitch! I would definitely recommend Hollyberry and look forward to using them for future events.

She was understanding, had great suggestions, and was more than willing to update something multiple times due to it changing with a great attutude. I felt calm knowing Marti was in charge on site at our event, because of the positive experience she provided us during the planning period.

Perfect caterer for anyone looking to give their guests something a little bit different than the average "wedding buffet" type experience. The food was DELICIOUS.
They did a great job from beginning to end. I have used them before at other events but our wedding was the largest crowd. Food was great as well as the service.
Hollyberry is the absolute best! They catered our son's rehearsal dinner and wedding in October, and our daughter's reception in May. Communication is important to me, and Marti is...
incredibly responsive, patient, and available. She helped customize both menus so that they reflected the brides' and grooms' desires and tastes, yet were balanced and accommodated our vegetarian guests. At all three events most guests comment on the quality of the food, but also on the quality and responsiveness of the staff. Highest recommendation!
