On the day of, our guests raved that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding—the Tuna Tartare was an absolute standout & don't get me started on the lamb chops! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

Holly Tate has a plethora of dishes, menu types, and serving styles to choose from. We were easily able to find dishes we liked, and they were FUN. John also consulted us on ingredients and ways we could modify the dishes to fit our budget. He helped us understand volumes that would make sense for our guests as well. The tasting before the wedding was an awesome experience (and so much food!), we were so excited for the wedding. Heather was incredible with preparations too. She was present at our appointment with our rental vendor (for table settings, tableware, plates, decor, glasses, etc. ) and our final walkthrough with our venue. She definitely helped us coordinate on details we were not familiar with and it was sooo helpful. Heather helped us coordinate our beverage selections as well and set up our cocktail of choice for the wedding (including sourcing the non-liquor ingredients herself). The week of the wedding, an ingredient for one of the desserts was not available from a vendor, and Holly Tate immediately found a solution, with another ingredient to replace it. On the wedding day, Heather and the staff from Holly Tate were amazing! Everything went smoothly, the staff were so helpful, professional, yet warm. 2 weeks later, our guests are still raving about the bartending staff who created a fun atmosphere, and had a great rapport with guests. I don't know what was being served but the bar area was definitely on of the focal points of the wedding where people congregated :D. Most importantly, everyone LOVED the food (Can't thank Chef Ben enough for his amazing meals, incredibly talented!!!): my friends tell me they were tailing the wait staff to get more appetizers during cocktail hour haha. From the apple fennel salad, to the flank steak, salmon, ahi tuna skewers, lamb chops, gnocci, potato au gratin, all the desserts...people are still talking about the food. All I can say is Holly Tate was EXCEPTIONAL and I would highly recommend them for any event. Money well spent for great service and peace of mind.

She assisted us in acquiring the rentals and set up our table settings beautifully at our wedding! Selecting our menu was incredibly easy and we appreciated their advice throughout the selection process. The food was amazing, so fresh, and everyone has raved about the food since our wedding!! On our wedding day Heather did an excellent job ensuring everything went according to plan. The entire staff was so kind, and incredibly attentive throughout the reception. Dishes were cleared in a timely manner and everything was kept clean and free of clutter. Holly Tate is an absolute must when planning a wedding! They will make your special day so easy, stress-free, and you will be so impressed by their incredible selection of food! We cannot recommend them enough!!
