We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield! We used this facility for our September wedding weekend, including a room block, rehearsal dinner, and brunch, and the staff...
was professional and caring. We would especially like to highlight Brooke Chernisky, who made the booking process effortless and answered any questions we had, even over email at all hours. The wedding planning process can be so hectic, but Brooke and her team made us feel at ease. The hotel also features food from Alfredo’s at the Inn, which we had for both our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch. We cannot recommend the food enough: the veal, chicken marsala, and pizza are divine, and the desserts incredible. If you are local and looking for a venue for your rehearsal dinner, or just looking for a room block, we cannot recommend this hotel enough!
When we got back to the hotel a number of guests gathered in one of the hotel rooms to continue drinking, catching up, etc. Apparently the hotel had placed a random person in the ...
middle of our block of rooms who had complained about the noise and the gathering ended up being shut down. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was $12 for a pretty basic assortment of food. My in-laws only wanted orange juice and coffee and were told after several cups of orange juice that the cups of orange juice were $7 each and that they might as well pay for the buffet. So not a great value there. They also seemed really resistant to us putting tables together so we could all sit together.
