gh good things about her. She was very professional, efficient and timely in working with us related to the room block. We had many family and friends come from out of town for our wedding and as you can imagine there were several issues dealing with our guests to get their rooms scheduled.

e was fantastic. So helpful throughout the entire process and extremely accommodating for all of our requests and needs. All of the hotel staff members with whom I interacted were so kind and helpful -- from the Wednesday before the wedding when we dropped off our "goody bags" for our guests to the afternoon on the wedding day when several members of the bridal party checked in before heading to the reception...everyone and everything was fantastic! Even got some chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and a very kind congratulatory/thank you note in our bridal suite when we arrived after the reception. I would highly recommend using Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport if you need to book a guest block of rooms.
