Really happy with the bus service overall. The booking process was smooth (esp. very responsive communications), drivers were friendly, the buses were clean, and everyone was very chill and accommodating. We ended up booking them because the price was very reasonable and they weren’t strict timing limitations like with other bus companies. This made a huge difference in terms of coordinating our day!
The only downside was around music - we had asked beforehand if we could play music and they said yes + that they have an Aux. On the day, they did have the aux portal but no cord (and we hadn’t brought that thinking they would have one). I do think this made a difference for the experience of our guests (no availability of an aux cord and playing music) but we made it work. They did let us bring on drinks which helped offset this (and you could bring food too). Overall, the actual service on the day was excellent, and we really appreciated how flexible and easygoing the drivers were.
We used Holiday Coach for our wedding transportation and they were amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
