Hoffwell

ork with and made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. She took the time to truly listen to our vision and understood exactly what we wanted, bringing it to life even better than we could have imagined. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality kept us calm and excited every step of the way. She was truly amazing, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. I can't imagine what our wedding would have been like without her and thankfully I don't have to!

eat working relationship with our vendors which made everything go really smoothly on the day of. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner and we would absolutely recommend her to everyone.

ws, they all felt the same with cookie-cutter comments. As soon as we met with Jenn, she had such thoughtful questions we hadn't considered and clear strong relationships with our venue. She totally understood our vision and brought it to life in ways we hadn't thought possible - she found us the most amazing florist, the most fun and talented band, a photographer we got along with SO well, and other vendors we wouldn't have had connections with otherwise. She is judgement-free when it comes to budget and family dynamics and made us feel so comfortable start to finish. Her eye for design brought our challenging concept to life beautifully. We cannot recommend her enough, thank you for everything Jenn!!! -Rebecca and Alex

et throughout the entire planning process and able to recommend the perfect vendors within our price range that we also loved! She was super flexible with out work schedules for all our meeting times with all vendors, took over the coordination between our vendors and our venue, the signage printing, took care of the wedding day set up and break down, and made the perfect wedding timeline so the day ran smoothly. Jenn really went above and beyond in her role that I honestly felt very minimal stress during the planning process. She is so sweet and an absolute gem to work with! I would highly recommend Jenn to any friends getting married!

ence that made the entire planning process feel manageable and even enjoyable. She paid attention to every detail, anticipated needs before we even realized them, and handled the behind-the-scenes logistics flawlessly. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly be present and enjoy every moment without stress or worry. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care for our vision did not go unnoticed. My wife and I felt fully supported every step of the way and I am incredibly grateful for the role she played in making our day so memorable. I would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who truly goes above and beyond.

g planning and was enthusing about how wonderful she was to work with so hiring her was a no brainer for us. From the very beginning, she was organized, thoughtful, and a great listener. She strikes a great balance between letting your vision shine and guiding you towards a set of choices that will work both logistically and with your budget. Jenn was stellar throughout the different phases of planning, from wrapping our heads around where to start, finding an incredible vendor team, to pulling together the final details. She kept me focused on the most important, time-sensitive decisions at each step so I didn’t get overwhelmed. Her referrals really simplified the process of finding all our vendors and gave us confidence that we were booking the right person. All her effort meant we could focus on the fun details and not keeping track of endless emails and paperwork. Working with Jenn makes you feel like you’re her only client because she is always prompt and up to date on your wedding. As we drew nearer, she was always offering to take more off my to do list so I could relax in the final weeks and focus on the sentimental parts like writing my vows. On the day of, I was so relaxed because I knew she would handle anything that came up which allowed me to be very present throughout the wedding weekend. Our guests were deeply impressed with how the whole day went and I got rave reviews on all different aspects from the venue, how the schedule felt, the food and drinks, the flowers, the music, etc… all of which Jenn had a huge hand in. Jenn will go above and beyond, from the big challenges right down to the small thoughtful details that bring the day together. My husband and I cannot give her a stronger recommendation.

y interviewed in the Seattle area, I ended up choosing Jennifer from our initial consultation for the following reasons:  (1) She has a calming, but very confident presence that put me at ease in our initial consultation. This still rang true throughout the entire planning process. Whenever we would chat, I would always feel a huge sense of relief afterward.  (2) Some planners limit or charge by number of meetings or number of design changes. This felt very transactional to me, and made me feel pressured to optimize every minute. However, Jennifer did not have the same structure and instead assured me that we will work together and do whatever it takes to make sure we have the best day. And she 100% followed up on that promise, even accommodating a last minute design change that I wanted to work in. I could tell she really cared about making my vision reality and wanted to ensure my happiness above all else. It surprised me to learn how many weddings she was planning simultaneously because she truly makes you feel like you’re her only client with her quick response times and how detailed she is.  (3) Her designs are amazing. The day-of ceremony and reception design was beyond what I could dream of (I think the photos speak for themselves). We received so many compliments from guests. I sent some initial photos for inspiration but she understood exactly what I was going for and made it 100x better.  (4) Budget was very important to me and she honored it throughout the entire process, and even saved me multiple thousands of dollars through alternatives that I wouldn't have been able to source or find myself.   With how smooth the planning process was, I had full trust in Jennifer that the day-of would be perfect. We had a packed wedding day schedule, but Jennifer and her assistant were so on top of making sure we were following the schedule on time. On top of that they ensured that we (the bride and groom) were constantly fed, had drinks in hand, and were happy. I gave her a vision of what I wanted my day to look like but was blown away by how the day transpired. I couldn’t have dreamed it better myself.  I've been singing my praises to all of my friends and anyone looking for a Seattle planner to definitely hire Jennifer. If you want to feel confident in knowing that your vision will be executed and that you wedding is being handled by the absolute best, she's your person.  I truly cannot recommend her enough.

ded to get married on an island after falling in love with the venue’s natural beauty. What we didn’t anticipate was the massive logistical challenge that came with it—limited vendor options, ferries, shuttles—and the fact that we’d also be moving across the country for work and planning everything from the opposite coast. On top of that, I have a demanding job, hate making decisions, and struggle with significant anxiety. Even though I was excited to get married, I was honestly dreading the planning process. Jennifer took all of that and made it not only possible but truly wonderful. She planned our four-day wedding weekend into something more beautiful and magical than I could have imagined. She brought me in on creative decisions I cared about without overwhelming me, gave me guidance when I couldn’t decide, and shielded me from all the inevitable stressors. She handled vendors, complicated venue policies, last-minute changes, and kept everything on track seamlessly. After talking to many friends about their wedding planning experiences, I know how lucky we are to have found Jennifer. I generally have a hard time delegating, but I was able to trust her completely—which lifted a massive mental load during nearly two years of planning. Most importantly, it allowed me to be fully present and actually enjoy the wedding weekend itself. When we were choosing a photographer, she gave me some great advice: this is a person who will be with you constantly on your wedding day, so you should at least like them (which we did!!!). That advice is even more true for your planner. You spend over a year working closely with this person—and I can genuinely say I enjoyed every moment of working with Jennifer. She brings a calm, steady confidence, warmth, humor, genuine care, and (much-needed) perspective to what can be an incredibly stressful process. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a Jennifer. We are humbly and eternally grateful. ♥️ If you are able to book her, count yourself extremely lucky!!

process! 2 weeks close to the wedding, she made sure to hold space for me to get away from the planning stress and be zen. 10/10 recommended!!

r dream wedding! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing at everything she did. Her responsiveness made the planning process so much smoother—every question, change, or concern we had was met with a quick reply and resolution. She’s also incredibly well connected—every vendor she recommended was top-notch. From florals to photography, we felt like we were working with the best of the best, and that’s 100% thanks to her network and expertise. What truly stood out was her positive and optimistic attitude. No matter what challenges popped up, she handled them with grace and calmness—which helped keep us calm and focused on the joy of the day. Her steady presence was exactly what we needed, especially when it came to finding a hair stylist a few days before the wedding! She brought a sense of order and reassurance that made the entire experience not only manageable, but enjoyable—all while a week away from giving birth! We couldn’t have asked for a better planner, and we’re so grateful to have had her by our side. Highly, highly recommend!

itely what you want in a planner! We met her because she planned our friends' wedding and did a beautiful job with them. We had a venue in mind, but not much else when we started working with her and she made sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding come alive and stay on track. My partner and I come from two different cultural backgrounds, and she helped us piece together which elements of our cultures we wanted to incorporate throughout the wedding day and never seemed overwhelmed or annoyed when we changed things around. She was aways accessible to us when we needed her. We ended up choosing to do two different wedding ceremonies back to back on the same day, and she transformed our altar from one ceremony to the next without us having to do a thing! She is also a beautiful designer and will help you design your wedding dreams into reality! My family also LOVED working with her. Lastly, the vendors she recommended were all fantastic too - she clearly has assembled a great team of trusted contacts in the community. We cannot recommend Jenn enough!!

t we had everything organized. And when it came to the day of, we had zero concerns about how the day would go. If anything bad happened at our wedding, I have no idea because Jenn took care of everything giving my husband and I the ability to truly just enjoy our day with our family and friends. She's great to work with and takes the time to really get to know you and the event you're trying to plan to make sure it can be executed exactly as you want.

, rolling with any changes. She has absolutely incredible connections with vendors, far and above what we saw with other planners. If this is how far you read, I would recommend her 10/10!!  I reached out to Jenn a little over a year before we wanted to get married in July 2025 without a specific vision in mind. We live in NYC but wanted to get married in WA state where my husband from. We wanted to do a 2-ceremony wedding as I am Nepali and my husband is American - that was about the level of information we gave her. She lined up a few tours of venues in August 2024 and we landed on Kiana Lodge (also cannot recommend them enough). For the next 8 months or so we had occasional calls with Jenn, check-in reminders to send out save the dates, set up the website, send invitations, etc.  It was really 3 months out when we started having creative discussions about the day that I was counting my lucky stars that I had chosen Jenn. I had no idea what type of flowers I wanted, what the Nepali wedding area should look like, how we were going to coordinate hair and makeup twice in one day....Jenn did! She sent us a minute by minute schedule on how the day was going to unfold (which we then sent to family and bridal/groom's parties so they were in the loop), she had an idea of what the wedding area should look like from previous weddings and once we okayed, she put it all together, incorporated our creative ideas for the centerpieces, got all the vendors working together; and went above and beyond! I knew I could trust her decision and that took a lot of stress and work away from me.  On the day itself, Jenn was somehow always there before my husband or I could ask for something. She was able to adjust the schedule seamlessly because hair and makeup went a little long in the morning, she checked in with us, she helped bustle my dress, she was everywhere :) so many people have come up to me and said our wedding was planned perfectly especially with the 2 ceremonies, we have Jenn to thank for that. I would choose Jenn again 100%, this is her calling, this is what she is exceptional at, and I could not imagine my day going any better!

was looking for. She gave us great vendor recommendations and made coordinating with them (especially in the final few weeks before the wedding) super easy. On the day of, we didn't worry about a single thing! I couldn't have been as relaxed as I was without Jenn's help and knowing she had everything handled. She helped us have the best, most fun, magical day!

oughtful in helping us plan a wedding that fit our vision and goals, and she worked with us every step of the way to identify vendors that matched our budget, vision, and vibe. She has incredible attention to detail while also keeping things stress-free - she kept things on track and well paced. And most importantly, the day of was completely seamless, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying the day. For me, it was the little touches without being asked that really exceeded expectations - she brought us appetizers and our favorite drinks when we were signing our wedding certificate; she worked with the florist to decorate our cake; she negotiated a discount on something without even bringing it to our attention. We ended up with the wedding of our dreams, under budget, and stress-free. Hoffwell Living was the best money we ever spent in the wedding planning process, and we'd recommend them to everyone we know!

day of, she was so calm and timely. She made my day so peaceful! We so love her!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better planner and or experience.

, has great ideas, never pressured us into anything, and was basically a best friend to us throughout the entire wedding planning process. She made planning a wedding from out-of-state so much smoother. We could not have done it without her expertise and communication with our vendors. Not only did Jenn work hard to help us plan our wedding in a pretty short amount of time, she did it all while pregnant, never complaining or forgetting a single detail. She even showed up to our venue just a few days after having her baby to make sure everything ran smoothly for us on our wedding day (even though she had already organized her team to manage the event in her planned absence). Her sweet husband picked up our late night snacks for our entire wedding so that the rest of the team could stay at our venue and focus on us. We truly cannot say enough good things about Jenn and her team. We are forever grateful for her. Thank you x a million.

m and attention to detail. Jenn took the time to truly understand our vision for our big day and brought it to life in a way that exceeded all of our expectations. She seamlessly coordinated everything from afar, helping us choose a venue, handling local vendors, timelines, and all the logistics—making the planning process stress-free. On the big day, everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to the Hoffwell team, we were able to enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in expert hands. If you’re planning a wedding, especially from out of town, Hoffwell is the one you need. She turned our dream wedding into a reality!

e is a true professional who was born to be a wedding planner. Jenn's organizational skills are impeccable—no detail too small, no task too big. I had a very detailed wedding with a million ideas and anytime I thought something might have slipped through the cracks Jenn had it covered. She consistently goes the extra mile whether helping me get my flowers preserved after the wedding, or helping personally DIY all table settings. She navigated every challenge with ease including the three different events I threw over the wedding weekend. She knew how to manage family and vendor dynamics making it easy for me to focus on enjoying the process. Plus, Jenn's design vision is nothing short of inspired. She works with the best creatives and her design taste is top notch meaning it was easy to always defer to her judgment. She doesn't do cookie cutter weddings, she works hard to make sure your wedding feels unique to you - Jenn has a talent for curating spaces that feel both personal and breathtaking. She brings to life ideas you never knew you had, crafting a celebration that feels deeply yours in every detail. Most importantly, Jenn's warmth and care make you feel supported every step of the way. She became a true friend through out the process and I miss all her phone calls planning the wedding. Jenn approached everything with a joy that’s contagious and a dedication that goes beyond the ordinary. If you choose Jenn you’ll be able to truly savor your special day, knowing everything is taken care of to perfection. The single best investment I made for the wedding a million times over and the easiest recommendation I've ever given.

top of the to do list and keeping everyone/everything organized. All my events ran on time and she was attentive to all details. She met my budget and let me know what was achievable or not, which I sincerely appreciated. She became one of my closest friends and confidants through this whole process, and has such a great demeanor that made the entire process enjoyable. She has great repertoire with my parents, my husbands parents, and all the vendors involved in the process. I received so many compliments during the events about Jennifer, who handled a multi-event Indian wedding with grace. I never want to go through the process of planning a wedding again, but if I had to, I would 10000000% hire Jennifer again. We (my husband and I) love you!!!

fer, we knew she was the one to bring our vision to life. Her ability to listen, understand, and ensure we felt secure was unparalleled. Jennifer's impeccable communication made us feel included and assured that every detail was being handled with care. Planning a wedding comes with its set of challenges, particularly when blending families with diverse personalities. Jennifer excelled in navigating these waters, ensuring all voices were heard while keeping our wishes at the forefront. Her knack for problem-solving and maintaining harmony was nothing short of miraculous. What truly set Jennifer apart was her creative spirit. She not only infused her creativity into our wedding but also inspired us to explore our own, making the process uniquely personal and enjoyable. Jennifer took the reins on vendor coordination, transforming what could have been a tedious task into an effortless and fun part of our journey. She set up meetings, managed logistics, and allowed us to focus on the joy of planning our wedding. Despite facing her own challenges, possibly feeling under the weather, Jennifer's professionalism never wavered. She orchestrated our day with such finesse that everything unfolded seamlessly, ensuring even a private moment for us to enjoy our dinner - a thoughtful touch that exemplified her dedication. Jennifer transformed the daunting task of wedding planning into an absolute pleasure. Her service was invaluable, surpassing the importance of any other wedding expense. Jennifer Hoffman-Kim isn't just a wedding planner; she's a dream maker, and easily the best investment we made in our wedding. If you're planning your big day, Jennifer should be your first call. Her brilliance, creativity, and ability to make the entire process a delightful adventure are what make her truly outstanding. Thank you, Jennifer, for making our wedding not just an event, but a beautiful, unforgettable experience.

it was the least stressful experience ever. I won't forget when my friends were asking why I wasn't freaking out and it's because I knew Jenn had everything under control. She was not only professional, kind, and communicative, but she also knew how to navigate complex conversations between in-laws and vendors, complete administrative needs like acquiring liquor license/insurance, and how to keep events running smoothly day-of. I appreciated her adherence to the schedule and made sure the vendors were taken care of too. She also has amazing taste and I was able to leave a lot of the little decision-making pieces to her because I trusted that she knew how to create a beautiful wedding.

s - I don't know how she does it with so many wonderful clients at any given time! I have to be honest that I was a little bit concerned about getting married in Arizona with Jenn being based in Seattle but I was proven so wrong. Jenn had many connections in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, and so did her recommended florists Delinger & Radovich - we were blown away at the many options they had for vendors and decor to make our big day extra special. I always say that there is no replacement for time and experience when working with someone, and it is clear Jenn has the experience and network to make weddings great wherever her clients take her! Another unique trait Jenn brings to the table is her ability to get to know her clients personally. I feel like Jenn worked to understand us and how we envisioned our wedding before anything else. She took our conversations and translated them into a beautiful reality on our wedding day with tons of creativity. She has a natural eye for flow and design which made everything about our day smooth. Jenn is also a very hands on planner - she rolls up her sleeves and does what needs to get done whatever the task. I think I caught her rolling tables out with the furniture rentals guy, cutting flowers with the florists, unloading dishware with the caterer, and sweeping with the groundskeeper at our venue. She covers all the bases with a smile and positive attitude. I would recommend Jenn in a heartbeat for any event planning needs you have, she is a true gem!

She made my very long wedding day at Kiana Lodge an absolutely perfect day. She was nothing but professional and helpful and had everything under control. There were several things that came up that were out of our control that she handled perfectly with grace and a proposed solution. Her calm demeanor was exactly what I needed on my day. I work as an interior designer, am very detail oriented, and kind of a control freak, so naturally I needed a month-of planner to help all of my planning and vision come together on our wedding weekend and it all went so well. I really cannot recommend Jennifer enough. Seriously, just talk with her once and you'll know what I mean.

as someone who thought I could manage everything on my own - the best choice I made was hiring Jenn. She took the stress out of planning and made the entire process so fun. Jenn's professionalism, impeccable eye for design, and brilliant ideas transformed our wedding into a dream come true. She connected us with other outstanding vendors, supported with logistics, and ensured the day unfolded flawlessly. We received so many compliments from guests on the design and execution of our wedding. Jenn's dedication to making dreams a reality, and keeping everything on schedule and on budget made our special day stress-free and truly memorable. If you're seeking a wedding planner who goes above and beyond, Jenn is the one to trust. Thank you, Jenn!!!!

force over us for the whole year of planning together. We had a uniquely large wedding on a private family property in Woodinville and she not only brought our visions to life but introduced us to many of our vendors she had worked with before. Jenn has a way of making you feel like your wedding is the only one she is planning when in reality she is juggling a multitude of other events behind the scenes. Anyone on her team was the same caliber of professional and caring. We felt we were in the best hands every moment of the way. I cannot recommend Jenn enough and our wedding surely would have been different with out her. We love you Jenn🤍

beyond for clients and... this turned out to be absolutely true! Jennifer is smart, organized, extremely timely, and clearly wants her clients to feel special and cared-for at all times. Some vendors we picked out ourselves, and Jennifer was excellent at working with them (even with some curveballs they threw our way). Other vendors we hired based on Jennifer's recommendation and all of those worked out amazingly. She also helped facilitate my mom providing certain aspects of planning help. Thank you Jennifer for being the brains behind our beautiful wedding that turned out as perfectly as we could have ever imagined. You are a dream of a human!

derstanding to our culture, wild friends, and huge family wedding. Jennifer also gave us the best recommendations for other vendors who fit so perfectly with us and our vibes. Not only did we get to see how great she was during the whole planning process, but my family and friends raved about how everything went so smoothly and that Jennifer was amazing and sweet to everyone while working so hard. Jennifer knew exactly what I wanted and needed even when I couldn’t describe it with words. I unequivocally recommend Jennifer and Hoffwell living for your party planning. I feel so lucky to not only have had the wedding of my dreams, but made a friend as well!

s special day. She was our rock that we leaned on throughout the process. Jenn's calm and consistent approach helped us navigate through each month of decisions and due dates. We know we weren't the only event she was managing but we never once felt as if we weren't the most important event on her calendar. We truly felt special engaging with her during each call and meeting. We also inundated her with questions, ideas, different perspectives that we pulled from all areas (family questions, social media, online research, etc.) and she was able to work through each one diligently while keeping us focused on what was really important and needed. And we never felt out of place by asking. Not to be understated, Jenn's amazing network and connections was instrumental in us putting together a rock star team for our wedding. Working with Jenn was the best decision we could have made and we would do it again 1000 times over. Any couple would be lucky to have her by their side. Thank you Jenn!

onsider as part of a wedding and there was no way we would have been able to manage them all on our own, even if we had thought to think of them at all. Jennifer remained a steadying presence for my wife and I, helping to keep us focused on the best parts of the wedding rather than dwell on whether or not we missed anything. Let me say that she is worth every single penny and then some, you will not ever regret this decision. Trust me, of all the money you will spend on a wedding, Jennifer is the best investment you can make for your own mental health, and ensuring your wedding goes off exactly as you imagine.

don't have any family in town, so Jenn helped us every step of the way. She referred us to so many incredible vendors and helped bring my design ideas to life. She also helped make sure that we stayed in budget and recommended some amazing vendors who were also affordable. Not only did she plan the wedding day, but also the rehearsal dinner. I am an anxious person and her help and planning skills relieved so much of my stress. The entire wedding weekend she handled every little detail and task. Jenn was also always available via text or email. She is truly amazing and you won't regret hiring her!

fortable sharing our opinions and ideas. Jenn was so creative and brought a lot of experience to the planning process. We felt supported and she was very organized which was great! Additionally, as we got closer to the wedding day we kept in contact almost daily and Jenn totally went above and beyond at the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. As a bride, I felt completely supported emotionally during the wedding which was super important to me. Jenn literally was running around the venue trying to make all our dreams come true and I am so grateful for her help and friendship during the process.

eattle Aquarium. We had a lot of family members to manage, plenty of unusual requests and Jen handled all of our needs with aplomb and panache. I highly recommend working with her!

Seattle, WA 291 10/25/2022 Jen is an absolute GEM - a tenured veteran in the wedding event business industry, a wealth of knowledge and genuine recommendations, and also someone I can call a friend! From our very first call, I knew Jen & Hoffwell would be the best fit for us from a personality perspective and that we would be in AMAZING hands planning our wedding with a supportive, kind and thoughtful team. Coming from a bride who initially wanted to handle all of the wedding plans/logistics personally and did not think it was necessary to have a coordinator, I couldn't have been more wrong. Literally the thing I was most wrong about in the entire process. I cannot imagine not having Jen in the lead up to the big day and couldn't recommend her more. She is SO generous with her time, has the ability to form a genuine connection with her couples, and really considers who YOU are and what YOU want the day to be when providing advice and helping you map out every detail of the day. She's a true sounding board, understood our vision, and it was because of her and her teams execution and help with planning that we could have somehow had a better day than we could have ever dreamed of. Hoffwell kept us calm, relaxed and ready to celebrate! We are so grateful we found Hoffwell!!

realized (far too late into the planning) that I needed help, and she was worth every penny. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. She was generous when I was overwhelmed, gracious when I was overstressed, and brought a "no problem" attitude to every wrench I threw her way. She was flexible, a quick problem solver, and my right-hand on the big day, giving life to my vision in a way that wouldn't have been possible without her. If I have any advice out there for soon-to-be brides, its to hire Jennifer sooner rather than later! :)

nderful because her vibe is so calm and relaxing, it felt like we had nothing to worry about. And she made our wedding day go by so smoothly, even dealing with family drama, a strict venue, and herding a large wedding party including small children. It was so incredible the way she was somehow everywhere at once—taking care of us and calmly making sure we were fed, checking in on our mothers and making sure their concerns were addressed, decorating the space beautifully including with her own floral pieces, and coordinating with all of the vendors. She truly thought of everything. Thank you Jenn! You are incredible!

call - she was so calming, professional, and I knew that she understood what we needed for the venue (it has some unique quirks). We instantly bonded and I knew she was our gal. We initially hired her for florals only, but ended up adding on her planning/coordination services for the month of which was the best decision we could have ever made. One of the takeaways from our first conversation that I loved about Jen that was different, especially from other florists, was that she took the time to understand what we had in mind and then almost worked backwards with our budget -- rather than asking what we want and then quoting us an arbitrary number. It was the most comprehensive and genuine conversation I'd had with any florist, which is one of the many reasons I knew she'd be a great hire. Our flowers and design turned out PERFECT and I feel like I gave minimal direction - she just knew. When we added on planning services, she was quick to jump on the details and engage our vendors, ensuring our timeline was started and circulated among vendors well in advance. Jen takes ample time to get to know her couples, their vision and style. She takes the time to meet IRL - even driving a couple hours to come see us the week before the wedding to go over final details - this really helped get my fiance excited and fully dialed into what was happening and when. She helped us execute the most perfect day and every detail was not only accounted for but managed to perfection. While floral, design and planning are her strong suits, her overall demeanor and heart of gold is what everyone needs in a planner/florist/wedding guru. Her empathy in this business is truly unmatched - her passion is so evident in her work and she is willing to go above and beyond to provide for her clients. We continue to receive so many compliments on our wedding and all credit should go to Jen. She executed the most beautiful, well-managed event I've ever been a part of. I am grateful we found her and will hold her close as a friend moving forward. We would recommend her 10/10 and look forward to watching her work continue to thrive from the sidelines. If you're considering hiring a planner, look no further - not only is she extremely talented but her heart and soul are poured into everything she touches!

navigate finding the right vendors and getting services at reasonable prices. Jennifer was a really great listener and checked in with us regularly to help us stay on track for each milestone from rentals to florals, catering, music, photography to luxury restrooms! The day of the wedding was a breeze and we were able to focus on spending the special moments with our loved ones! Cannot recommend enough.

Jenn!

ence. Jennifer is fun and easy to work with, she has a great design eye.

ommendations were great. Everything went smoothly at the two large wedding events - we could not have done it without her. She is calm and resourceful and always available to answer questions.

aking off on her own a few years ago. With this awareness we anticipated a high level of ability when we brought her in to oversee our wedding. Even with that expectation we still found ourselves blown away. She was a champion of our vision and took her incredible creative instincts to levels that we could never have aspired to achieve for our special day. She treated everything as if she were doing it for herself and showed us gracious hospitality. We are incredibly grateful to Jennifer and Hoffwell for the heart, effort and execution o our special day. Thank you!

s that I hadn’t even thought of. And the day of, she was everywhere at once! She made sure everything was running smoothly, everyone got where they needed to be, and was also just so kind and calming! She even helped me button up my dress which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone who is planning an event.

only person I ever contacted when searching for a coordinator... How relieving to find THE ONE on the first shot? :) She completely understood our vision, allowed me to go into all the details I had dreamt up, as well as how I thought we might try to save $ for certain things for our big day. Jenn is extremely resourceful, listens to all ideas and any potential concerns, and worked closely with me to make the dream happen. I am a self-described control-freak but I had no doubt that I could relinquish my urges to let Jenn drive the vision. On the day of, my groom and I were not surprised at all that EVERYTHING was exactly what we envisioned, and more. Jenn’s variety of experience helped us trust her process, but what helped me most along the way was how open to listening she was to anything new I thought up or any small details I was worrying about because I’ll admit I am a total over-thinker! After every call or meeting with her, I felt at ease and knew she could take whatever I gave her and execute. Day-of, not a single thing was out of place, she was there every single step of the way and the entire night was executed to, dare I say, perfection!! I cannot stress how many of our guests told us later that this was the best, most fun and seamless wedding they have ever attended, honestly not even bragging here! Not only did that make me and my groom feel happy, but I hope that Jenn, you know how much you absolutely ROCK at this profession and you deserve all the praise! Thank you thank you thank you
