From the very beginning, everything was clearly outlined on the website, and all rental details, policies, and expectations were organized and easy to understand. The entire process felt transparent and professional, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout planning. Communication was always open and professional, and while the venue is very direct and strict about their guidelines, it helped keep everything organized and on track. We also appreciated that we were invited to attend several events prior to our wedding. Being able to see the space filled with guests and decorated in different ways really helped us envision our own day and feel confident in our choice. The venue was also at the perfect price point for us, in a great location, and offered convenient parking options for our guests. Once the space was dressed up, it was absolutely beautiful. The marble and classic architecture added such a timeless and elegant touch, making the space feel both grand and romantic. It created the perfect atmosphere and photographed beautifully. Overall, our experience was very positive. The only area that could use improvement is the amount of time allotted for rehearsals. Couples would really benefit from having more time to properly walk through and prepare. During our rehearsal, we were told that a specific team member would be working with us on the wedding day, but that changed. On the actual day, the staff member assigned to the venue was often difficult to locate, which caused a few delays, especially when we needed assistance with keys and access codes for the bridal suite. Other than that, the venue was awesome, and we truly enjoyed having our wedding here. With a few improvements in staffing consistency and rehearsal time, this venue would be nearly perfect. The aesthetics, organization, and overall experience met and exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful we chose this beautiful space.
