weekend exceeded our expectations. I was initially hesitant about not hiring an outside wedding planner or day-of/month-of coordinator, but the Hilton Pearl River staff completely proved me wrong. What's included when you book with them goes so far above and beyond that you truly don't need outside coordination. They handle everything, and they handle it exceptionally. Abbey and Gerry were exceptional partners throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Their dedication and genuine investment in making our wedding unforgettable truly set this venue apart. Derek's attention to detail was remarkable. Everything ran flawlessly, and knowing he had it all under control allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Shane and Sloane were attentive and supportive throughout the day, and we always felt taken care of. Last but not least, our bridal attendant Linda, who anticipated our every need before we could even think of it ourselves. She is an absolute gem. If you're considering the Hilton Pearl River for your event, look no further. This team is truly in a league of their own, and we are so grateful for the role each of them played in making our wedding weekend as magical as it was.

Sloane had been with us every step of the way leading up to the big day and asked us everything that we needed to know and make sure that we were taking care of. Shane and Derek were there on the day of and thought of every single detail that we couldn’t think of to make sure we had enough time to socialize eat and take pictures since it’s so easy to get wrapped up in the festivities. Anybody who works with this team and trust them with their special day we’ll definitely not be disappointed.

Gerry is not just organized and professional; she is deeply caring, thoughtful, and completely dedicated to making every detail perfect. She treated our daughter’s wedding as if it were her own family’s celebration. Throughout the entire process she guided us with calmness, warmth, and confidence, and on the wedding day itself she orchestrated everything so beautifully that we were able to simply be present and take in every magical moment. My husband and I wanted more than anything to create a night that was breathtaking, meaningful, and unforgettable for our daughter and her husband. Because of Gerry and the extraordinary team around her, that dream came true. Our daughter and her husband keep saying it was the best night of their lives, and as parents there is nothing more meaningful than hearing that. There were so many moments where the staff went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. They even made special chair arrangements so that my mother could be comfortable and included, which meant so much to our family. Two days before my daughter’s wedding, I fell and hurt my ankle. It was badly bruised and swollen. Derek immediately stepped in with such kindness and care. He made sure I had ice throughout the night and kept checking on me, reminding me to take care of myself so I could still enjoy this special evening. That level of attentiveness and genuine compassion is something you rarely see. Rowan, Shane, Stephen, Abbey, and Sloane were equally wonderful. They were all so attentive, warm, and constantly making sure everything ran smoothly. They created an atmosphere where every guest felt welcomed and cared for. So many of our friends and family commented on how incredible the staff was. A huge thank you as well to Kim, the bartender, whose energy and friendliness kept the celebration lively all night long. Guests loved her. Charles, the doorman, greeted everyone with such warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrived, immediately making people feel welcomed. And we are so grateful to Michelle and Jacqueline for helping coordinate all of the guest room bookings. Managing accommodations for family and friends can be complicated, but they handled everything so smoothly, patiently, and kindly. What makes the Hilton Pearl River so special isn’t just the beautiful venue; it’s the heart of the people who work there. Every single person we encountered genuinely cared about making this wedding perfect. Because of this incredible team, my husband and I were able to give our daughter and her husband a celebration filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories. It was everything we dreamed it would be and more. We will carry the memory of that night in our hearts forever, and we will always be grateful to Gerry and this extraordinary team for helping create one of the most beautiful nights of our lives. 

better venue for our special day, and wedding weekend. The team at the hotel are very responsive, kind, and empathetic. From our first site visit to packing up after our wedding events, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The event space is beautiful and the hotel bedrooms are modern, large, and well kept. We would highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River for a wedding and room block. Fantastic team!

We had not only the wedding reception, but also the rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, after party, and farewell breakfast at the hotel and we loved that our guests were just an elevator ride away from their hotel rooms at the end of the night. It was all the benefits of a destination wedding, but close to home! The grounds were gorgeous, the ballroom was spacious, and the food was delicious!! From the moment we met Gerry, we knew we were in good hands. Her and her entire team made our wedding process as stress-free and easy as possible. Gerry was always so responsive and answered every silly question we had with kindness and professionalism. As we got closer to the wedding date, we also coordinated with Derek, who was just as delightful and easy to work with. When our wedding weekend arrived, it seemed like every person we met at the Hilton Pearl River was nicer than the last. Kimberly, the bridal attendant, was so attentive and made it so I didn't have to lift a single finger. We are so glad that we had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River!!

From the catering to the decor setup to the vendor communication, Abbey made every step of the way as stress free as possible. The number one reason to choose the Pearl River Hilton is the level of service. On our wedding day the staff continually checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our guests shared this sentiment and were so complimentary of the hotel and service. Everything was beautiful and we are so grateful that they made our special day even more magical. Thank you!!!

make you feel like family. They basically give you all your prices upfront and don't blind side you with any extra cost. They take you through each step and make your life so easy. I felt like I could relax and not have to worry about anything. My family and friends can't stop talking about how great of a venue the Hilton Pearl River is, and our wedding was one of the best weddings they have ever been to.

ur events manager was Abbey and she made planning and day of logistics absolutely seamless despite all of our moving parts (multiple events in one day including Barat, 2 ceremonies, lunch, cocktail hour and reception, 350-400 guests, shuttles to welcome party/Garba, etc.). The ballroom was the perfect size and most of our guests were able to book rooms at the hotel for the weekend. Unfortunately it did rain for us, but the hotel staff were swift in adjusting plans last minute. They were flexible, communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process, let alone reasonably priced. Five stars

y, Derek, Kimberly, and everyone else that made our day flow so seamlessly. The food was amazing, the drinks never stopped, and the venue was everything we could have asked for! We still hear from our guests that this is the best wedding that they have been to! 

people. Abbey who is the event Coordinater and her whole staff work tirelessly to make your event a success. We hosted a 400 person indian wedding with events spanning over 4 days. The hotel has not only a ballroom which accommodates up to 525 but it also has smaller rooms which you can use to host other smaller events. The hotel is a 150 rooms and our guests had the luxury of staying upstairs and coming down for events. From day one Abbey was on the same page as us. She made sure each event was organized and all the vendors worked in coordination. They have a premium open bar and the flexibility to make signature cocktails. The drinks were freely flowing anything from cocktails to shots. We are so thankful to have our wedding at this stunning venue. Abbey and her whole team were incredible I have no words to describe what they did for us. The bar in the hotel also was the perfect place to host our after party. A special shoutout to Trish who helped with our hotel reservations and she was amazing and helpful!

Gerry was involved the entire day taking care of every detail including running to our room to retrieve the wedding ring as we were lining up to walk down the aisle and literally saving the day! Besides the incredible service- the venue itself was picture perfect-from the amazing grounds for outdoor pictures and ceremony to the indoor spaces and prep rooms. She made the entire process stress-free and ensured our wedding day ran flawlessly. The venue itself is stunning, but what really sets it apart is the convenience of having everything in one place. Since it’s a hotel, we and our guests were able to stay overnight, making the transition from the reception to the after-party and next-day brunch so easy. Speaking of brunch, having it right at the hotel was such a great touch—it let us continue celebrating with our guests in a relaxed setting the next morning. And let’s not forget the incredible bridal suite, which was spacious, luxurious, and the perfect place to get ready. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal! One of the main courses was filet mignon, cooked to perfection—just what we needed after a night of dancing. Every course was delicious, and our guests are still raving about the meal. And for those who weren’t ready for the night to end, the hotel bar had karaoke, which kept the celebration going well past the reception! If you want a wedding venue that offers beauty, convenience, and top-tier service, the Pearl River Hilton is an easy choice. ess, stress-free logistics, this venue looks like a castle and has beautiful event spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We were lucky with the weather and had our ceremony outside on the lawn with a beautiful fall foliage background. Abbey and Derek are INCREDIBLE to work with, the whole wedding planning and wedding weekend experience was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The staff have perfected wedding planning and execution, and everything truly was perfect the entire weekend. The food was amazing, our guests still talk about how delicious the food was, from cocktail hour, to dinner, dessert and brunch. Abbey makes the wedding planning process stress-free and is so sweet. We are beyond happy with our decision to have our wedding here and we know we will hold many more events at HPR in the future.

They are very organized and did a great job with handing out our guest bags to our guests. The bar is also great and is open until 4am. We had a great time here after our wedding! e gone to 15+ weddings and HPR was still our absolute favorite venue and we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. We worked with Gerry and had our wedding 9/13/24. From the start, Gerry was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She made us feel so comfortable, she honestly felt like family. We held everything at HPR. It was very important to us to have an “all-in-one” place and our guests have been raving about the weekend nonstop. They showed up Thursday afternoon for rehearsal and didn’t leave until Saturday afternoon. We held the ceremony, reception, after-party and even a beautiful private brunch the next day for guests!! You will not find a more beautiful venue with great food and incredible staff for a reasonable price anywhere else. Every single staff member we dealt with was outstanding. My day-of assigned coordinator Derek, the maitre de’s Kimberly and others, the afterparty bartender Deams (kept the party going, had guests singing karaoke), the hotel room coordinators (we had 80+ rooms booked!!) The answer was never no, they always found a way to make things work. Our day ran so smoothly, essentially all we had to do was show up. A process that can be extremely stressful felt effortless with HPR. We cannot thank Gerry and the HPR team enough. It was the best weekend ever. Future brides…… book with them!

as if it were her own child's wedding. The Hilton presents an awe-inspiring venue for a wedding, but Gerry and her staff were what made this event flow so smoothly. Their attention to detail and to doing everything with courtesy and a smile were unlike anything I have experienced at other venues. We felt the warmth, from the front-desk attendants to those attending to the Monday-morning brunch. Anything that we needed was taken care of immediately, courteously and efficiently. We were made to feel like royalty, not only during the event, but during our entire stay, including checkout. On top of all that, the cost for our 225 person wedding at Hilton-Pearl River was much more reasonable than many other venues we investigated. I wholeheartedly recommend every aspect of Hilton-Pearl River for anyone who is looking. If you have any concerns that it may not work, talk with Gerry; you won't regret it!

Derek, the banquet manager, was exceptional. He paid attention to the finer details of our day, which took so much stress off of us. He was such a pleasure to have around us on our wedding day! Gerry and Derek are the absolute dream team of the wedding industry! We were honored to have met and worked with them, and consider them dear friends after the wedding. Kimberly, my bridal attendant, was impeccable and the sweetest soul! Half the day/night I didn’t realize she was behind me holding my train, fixing my bustle, or giving me a drink. She was attentive to not only me, but my entirely bridal party. The entire team’s experience and dedication at the Hilton Pearl River were evident, and we truly could not be more grateful for each and every one of them. The facilities at the Hilton Pearl River are top-notch. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect space for us to prepare and relax before the ceremony. The reception hall was beautifully decorated, and the layout worked perfectly for our guest count. The food was another highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and received rave reviews from all our guests. The culinary team did an outstanding job with our menu selections, and the service was impeccable throughout the evening. In addition to the beautiful venue and excellent service, the Hilton Pearl River also offers convenient accommodations for guests. Having our loved ones stay on-site was a major plus, and everyone appreciated the comfort and quality of the rooms. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of the Hilton Pearl River for our wedding! It was a magical day, and we owe much of that to the incredible team and stunning venue. We highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-organized, and memorable wedding experience!

Their cocktail hour is the best around - don’t forget to tell your friends and family to arrive hungry and thirsty. Working with Gerry (Director or Catering) and Derek (Banquet Manager) was a dream come true. From the moment you book, Gerry is your go-to for all details leading up to the event. And then Derek joins forces as the day gets closer to finalize all day-of details. We didn’t hire a wedding planner as it truly wasn’t necessary with the two of them. You will not get a more experienced duo and venue staff elsewhere. I also worked with Trish and Jacqueline, the reservations and sales managers, for our room block. We had a large number of guests traveling from out of town, ending up with 55+ rooms in our block the night of our wedding. They were so easy to work and so helpful from the time we booked our wedding. Keep in mind that the hotel is the most popular in the area so it does fill up especially on weekends - I recommend blocking the max number of rooms you think you need for your group in advance, as it’s not guaranteed you will be able to add more at a later date. The rooms themselves are very clean and up to current standards - our guests were very pleased. My husband and I were given a complimentary Executive King room with the Parlor room attached - plenty of space for getting ready and more! Book now, you will not regret it!

We worked for many months on all of the details with Abbey and Sloane. Incredible is an understatement to describe Abbey and Sloane - they are super responsive, professional, very knowledgeable, had great relationships with our vendors and just wonderful people to work with. They really are invested in making sure everything goes well. They went above and beyond to try to make whatever we wanted happen. They made our lives easier with the planning process on so many different levels. On top of that the hospitality and service of the entire hotel is incredible - everyone is so nice, eager to help and make sure you have a great experience. Even my guests and family commented how great the staff/hotel was. They also did a great job taking care of us during the wedding. They checked in on us frequently, helped us with anything we needed and brought us food/desserts, etc. I love iced lattes and Sloane went out early in the morning on my wedding day and made sure I had them stored away in case I wanted them. They are so thoughtful. I really can't recommend this venue enough.

Jacqueline Rochford, Sales Manager and Trish Emersley, Reservations Manager made our room block so easy for us and our guests and they even extended it when needed. Derek Rubino, Banquet Manager, Kelly, Asst. Banquet Manager and Kimberly, the bride and groom attendant made our wedding day stress-free and enjoyable. They made sure to go over key details with us without causing any issues, were with us every step of the way to ensure we were taken care of and at the end of the night we found our dinner desserts and cake waiting for us along with candles and rose petals in our entire room. Truly special! Another special shout out to Diems, the lobby bartender. He set up karakoe and served our guests drinks until late giving us a truly memorable after party. Moreover, the entire Hilton Pearl River team including the front desk, bellmen, waitstaff and back of house, especially the kitchen, were fantastic. Our guests were raving about the food and drink. It was all so delicious. If you live in Manhattan like us and have family ties to Pearl River or your local your best wedding venue option is The Hilton Pearl River. I worked many years in hospitality, including hotels and this venue knows what they're doing. Thank you again Hilton Pearl River. We'll never forget it.

The beautiful back lawn area is gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony - we didn't get to use it due to rain on our wedding day, but it's so beautiful and well kept. It feels like a chateau/boutique hotel and has such character. The staff is also incredible - we mainly worked with Abbey who is outstanding and gave us advice throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding unfortunately she was sick, but her mom Gerry stepped in to lead our day and picked things up seamlessly. The food is also amazing and we heard nothing but rave reviews from all our guests about how much they enjoyed it. All in all, I cannot recommend this venue enough!!!

d! The staff truly makes you feel like family. A number of our guests came to stay at the hotel from out of town. It was extremely convenient for guests to stay in the same place as the reception! Abbey was truly the best wedding coordinator! It was an amazing experience to work with her. It was an extremely busy weekend at the hotel. Yet, on the day of my wedding it was completely stress free. We did a majority of the decor ourselves and we were able to drop off all the decor we had days earlier. The staff basically set everything up for us! We gave them instructions how we wanted everything laid out and they could not of been more accommodating. I highly recommend getting married here. It was truly the best day and the best place for a wedding reception.

The team here goes above and beyond to make the day special in every way! We worked for the first 8 or 9 months with Jamie who we absolutely LOVED before she left for another opportunity. We were so sad and nervous to work with someone else for the six months leading up to the wedding because of how awesome Jamie is--until we met Abbey!! She and Jamie made sure the transition went off without a hitch and we felt like we won the jackpot to be able to work with them both!! Not only were Jamie and Abbey so helpful and accommodating to our millions of questions, but we felt so lucky to be able to trust their recommendations with music, layouts, flowers, everything. I cannot say enough about the team here--they are simply the best. To top it off, Jamie sent flowers and came to see us on our wedding day--that's how much of a family and special this team is!!! Shout out to Trish who also put up with our endless room block emails, Derek who helped run the show on our big day, and to Linda who was the BEST attendant to have with me all day! The food was delicious (our guests rave about it), the space is gorgeous (we switched our cocktail hour to the Conservatory and breakfast to Le Jardin because of the weather) and I really cannot imagine it any other way! The getting ready areas are perfect, and the hotel rooms are newly renovated. Lastly, the grounds are GORGEOUS for photos--truly so many amazing backgrounds and options for beautiful photos. From one bride to another---have your wedding here--it is the BEST!!! THANK YOU PRH team!!

They were beyond helpful in recommending vendors, scheduling timelines and were always available to talk through our wedding visions. The event managers, Gerry and Abbey, went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. They even came to the church to assist with the wedding ceremony when the church coordinator fell through last minute. Everyone at the Hilton was so welcoming and truly made us feel cared for! We continue to receive compliments from our guests of how much they enjoyed our wedding. Everyone was so impressed by the ballroom's elegance and complimented every detail from how delicious the food was to the friendliness of the bartenders. There is not a detail that goes unnoticed by the incredible staff! After hosting two events at the Hilton Pearl River and attending two other weddings there as guests, we can genuinely say this is a magical venue. We cannot recommend them enough and are so pleased with our decision to have our Sangeet and Wedding Reception there.
