We had a great day with no worries thanks to Judy and her team. About 200 guests and had so many compliments about both the venue and food. Wouldn't change a thing!
We had our wedding reception here for about 80 guests and it was the perfect place. The Hilton Garden Inn took care of everything: decorations, setup, take down, food, bartenders/b...
ar, etc. It was so wonderful to not hire separate vendors, rent flatware/tablecloths/chairs, etc. and have it taken care of all on site. Food was really good too! Judy, the coordinator, was prompt at answering my many questions and accommodating our requests. We arranged all of our flowers ourselves and they were able to store the flowers for us the night before the wedding. We loved the complimentary whirlpool suite that came with hosting the wedding there and they went above and beyond by making our stay amazing, as well as for the guests. A great value and great venue!
We are happy that we chose to have our wedding reception at Hilton Garden Inn - Madison West. Judy, the catering manager and contact for weddings, always responded to my email que...
stions within one day, often with one hour. The entire staff was friendly and organized. We received many compliments on the prime rib. Overall, a great venue to work with.
We had our wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in August 2016, and it was exceptional! I felt so fortunate to work with the wedding coordinator, Judy, who was so kind and prompt. From...
start to finish, our experience with the Hilton Garden Inn was seamless, and it made our day so special. Judy and the Hilton Garden Inn staff are attentive, responsive, kind, and do an excellent job. The location is convenient and the facility is beautiful. We are so thankful we chose the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding reception and a stress-free experience! The food is delicious also! :) Thank you to Judy, Pedro, and all of the Hilton Garden Inn staff for making our wedding day so memorable!
Allison was super helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to all e-mails and phone calls. We had two types of room reserved in our block - two queens and one king. Once 10 guests...
booked their rooms, we got our bridal suite free AND 3 complimentary shuttles to AND from our reception venue! I would recommend to anyone having their wedding in the Middleton area.
Carl, Judy and Zoe were wonderful to work with, so friendly and helpful. Our reception space looked amazing and the food was delicious! Great place to have your wedding reception !
We recently held our wedding reception here at the Hilton. The night went perfectly. Judy and the other Hilton staff did a wonderful job of making sure that everything went smoot...
hly and that everyone was happy. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was! The hotel recently renovated all of their rooms, so they were very clean and comfortable. The majority of our guests came from out of town, which is why the Hilton was the perfect location for us. It was close to our church and it was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
My only complaint (and the reason I took a star away) was that over the course of time from when we booked the venue to the wedding we worked with 3 different wedding coordinators at the hotel. Each time that they hired a new person we found out by chance, and that was frustrating. However, I will say that Judy (their current coordinator) is fabulous. She is very organized, efficient, easy to work with, and replies to emails/phone calls quickly.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone!
The staff made the whole process very easy and hassel free! They were accomidating and flexible. The entire night went off without a hitch because of their careful preparation and ...
attention to our conversations. The room is not ideal for larger weddings but overall was very comfortable. All guests raved about the food too!
The Hilton garden in helped make my reception very unstressful. Erika helped walk me through the planning part and helped with the details that I would have missed. They made sure ...
we were taken care of and kept us up to date during the night.
I was very pleased with everything the Hilton Garden Inn had to offer. Our event planner was amazing and answered all of our questions right away. She took very good care of us and...
all of the staff was great. They work very hard to make sure you have a special day. We didn't have to worry about anything. They even let us drop off our things that morning and then put everything in our room so we didn't have to worry about it. They took very good care of all of our guests and we received many compliments. We also loved how there were windows so you didn't feel like you were stuck in a room all night. I would recommend them to anyone!
Great food and great service!
The room was gorgeous and everything was planned out perfectly. There was an onsite event planner there that helped my personal attendant set everything up. They were very accommod...
ating to any request.;There is a 19 percent service charge!
The historic hotel offered the old world ambiance that we were looking for our reception, as well as excellent service.;Double check all guest reservations in advance of event.
The site is not large, but they did a good job with the layout. We had to rent the dance floor, but it was set up perfectly, and the windows over look lake Monona, and part of the ...
Monona Terrace, to which the building is linked by a sky-walk (great if you want to take photos there). Also, it is within walking distance of the capitol and several denominations of churches (including ours). The colors are warm reds and golds which went well with our colors. The service was excellent, and many of our guests told us later that the food was the best they have had at a wedding.;They do not hold many receptions here, as the Madison club is right next door, and the area is rather small. It worked out perfectly for us as our wedding was on the smaller side. They may be able to hold 100 guests, but the dance floor would need to be set up in an adjoining room.
