We had ZERO complaints the whole weekend. The Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa's beachfront venue looks like it was plucked from a magazine. The sunset was a blend of color and the perfect backdrop as we said, "I Do". We cannot say thank you enough - It was a dream come true! A special thank you to Haily, Carole, and Suzanne on the events team for everything!

We had our ceremony on the beach which was the most beautiful setting and the reception was in the Sandpiper Terrace which was outside with the most gorgeous view. Bartenders and waitstaff remembered us, housekeepers stopped us in the hallways to make sure our guest were all happy. So many little things done for us along the way that I will never forget. Suzanne and Haily, our point of contacts for the actual wedding were second to none. They made themselves available to me during the entire wedding planning process. The food was incredible. We chose the Filet and Grouper and it was worth the slight upcharge. They also did a fantastic job recommending vendors to choose. The day went by so fast and I can honestly say I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not once did I ever second guess my choice of the Clearwater Hilton. They turned my wedding into one of the most beautiful events I could ever have imagined.

Over the course of 14 months, she consistently responded to our communications in a timely manner and demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise. Gianna's helpfulness extended beyond her role, as she took on all the coordinator tasks even though she technically wasn't the designated "Day of coordinator." She assisted us in keeping to our timeline and coordinated with vendors on the day of the wedding, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our special day. The wait staff and caterers at the Clearwater Beach Hilton were truly amazing. They took exceptional care of us and ensured that every detail was attended to. Throughout the reception, they made sure we were well-fed and even packed us a to-go meal that was delivered to our room, allowing us to enjoy a delicious meal later. Their attentiveness and commitment to our satisfaction were greatly appreciated. I would not recommend using the hotel laundry service. We entrusted my bridal gown, the groom's suit, and all of our bridesmaids' dresses to be steamed and pressed the day before the wedding. Despite being assured that they would be delivered to our room by 4 pm, we faced a significant delay and confusion. After multiple phone calls and stressful moments, a valet finally helped us track down our clothes at 11 pm and brought them to our room. While the laundry service experience was stressful, the exceptional efforts of the valet helped alleviate some of the frustration. On a positive note, the Hibiscus Spa at the Clearwater Beach Hilton provided excellent service for our bridal hair and makeup. Crystal, in particular, stood out with her remarkable talent. She created an exquisite bridal hair and makeup look, leaving me feeling like a supermodel. Crystal's skills were truly impressive, and she went above and beyond by coming into the bridal suite to touch up my hair before she finished her day. However, a few bridesmaids were less satisfied with their makeup, feeling that the products used were of lower quality. Some of them ended up washing off the makeup and doing it themselves. In summary, the Clearwater Beach Hilton provided an exceptional venue for our wedding. Gianna's support and coordination, the outstanding service provided by the wait staff and caterers, and the remarkable talent of Crystal at the Hibiscus Spa made our wedding day truly memorable. While we encountered some challenges with the hotel's laundry service and makeup for a few bridesmaids, the overall experience at the Clearwater Beach Hilton was excellent. We highly recommend this venue for couples seeking a beautiful and accommodating location for their special day.

We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day; the venue on the beach was a dream come true! There were 3 other weddings booked there on the exact same day as ours and they did such a great job at making sure each event ran smoothly and did not interfere with each other. The food & service was excellent as well! The only thing we wish we could have changed is to have been able to extend our reception past 11pm; however, there is a noise ordinance on the beach so we couldn't and when we went inside, the hotel bar was already closed. Overall, we highly recommend the Hilton Clearwater Beach for your big day!!

inated the day of, Candice made sure the entire wedding went off without a hitch. The catering staff served us our meal and drinks to ensure we actually ate and enjoyed ourselves. At the end of the night they had everything packed up and delivered back to our hotel room so we could continue having fun after the wedding. It was the best night of our lives, so happy Candice helped make it the wedding of our dreams.

9. After seeing the Hilton we knew this venue was everything we wanted. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception would all be on the beach (reception on sandpiper deck). The deck is stunning and after the remodel we were blown away at how beautiful it was! The venue is great but Candice was absolutely amazing to work with. Being in Chicago, she did everything for us. And we had LOTS of questions.... every other day :-P. With Covid they had limited staff so we also talked with Courtney often too-she is awesome as well! The day of our wedding could not have been better. Candice knew my vision and made my wedding even better than I imagined! Covid couldn’t stop our wedding and we still had 65 people come for it! Everyone was blown away at how beautiful everything was. I would say the Hilton was a little expensive compared to the other venues we were looking at in Clearwater and St Pete, but if you’re looking to have the dream beach wedding it is completely 100% worth it. The incredible sunset at dinner was just the icing on the cake. Thank you to Candice, Courtney and banquet staff for making my dream wedding come true! Love, Adriana & Mike

We had to adjust a few things last minute to make sure we could get sunset photos and Candice readjusted the whole schedule with ease. We had the skirt steak and mahi mahi for our dinner choices and they were both phenomenal. Not only is the Hilton staff incredible, the venue is absolutely breathtaking! We had our ceremony on the beach and reception on the Water’s Edge Ballroom & Deck. I couldn’t have been happier with our choice! I highly recommend the Hilton to all couples! It’s the absolute best place to have your destination wedding!

The venue is just beautiful and the food options were a hit. We also had an open bar that the guests loved! We shipped our decor to the hotel where it arrived about 4 days prior to the wedding, we gave them a mock up that we did at home and they nailed it perfectly. Highly recommend having a wedding here! From the ceremony to the reception to the stay, Hilton made sure it was the best experience possible.

Also, we need to mention how delicious all of the food was. Above our expectations and many guests mentioned the high quality food that was full of flavor. We had the grammy nominated band, Sevendust, play an acoustical set on the beach during our reception so we had extra coordinating and setup than a typical reception on the beach and again Holly was our girl! Everything went off without a hitch! Finally, we can recomend this location enough. From the gorgeous white sand beach backdrop to the A+ staff at the Hilton. You won't be disappointed. :)

Our guest had such an amazing time and can't stop talking about the entire weekend and the Hilton resort and staff. We worked with Brooke Tackes and we would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is really passionate about what they do. Brooke continuously worked with us throughout the entire process to help create our vision and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Thank you, Hilton, and staff!

the option to be able to have your event outside on a covered deck on the beach is hard to say no to. We had our wedding in January and cold temperatures and high winds made it a chilly night but the Hilton staff brought out comforters for all of our guests and Courtney helped us rent last minute space heaters so we could keep the party going all night long outside. The ability to have our hair and makeup done right at the venue made the entire day relaxed and stress-free​. They truly helped accommodate all of our guests with their room requests and special dinner requirements. Best decision we made was to have our wedding here.

the country would be expensive for our guests, but at first we felt like that was our only option. One day, someone mentioned Florida and it clicked. We loved visiting our family in Tampa, and it felt like Clearwater Beach was the perfect “happy medium” for having our destination wedding. We flew down and visited some of the popular hotels on the beach. Since we were having a destination wedding we obviously wanted everything outside. Why travel to a beautiful beach and have our wedding inside? (Yes, in July lol). The Hilton’s outside venue was perfect. It may look like a deck but from all the Instagram and Facebook stalking of weddings online I did I knew once it was decorated it would be perfect. We began with another coordinator, but was then assigned the wonderful Courtney Owens once she was back from maternity leave. We flew back down in December for our tasting and to meet Courtney. She walked us threw EVERYTHING. We sat for a few hours talking about every single detail possible. She answered every question I had, even the silly ones we had. We decided on what we could, but I was able to make a list of everything else that still needed to be decided. We picked our menu, linens, and all the extras. I’m sure doing this over the phone would be possible, but meeting in person was so much easier. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. My only complaint is the noise ordinance! Our wedding had to be over by 11 because we were outside and there is a town noise ordinance. (Obviously not the Hilton’s rule) The food was AMAZING, to this day guests are still ranting and raving about our wedding and welcome party food. Courtney and the Confetti girls truly made our day go perfectly. I wish we could do it all over again. The hotel was in the perfect location. A car was not necessary. We were in walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Even though the pool was crowded at times (it was 4th of July weekend), we were always able to get a chair. On the beach there were rental chairs which were overpriced, but we found a great store a couple blocks away near the bay that rented out beach chairs for a reasonable price. The rooms were small, but always clean. As the bride definitely upgrade to the suite! We kind of just assumed we would be automatically upgraded (like friends of ours who have been married in other countries were at their destination wedding) but it’s not going to happen. Do the upgrade it’s definitely worth it, especially for the day of. Every vendor we picked worked out so amazingly. I have not 1 complaint. I used websites like The Knot and Wedding Wire to help me make decisions. I highly recommend them all. t to find our venue. We had contemplated going with a different vendor for the ceremony, but after talking with our coordinator at the Hilton the way to go was to let them handle all that. We did our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and morning after brunch with the Hilton. When we first booked with the Hilton we had one coordinator, then about 6 months later all communication ceased. It was a bit scary, but Courtney Owens picked us up and tried to make the transition seamless. There were some bumps along the way but Courtney went above and beyond to make sure this day was as smooth as possible. The venue was beautiful, and although they have their own "private beach", it is surrounded by public beach. If you are looking for a private/intimate ceremony I would not recommend the ceremony here. The reception was beautiful! the staff was amazing! The only complaint my guests had was that there was a (very loud) wedding going on at the same time on the lower deck.(Their ceremony started an hour before ours) If you have your reception outside on one of the decks, you run the risk of overlapping with someone on the other deck.(which is literally 10ft away from your reception area) We opted for the larger deck hoping that if we did happen to overlap it would be a smaller group. Who knew 20 people could make that much noise. We had to actually request the other party turn their music down, as we were trying to do our first dances. You have the option to rent both decks. If you want it private I would recomend doing that! For the money we paid we feel we should have been given a little more distance. The food was great! everyone loved the skirt steak and the stuffed chicken. The pigs in a blanket, shrimp cocktail, and crabcakes were amazing. (The staff even thought to hold some back for us while we were taking pictures!) Doing a large portion of the wedding through the Hilton took some of the stress away. They have inclusive packages, so as long as your not too picky they can take care of a lot of details for you. All in all it was a wonderful night and we wouldn't have done it any other way Thanks, Lauren and Colby 6/10/18

All of our guests LOVED the Hilton and LOVED the location. So many of my guests said they are already making plans to come back to the Hilton for another long weekend vacation! As for the wedding, they were simply amazing throughout the entire process. Courtney Owens was the main reason why we booked our wedding at the Hilton after our initial meeting. Courtney was so warm and informative that we walked away saying, we are definitely booking here! We looked at about six other options, but didn’t think twice after meeting with her. Throughout the entire process, Courtney was responsive and helpful. Given the fact that they have events EVERY weekend and of course throughout the week, I was shocked at how quickly she would get back to us on everything. She was SO helpful with referrals since we are not from the area and I have to say EVERY referral was SPOT ON. She highly recommended Confetti Events to help with the planning process and I can honestly say that was the best referral from her we had! And I have to talk about the food! I am STILL hearing from my guests how amazing the food was and that it was the BEST menu they have ever seen at any wedding they had been to. I could go on and on about the Hilton and wish I could give them 10 stars! I am SO grateful for everything they did for us the day of and of course the months leading up to the wedding day. ence very positive. We wanted to find a venue that would be easy to work with as a gay couple. They were great. Every staff member was warm and welcoming and we never felt judged or unwelcome!! The beachfront wedding was beautiful. They have staff that keeps people away from the ceremony which helped calm some of our fears. We used the ballroom for our wedding reception. New carpet and new chairs. The foyer area is fully renovated. Beautiful!! The guest rooms are recently renovated and are very nice. Pool area is brand new. They tore out their old pools! This location is in the heart of Clearwater Beach right next to the Pier. Everything is within walking distance. Loved that there was a Walgreens right across street as well as restaraunts!! Nothing but positive things to say!! A special thanks to Shawn at the hotel who checked in with us daily and made our stay very special. And another shout out to Laurie, our banquet captain, who really made sure we were taken care of!!!!!
