Worst customer service ever. They tell you they have sent emails when they have not. I ordered a product on March 1st and was told 5 days. After no communication I reached out t...
o them and was told they were waiting on shipment for items. They never offered alternative product. Was told it would be to be by April 24 and again I did not hear from them. Very stressful. Stay away. Have now asked for refund.
Worst customer service in the world. Do not order from them if you want your favors in time. 2-5 business days is what they tell you. What a joke. I placed my order on the 16th and...
told me I would receive it by my wedding date the 5th. Um? I told them I was going out of town on the 2nd, so they said they would have to me by the 1st. I said could you please send sooner, when you tell someone 2-5 business days and they pay money, that is what they expect and there was no mention of anything different when I ordered. I told them I wasn't trying to be rude, but just expect things when I am told things. Then Karen the customer service representative told me that the conversation just took a turn for the worse and that I was a nut job and ridiculous. I then told her to cancel my order and she said with pleasure to never contact them again. I am summarizing, but I have all of the screen shots of the conversation to back it up and I posted them all over social media. Worst company ever.
The staffs are very helpful, friendly and very much professional in their work. They really pleased me. I should highly recommend them.
Love the colors on our sunglasses! It’s perfect for our destination wedding in Bahamas. Arrived well before our deadline. Also glad they arrived fully assembled, saving me time and...
trouble to assemble them. Would definitely shop from this site for other parties.
