The bartenders were kind, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing while making sure lines moved quickly. Our guests had an incredible time, always with a drink in hand and a smile on their faces! The service was top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to be part of our special day.
Thank you, Hey Bartender, for helping make our wedding unforgettable!

Chad was super easy to work with. His staff that worked my event were beyond friendly and the drinks were great. Everyone had an amazing time. Couldn't have asked for more!
We hired Hey Bartender! after meeting two of their employees at a venue's open house event, about one year out from our Wedding Day. We would recommend Hey Bartender! to anyone loo...
k to hire a professional service for their event!
We went with 2 bartenders for our event of about 120 people attending, and got their basic services as we were providing alcohol and barware ourselves.
Chad was wonderfully responsive and we felt the price we paid was reasonable and well worth it. The bartenders that were provided were amazing from what our guests have told us and we're very happy to have gone with them.
I give them 4 stars only because we had requested two specific employees - that we had spoken with at the open house - from the beginning, a year out from the event date, and didn't find out that they were not going to be working our event until the day of.
In defense of Hey Bartender! they did specify, multiple times to us, that their policy on requests is "Certain Bartenders may be requested but not guaranteed as subject to our needs to staff multiple events on the same date and subject to individual Bartenders’ availability.", and the bartenders we requested were a husband and wife out of town with their children. We were simply disappointed at not being informed until the day-of.
Quick responses leading up to the party and was always ready to accommodate our requests. The bartender called me a few hours ahead of time to introduce himself and ask if there we...
re any last minute requests... He made sure to keep everyone's drink full and the bar clean! Great service and would recommend them again any day.
Everyone had such a fun time at our wedding reception. The bartenders did a great job, were so personable and fun! Thank you for the amazing time!

e looking for a bartender for their wedding. Plus, they were super affordable. We actually bought all our own alcohol from Costco and they served it so it was super affordable! There are packages available for all different price ranges and budgets :)
Chad , the owner ad our Bartenders, Herb and Stephanie, were awesome! Top notch service and a lot of fun as well!

Our bartender, Chris, provided excellent service on our wedding day. He was very fun and accommodating. He even walked around during the reception to make sure everyone was topped ...
off and played along with my (drunk and obnoxious) groomsmens' pranks. I would highly recommend Hey, Bartender!
For the most part the bartender did what he was supposed to in that drinks were served. The problem I had was in his poor attitude. The bartender was seriously rude and condescendi...
ng to my groomsman, disrespectful to my sister when simply asked if he had a certain kind of soda and was overheard by guests bad mouthing the beer we provided, saying it was "cheap". My wife and I put so much hard work and spent so much of our money doing everything we could to provide an amazing experience for my guests and was really bothered to be so criticized by someone who's supposed to be there to make it a better experience for everyone.
By the end of the night I did my best to put it behind me and let it go as best I could. Several days later I replied to a request by Hey Bartender to do an anonymous survey and my worst criticism was simply that the bartender needs to work on his customer service and watch how he talks to people. Two weeks later I received the most unprofessional, back handed "apology" email I've ever read from Chad, the owner of Hey Bartender, lashing out about how if it had been him at my wedding he would have thrown my groomsman off the property and that we should be grateful to the bartender. Never once did Chad address the issue of the disrespect and poor customer service which was the single issue that we had. I'm amazed that he's in the customer service industry!
So, if you don't mind being patronized and will stand in line and not ask to be shown any respect whatsoever, than by all means, hire Chad Zaneis and Hey Bartender. Good luck...
