Where do I begin with the level of service Elena and her team deliver? We originally weren’t planning to hire a day-of coordinator, but after our maid of honor recommended Elena, w...
e are so grateful we did.
Elena jumped on a Zoom call just one week before the wedding and took the time to fully understand our vision for our backyard venue and vendor coordination. On the wedding day, dark clouds and rain threatened the ceremony, but Elena arrived early and embraced the challenge with grace and determination.
She set up the most beautiful and seamless wedding despite the weather, and her calm, humble presence made us feel completely at ease. Even a week later, we’re still getting phone calls from guests raving about how amazing the wedding was — all thanks to Elena’s skill, experience, and dedication.
She staged the venue perfectly, went above and beyond in unexpected circumstances, and her 10+ years of professional experience truly shine through. We cannot recommend Elena enough!
Elena came out to a wedding at The Videre Estate over the weekend. Coordinating a wedding can be stressful, but she handled the whole day perfectly. She was so kind with guests and...
all venders, was on top of each moment, and was willing to help where ever you needed her. I highly recommend her!
Thank you so much for celebrating our wedding day with us! Our wedding was the most special day of our lives and it was made all the more enjoyable and memorable because of you. It...
was so easy and wonderful to work with you throughout the wedding planning process. And while we were excited to see how our room would look, we were floored when we saw how gorgeous our reception was when we entered the ballroom. It was beautiful and exactly what we had dreamt! We cannot begin to express our appreciation for your work and for all of our help. We really don’t know what we would have done on our wedding day if we didn’t have you to coordinate things for us. It was wonderful to be able to relax (a tiny bit!) on our wedding day and know that you were taking care of things for us.
Ariel was our day of wedding coordinator and she was very valuable in aiding me with all the small details in the day of and the week leading up to our wedding. Ariel responded qui...
ckly to any requests or questions I had and met with me to make sure all the details were set for our wedding day. Everything went smoothly on our big day and my family and I were all able to enjoy the day without worry about when the cake would be cut, the toasts would be given, or the music would start. She made our wedding schedule and it worked perfectly for our day. My parents were so pleased at the end of the night when they went to start cleaning up and Ariel had most of it already packed up! I would recommend Hermana's Event and Wedding Consulting Services to anyone in need!
I cannot say enough about what an amazing job Ariel did as my "day of" wedding coordinator. She really went above and beyond her day of duties meeting with me on multiple occasion...
s and answering all my questions along the way. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and bubbly personality make it so easy to work with her. She put my mind at such ease, which was hard to do since I am an event planner myself and am used to having to take care of everything. Without her, there is no way I would have enjoyed my wedding day as much as I did. It really was the most amazing day of my life, in large part due to Ariel!
