We honestly can't recommend Michelle enough at Heritage Springs. She pieced together all of our ideas/visions and created our dream wedding. Michelle spent so much time making sure...
every little detail, big or small, was perfectly in place. She had the venue looking dreamy and elegant for us. Not only was Michelle professional and personable (and obviously the best), but her staff as well. They all kept checking to see if we needed anything from the bar or kitchen. Michelle and her wonderful crew did so much for us; they kept the magic of tradition alive for us (keeping us hidden from one another), fed and hydrated (very important -- they even sent me home with a to go box!), and they literally transformed the place into our dream. Our wedding ceremony to the reception was seamless! We did not have to worry about a single thing!! Not only were we highly satisfied but all of our guests raved about the food and atmosphere of the place! We honestly can't thank Michelle and her team enough. If we could rate Heritage Springs more than 5 stars, we would!
Very beautiful venue. Absolutely loved it. We went to a wedding there before and fell in love with it and the set up, so we booked our wedding reception there. Michelle and her sta...
ff did an amazing job, Michelle did awesome at coordinating everything and getting all the stuff I brought to set up. She was very easy to work with and listened to everything we wanted done. Package price was one of the best deals in the Palm Harbor/Trinity area. Would highly recommend everyone to book there! We loved it so much, had so much fun, and got so many compliments from our guests at how beautiful it was. Couldn't of been better!!
Michelle said yes to everything I asked her! She made our wedding stress free , seamless, and wonderful. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect. Michelle and her staff ...

asy and a lot of fun. She was great and is on top of everything. My guests loved the venue and everyone raved about the food. There are so many great spots for photos and you even get to ride in their golf carts when going out to take pictures. The girls and I all got dressed and ready there which was so nice and convenient. We got married in front of the brick fireplace which was perfect. This venue is seriously the best and it is affordable compared to some other venues. You really get so much for your money. Don't hesitate to check out this venue for your wedding! You will love it!
My daughter's wedding was last night at Heritage. We booked the venue last year and one of the main reasons we booked here is the wedding coordinator, Michelle was wonderful. We e...
njoyed working with her and when the big day arrived, it went off without a hitch. Michelle timed everything perfectly and treated us like royalty. The food and service were wonderful. Thank you Michelle and staff for a perfect wedding for my daughter.

d delicious and all our guests had a great time! This place is well worth it!
We had a few misunderstandings through out the planning. One being that before I booked I made sure we could close the bar for an hour during introductions and dinner so that way t...
he 4 hour bar would be open until the end of the reception and one week before the wedding I was told their policy is to close the bar one hour before the event ends. We were able to come to an agreement in the end though so it worked out ok. Only other issue we had was the bartender was TERRIBLE. She didnt smile all night. She was rude and nasty to guests and even me (bride) and my husband. We let the venue know the next day and they appologized over and over. Other than those 2 issues everything was BEAUTIFUL and the employees were very nice and helpful and easy to work with. I have had tons of compliments on our venue and I know many people who have been married there also.
It all started as a very pleasant & enjoyable experience. Then come to find out they never served the bottom layer of my wedding cake. I am angry & disgusted to say the lea...
st. After all the money I spent all they agreed to do was offer me another cake which they made a deal on with the cake store. I am sorry that what i thought was a wonderful & perfect wedding, turned out to bit bittersweet to say the least. I am very disappointed in the way they are handling this.
The ambiance and it reminds me of the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at Walt Disney World.;The banquet manager we worked with is no longer working there. I attempted to recently b...
ook another event there and the new manager was too busy to meet with me when I stopped by for pricing. He told the staffmember at the front desk to take my name and number for him to call me back and he never did call.
