Heppily Ever After

hat I wanted me and my husband’s  wedding day to look like, Sarah had her work cut out for her. I believe I was also behind on planning by a month or two.  Sarah got right to work - she researched and shortlisted vendors for me to consider, giving me recommendations on what to look for in each vendor and questions to ask them as I spoke to them on the phone.  I was even able to loop her in on communication with some vendors. Each meeting with Sarah had an objective and she worked (painstakingly I might add) towards getting me to complete each one. She took meticulous notes and provided organization documents for my reference. She ensured details I never would have thought of were considered. With her patience, little by little the day took shape into one I will never forget.  Sarah had prepared me for the day of and I had nothing to worry about when it came to vendors being organized and all details being handled. She even took on role of therapist for a moment before the ceremony.  I think my most used phrase that morning was “ask Sarah”. She and her assistant left nothing unanswered. They scrubbed my dress with baby wipes after I accidentally got mud on it before the ceremony, her assistant walked with me vail and train in tow down to the beach on a fairly hot day, Sarah fixed my train when it ripped and saved dessert time with a late night order of coffee. These are only a few of the many examples I have of them going above and beyond. Obviously I don’t plan to get married again, but if I did, I would hire Sarah every single time. You’d be lucky to have her for your wedding day.

g, and made the process so seamless for us. I was particularly impressed by how helpful Sarah was during our wedding day. Whenever we needed something, Sarah was right there to help. Even smaller things like grabbing an empty drink out of our hands, coordinating a quick task like moving tables after dinner, or helping us catch back up on the schedule, Sarah was right there for us! Sarah also helped with a TON of setup at the venue which relieved so much day of stress for us, and she executed it flawlessly. We are so incredibly grateful for Sarah being there on our wedding day and couldn’t recommend her more for you to have a seamless day! THANK YOU Sarah! Our highest recommendation to anyone looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator - Sarah is the perfect person!

hly qualified, communicative, attentive to any and all of the brides needs, thoroughly answers all questions, organized, experienced, and made sure our wedding was the best day ever. After the wedding, guests commented to me how smoothly run the wedding was. There was little to no hiccups and I credit this to Sarah! Even when our officiant was not able to attend our rehearsal last minute, she made sure everything went perfect without any errors. Thank you Sarah!!

needed someone that could take the reigns day of that wasn't in the wedding party or family. Sarah always took the time during our calls to make sure she understood every detail of the decor and made sure we really felt comfortable with the flow of the day. On our big day, I can't even begin to explain how much peace of mind I had with Sarah around. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and never felt rushed. And all I had to focus on was the important part — marrying the love of my life. The thing that stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared. It didnt seem like just another event to her; it felt like she was as invested in the day as we were. She balanced professionalism with warmth, keeping everyone organized without ever making it feel stressful. She was even able to corral my groomsmen, which can be a bit of a rowdy bunch. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding like it’s the only one on her calendar, someone who understands the little things are actually the big things, and someone who will make your life about a thousand times easier, Sarah is who you want by your side. Hire Heppily Ever After.
