I cannot recommend Hello Productions highly enough! We were lucky enough to have Christina as our day-of wedding coordinator. Christina and her team made our day flow so smoothly. ...
She went above and beyond our expectations to help make our day incredibly special. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly easy to communicate with, and even willing to answer questions at any hour of the day if we had them. Her positive energy and preparedness during our calls leading up to the big day made all of the planning stress-free. Her expertise allowed for our planning process to run smoothly, and she was able to give us advice and input that we wouldn't have known ourselves. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were able to keep the timeline on schedule, assemble all of the decorations, and tear down/clean up in a timely manner. As usual with weddings, there were a few last minute problems that needed solving, and Christina was able to fix them easily, so much so that we as the bride and groom didn't even know that they happened. Out of all of our vendors, we heard the most compliments about Christina from our guests, who noticed her incredible dedication to her job as well as her execution of her services. Investing in the services of Hello Productions truly had an enormous payout in the end, and I would recommend them to ANYONE planning a wedding. Christina's passion for her job and expertise are truly unmatched, and so evident when working with her, there is truly no one like her! We really cannot thank them, especially Christina, enough for all of their assistance in making our day so special.
Christina McLaughlan is an absolute STAR if you are pittsburgh bride you absolutely need the Hello Productions team. Christina made our wedding an absolute dream from venue set up,...
to take down, random requests, and being the best support! Her team goes the extra mile to make your day perfection. On top of it all Christina is so kind, fun, and brings the best energy! Cant recommend them enough
When my husband and I got engaged in June 2025, we had no idea where to begin. Having previously worked for an event planner, I knew just how much happens behind the scenes of a we...
dding day, so hiring a planner to guide us through the process felt like one of the best investments we could make.
A family friend referred us to Hello Productions and specifically recommended Christina. After reaching out via email, we had a consultation scheduled within hours. From the moment we met her, it was clear that Christina genuinely understood who we were and what we wanted our wedding to feel like. Her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for her work were immediately apparent, and she was simply a joy to talk to. As soon as the call ended, my husband and I both agreed that we wanted her by our side throughout the planning process.
Christina made it possible for us to truly enjoy planning our wedding. With only nine months between our engagement and wedding day, we felt overwhelmed and unsure where to start. She helped us identify our priorities, created a clear roadmap, and connected us with incredible vendors who exceeded every expectation. Her experience, organization, and relationships within the wedding industry made every step of the process feel manageable.
What truly sets Christina apart, however, goes far beyond her exceptional planning skills. In the months leading up to our wedding, I experienced two significant personal losses. During an incredibly difficult time, Christina met me with extraordinary kindness, empathy, and support. She knew when to step in and remind me to give myself grace. One day, when I tried to push forward with wedding planning despite everything I was carrying, she gently told me, “Not today. Today is a day to just be, not plan.” That moment has stayed with me, and I will always be grateful for her compassion and care.
As our wedding day approached, Christina and her team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was handled. Looking back, I honestly don't know how our venue would have come together without them. The only design direction I gave was “wildflowers”—I wanted the day to feel bright, relaxed, beautiful, and authentically us. Christina took that vision and transformed it into something beyond anything we could have imagined. The space felt absolutely magical.
On the wedding day itself, Christina and her team handled everything seamlessly. Any issues that arose were resolved behind the scenes, allowing my husband and me to remain fully present and enjoy every moment. The team was attentive not only to the major logistics but also to the smallest details, making us feel completely cared for throughout the day.
We are endlessly grateful to Christina and everyone at Hello Productions for helping us create a wedding that felt so genuine, personal, and unforgettable. Their professionalism, creativity, and care allowed us to celebrate with our family and friends in a way that truly felt like us. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Christina and Hello Productions highly enough.
Christina was an amazing day of coordinator. From start to finish she allowed me to have peace of mind that visions for my wedding would come to life. She helped when we were in a ...
pinch for a vendor, she went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband and I were having a good time and taken care of, but also our families. She called all of our vendors days before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same timeline (as this can get confusing for everyone and changes do come up last minute - it was a huge help) and she made sure my decorations/florals/candles were how I envisioned. I can’t recommend Christina enough!
We're so thankful we had Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner. From our very first meeting, we got along seamlessly. She got to know us as individuals and as a couple to help...
create the wedding day of our dreams. There is no way we could have done it without her. To organize all the vendors, rentals, venue, timelines, etc. is so overwhelming, but she made it look easy! Not only did we get a spectacular coordinator, but we gained a true friend. Christina is somebody you can trust and count on to get the job done. We hold her near and dear to our heart. Because of her, we had a BALLER wedding and made memories that will last a lifetime.
We got Alyson as a gift for full service planning for our wedding and she was wonderful! She went above and beyond making sure my vision for my wedding day would come to life! She ...
was super organized, professional, kept things on track in a timely fashion, and became a friend I could count on throughout the process! She takes her job very seriously and will do whatever she can to make what you want happen! As someone who initially didn’t want the whole wedding but was also extremely indecisive, Alyson was so patient, understanding and helpful in guiding us through the wedding planning process. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for help in planning their special day!
Danielle at Hello Productions helped us throw the best wedding ever (and based on what our guests have been saying, that might actually be true)!
She shared critical tips, calmed ...
our nerves, and made sure the day flowed beautifully by ensuring every vendor was on the same page. On the day of, she thoughtfully arranged all of our decor, ran our ceremony sound, saved us precious slices of cake, distributed dance floor props, and collected everything at the end of the night.
Even though we’re organized and had a clear vision for our wedding, there’s just so much that goes into a wedding that we would have been a mess without her.
Jacquelyn was our day-of set up coordinator for our wedding, but she hardly felt like just a “day of” person. She was so communicative throughout the entire process, answered any ...
and all of my questions in the most timely manner, and offered advice when needed. She was super organized (and helped me stay organized!) Most impressively, she brought the vision we had for our decor to life. I mean seriously, it was PERFECTION. There is not a single thing I would have changed; everything far exceeded our expectations. She has such an eye for wedding design and we are so grateful she was able to share her talents with us on our day. I would hire her again and again.
Allanah Ebenstein was our full-service planner for our July 2024 wedding. My (now) husband and I lived out of state while planning a Pittsburgh-based wedding so having her help wa...
s critical! We basically went with her recommended choice of vendor for every vendor, and due to work and travel schedules, we did not even go to our tasting and everything worked out perfectly! Would recommend. Good value received for the price.
We could not have asked for a better wedding, and we could not have done it without our planner Allanah.
We began working with her about a year-or-so before our eventual wedding ...
date, and she helped us every step of the way, from choosing a venue and date, to picking our vendors, to making sure everything went smoothly the day of. We were planning our wedding from out-of-state, so we couldn't be there for most of the meetings and planning, and she ensured that wasn't ever an issue. We ended up extremely happy and impressed with all of our vendors, and that was thanks to Allanah for helping connect us to the folks that would work best for our vision within our budget.
We touched base here and there over the first few months, but as we approached our wedding date is when it really became apparent to us just how helpful Allanah was. She came with us to our tasting, helped us with coordination in the leadup, and truly worked her magic on the day-of.
We were not stressed in the least in the leadup to our wedding, and she was making sure everything was working behind the scenes. Allanah was with us the entire wedding day making sure everything was running smoothly with the venue and the vendors. We had rain on the day of our wedding, and Allanah made sure the venue pivoted. She had everything adjusted seamlessly, and it ended up being a perfect day.
You always hear about how stressful weddings can be, and we're thankful that wasn't the case for us.
Wow, wow, wow is literally all that I can say. We came into wedding planning without much of an idea of what we wanted or needed, and after researching local coordinators, we decid...
ed to go with Hello Productions, and we could not have been happier with both the company and specifically Alyson. She met with us early to go over the basic process and checklist as well as once before the wedding to put all of the final details in place. She made everything from the rehearsal to the tear down of our space easy and stress free. She was able to flawlessly pivot during the night when we were a little behind our timeline. She and her team were fun, friendly, and the ultimate professionals. Our bridal party, vendors, and family have been complimenting her in the month since our big day. If you are on the fence, jump off of it and straight to Hello Productions. You will have a beautiful, organized, and stress free day!

, were able to enjoy our day without worrying about anything. Christina and HP helped us with scheduling and establishing a timeline, contacting vendors, rehearsal and ceremony prep, decor setup, and many other things to make our experience stress-free. We had a minor vendor issue the day of, I let Christina know, and she handled it immediately. If you are nervous or overwhelmed by all the details that go into wedding planning, I highly recommend Hello Productions. Their help ensured that it was a memorable day for all the right reasons!
I cannot say enough about Hello Productions and specifically Alyson Huth. My friends got married this weekend and I was the officiant. There are plenty of times when coordinators a...
nd officiants butt heads, but this was not one of them. Alyson was so easy to work with, extremely professional, and clearly wanted things to be low pressure and smooth. Because of her and her team, this was probably the smoothest, most laid-back wedding I've ever officiated (laid-back? to describe a wedding? Can you believe?).
If you want a smooth wedding with someone in your corner who will keep things running smoothly and keep your stress at a minimum, Alsyon and Hello Productions is who you want!

ng, but of course not limited to, creating and sticking to the timeline, set up, and clean up). The day was stress free. We truly just showed up, had fun, and created the best memories. The team even noticed when we may have needed sun screen during the reception. Allanah went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend working with Allanah, especially for a Hartwood Acres wedding!

yway, her and her team I couldn’t recommend enough, I couldn’t imagine not having her be apart of our day, I wouldn’t have been able to do or have the answers she did. Please if you’re considering a wedding coordinator don’t think twice about Hello Productions.
I don't have enough words to describe just how amazing the ladies at Hello Productions are! Christina and her team were phenomenal and a dream to work with!! They made our wedding ...
day (and the days leading up) so stress-free - we were truly able to relax and enjoy the weekend with our families. From the rehearsal dinner to the morning after, Christina and her girls had EVERYTHING covered!! Working with Christina was easily the best wedding planning decision we could've made. I'd recommend Hello Productions to anyone who needs a solid, professional, and well-respected team to help them out on their big day. They're a blast to be around too!! :)

Christina and crew were professional, thoughtful, present at every critical moment and went out of their way to make my daughter's wedding perfect. When two glitches arose during t...
he reception, they were immediately dealt with, without needing my involvement. Christina also helped with planning every detail, helping an artistically impaired mom and daughter finalize a "look" for wedding and reception. She coordinated with our vendors and our venue, handled delivery of brunch/coffee and a late snack for bridal party to keep everyone going over the course of a long day, and was awesome to work with. One of the best decisions we made.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Christina McLachlan. From the initial planning stages to the big day itself, they were an absolute dream to work with. ...
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences truly shone through every step of the way.
Christina effortlessly managed all the logistics, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Her calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills put us at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress or worries.

d to get married in Pittsburgh near family. Christina worked with us for about 1.5 years in total, from helping us look at venues at the very beginning, to running the whole show on our wedding day. She was always very accommodating of our time zone difference, willing to FaceTime us after we finished work (her 8pm). Also, she let us ship things to her house so we didn't have to fly everything across the country, which was so thoughtful. She helped us execute our vision for exactly what we wanted and made working with all of our vendors a breeze. Christina helped us throw an amazing wedding while staying within our budget. In the week leading up to our wedding, Christina made sure all vendors were on the same page, everything was ordered and printed, and that we knew the timelines for everything. We were able to fully experience and enjoy our wedding knowing that any problems would be taken care of. And, Christina's work speaks for itself! After our wedding, my newly-engaged cousin immediately asked for Christina's contact information and signed up to have her plan his wedding. We were so fortunate to have found Christina and highly recommend her planning services!
We had an amazing experience with Alyson at Hello Productions! We did the ‘Day of’ planning option and it turned out perfect! Alyson met with us a few months out to go through the ...
details of our day, and was available for any questions throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding, Alyson handled everything and truly made the day stress free! (For someone who found planning extremely stressful - to wake up the morning of with no stress says a lot!). Every detail was exactly as we envisioned and Alyson was so easy to work with. All of our family also let us know how helpful she was. We would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married!
I can’t recommend Hello Productions and specifically Alyson enough. Not only is she quite possibly the sweetest human ever, but it was thanks to her (and her wonderful assistant!) ...
that our day ran so smoothly—we had a slight hiccup when the limo carrying the entire wedding party from the church to the venue broke down, but Alyson and her assistant were already at the venue to take care of everything. We picked the “Final Details” package, so it was just day-of services, but we were in touch with Alyson multiple times before the wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her; she has such incredible attention to detail both in terms of logistics as well as in terms of decor—the way she decorated the reception space was more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed. Truly, my husband and I can’t say enough good things about her and Hello Productions. From the first meeting a month out, to dealing with a broken down limo, to the hair tie she gave me at the end of the night because all I wanted was to get my hair up—Alyson handled every detail, no matter how big or insignificant, beautifully. I will absolutely be recommending Hello Productions/Alyson to any future couple I know in search of a planner! Thank you so, so much Alyson!
Allanah worked with us over two years to make our wedding absolutely perfect. She was such a huge and integral part of the wedding planning process and day itself.
She brought an...
amazingly rolodex of vendors to us which saved us so much headache and time from day one. She had intimidate contacts at each vendor that would reply to her in an incredibly fast timeframe. I once tried to find my own vendor and it was such a merry-go-round of finding how to contact, waiting for a response, hoping they'd be good and professional - it gave me a whole new perspective on ways we ended up saving money and stress with Allanah.
Both my partner and I had wacky schedules because of working in healthcare and she was always able to make off-hours work. It was so kind and not something we had the benefit of very often.
She showed up to every vendor appointment with our best interests in mind. We never felt pressured to spend a certain amount with any vendor and knew she'd find anything that we'd missed or her professional knowledge as a planner would catch.
The two weeks leading up to the wedding I unfortunately faced an insanely stressful time at work -- I have no idea how I would've handled 10+ vendors emails me for timelines, payment and information without Allanah and working 10 hour days.
She treated or family as her own and we loved having her at the wedding itself. Honestly nothing went wrong at our actual wedding (Hienz Chapel & Soldiers and Sailors Memorial) that *I knew of* which most likely means Allanah fixed one thousand things behind the scenes the day of I never had to think about. At the end of the night my partner and I just left without even thinking or worrying about vendors getting what they needed or anything being wrapped up. It's been about four weeks since the day and I haven't had one out of those 10 vendors contact me to say they need something else or something was missed.
She knew exactly how many assistants to bring to the wedding without me even considering that aspect. The two she brought were equally as wonderful. Like clockwork I'd turn around every so often and one would ask if I needed anything and check if I was okay.
In the end she was the best hype girl a bride could ask for. You can tell she genuinely cared about us and our day. Walking into that big room of decorations for the reception was so special for me, and looking back to see how special it seemed to her will always be a core memory of the day to know we had someone who really cared with us.
We cannot recommend Hello Productions highly enough! We worked with Christina McLachlan and are so thankful for all of her time, effort, and support. We chose the "Day-of Coordinat...
ion Package", hoping to make the day-of lower stress for us, but she was so helpful during the lead up as well! She was so warm and friendly, and gave us such great advice on so many details that we hadn't even considered! On the day, she and her team did an amazing job setting up the venue and keeping it moving so smoothly. We were able to just have fun and relax with our loved ones. At the end of the event, they took care of the clean up so seamlessly, we barely even noticed it happening! The day after our wedding, when reminiscing about the awesome night, we both expressed how thankful we were that we had such a great coordinator, and how we very literally could NOT have done it without her!

g. She is extremely professional and knows the industry and local vendors VERY well. As a result, she knows how to get you the vision you want for your wedding, and offers even more creative ideas on top of that. I will say that there were some moments in the months leading up the wedding where I felt that her follow-up on certain tasks wasn't always timely, but everything did come together beautifully in the end. If I could, I would give a 4.5/5!
Not impressed with my day of coordinating experience. Allanah was very nice but she brought two assistants and it was mainly them chatting in the corner. The table decor looked ter...
rible and my mother in law fixed them. Guests were entering the venue early and the DJ was playing the wrong playlist and my friends fixed both of those issues. I made a far more detailed itinerary to hand out to vendors myself. Once again, very sweet as a person but I expected more from a $2,500 service.

Hiring a wedding planner was easily the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Allanah was THE BEST to work with! She was genuine, down to earth, and truly care...
d about making our wedding day everything we wanted it to be! She responded to countless emails, texts, and phone calls with allll the questions we had + she kept us on track with what needed to be completed with her super organized planning timeline. She attended meetings with us & always knew the right questions to ask other vendors because she has so much experience. At our rehearsal she made sure everyone felt comfortable & knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. Then wedding day, she was behind the scene making sure every single detail fell into line perfectly from collaborating with vendors to decorating to glueing broken shoes back together! I didn't have to worry about one single thing on at our rehearsal or wedding day which was a huge blessing. My husband & I could just be present & enjoy our day!
Thank you Allanah for everything you did to make it a tremendous day for us!
Our wedding planner, Alyson, was amazing! She was regularly in contact, was patient, thorough, and worked well with us, our family and bridal party, and our vendors. Before the wed...
ding, she gave us recommendations and advice when we were stuck or needed help. In addition, she handled a crisis with our cake on the day of the wedding, fixed the cake as best as could be done, and then fought to get us a refund. On our side, the day was stress free thanks to Alyson. Wholeheartedly recommend.
We had the pleasure of working with Alyson as our Day-of-Coordinator. She was such a thoughtful and calming person to have in our corner during our wedding.
From convincing the br...
ide that she really truly didn't have to worry about doing anything, to going to find pitchers to serve water when my caterers disappeared, I can't say enough good things about working with Alyson. Having her there really let us (and our parents) just focus on having a blast celebrating our wedding.
If you are looking for Day of Coordination services, look no further. My husband and I had already made all the big decisions for our wedding, but we both knew that we didn't want ...
to be stressed on the day of and truly wanted to experience every moment of our magical day. Our coordinator was Christina Affinito, and she was a dream to work with. She is organized, friendly, timely, brain when you don't have one (Bride brain is a thing!), and will help make your wedding a dream.
Leading up to the big day, Christina helped create a perfect timeline of events. This became the foundation of our big day and truly the blueprint to event success. On the big day, Christina and her crew (Maddie and Alexandra) set up the venue perfectly. From the Welcome Sign down to the personalized coasters, everything was perfectly set and waiting for our guests to arrive. All of our guests even complimented how wonderful this team was. At the end of the night, they had everything packaged up and ready to go home. My husband and I didn't stress even a moment. The only thing I wish I could have done differently would be that I didn't get the opportunity to hug Christina, Maddie, and Alexandra. THANK YOU HELLO PRODUCTIONS TEAM, you all helped create the perfect day to start Andrew and I's forever! We are forever grateful for your work and will recommend you to everyone we know!
My husband and I got married in November of 2022, and we worked with Christina as our final details/day of coordinator. Besides for choosing the best husband, my second best choice...
for our wedding was working with Christina. She was professional, knowledgeable, and SO friendly. Christina contacted all of our vendors to finalize arrival and departure times (a task that doesn’t seem that big until you actually have to do it…), she answered any questions I had (even before she was “required” to according to our contract), she made sure that our wedding day stayed on schedule (something I was most nervous about), she lead the set up of my decorations and center pieces, gave helpful reminders to our wedding party all day, and helped to problem solve anything that popped up. The day of my wedding, I did not have to worry about one single thing besides for being present and enjoying the entire day. Having a planner (specifically Christina) was worth EVERY penny. Christina was an advocate for me and did everything she could to make our day special and memorable.
Purchasing the day-of coordination package for our wedding day was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Alyson was an absolute dream to work with! Everything turned o...
ut exactly how I dreamed it would, and knowing that her and her team had everything under control meant I could genuinely relax and really focus on the joy and excitement of the day. On top of executing all the ideas that were floating around in my head perfectly and keeping everyone on schedule, she sewed my dress back together not once but TWICE (a loop on my bustle broke and I danced too hard and broke a strap). What sounds like most brides' nightmare didn't even register as a problem (and honestly makes me laugh thinking back on it now) knowing that Alyson was there to rescue me! I can't recommend Hello Productions enough.

ng up to (and on) our big day, including advocating on our behalf with vendors, running to the bakery when the wrong cake arrived (no, not kidding!), changing the run of show on the fly, etc. Her wealth of knowledge and contacts in the Pittsburgh wedding industry runs deep, not to mention she was a sense of calm for us throughout the process. Oh! And the end result was better than we could have even dreamed. THANK YOU!!!

Alyson made our wedding day a breeze! From our first meeting, I knew that Alyson and Hello Productions were the correct choice. She is warm, competent, professional, and calm. She ...
helped coordinate everything and meeting with her made the whole process easier. On the day of the wedding, Alyson and Danielle took care ofmaking sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and where it was supposed to be. She truly made the day perfect. I was able to focus on my new husband and my family instead of the details. Highly recommend!
Allanah was AMAZING to work with. If you want someone who is really going to take the time and energy into planning every single detail of your big day HIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!! I can...
’t say enough wonderful things about her and I hope that everyone will immediately book with her because of how passionate she is with what she does.
I used Hello Productions for day-of coordination and design for my wedding on 7/16/22 and Christina McLachlan was my planner. From my first conversation with Christina, I knew she...
was a perfect fit- she is kind, professional, detail-oriented, and listened to everything that I wanted for my wedding day. Christina played such a crucial role in bringing my design vision to life, but even more importantly, allowed me to plan with my wedding with significantly less stress and made it more fun and exciting. We unfortunately ran into some issues with my caterer in the weeks leading up to the wedding and Christina truly went above and beyond to take care of the problems and advocate for me. I had complete confidence that my wedding day would be perfect and seamless with Christina leading things (and it absolutely was!!!). Christina was such a pleasure to work with- so wonderfully professional, but also felt like a friend that was helping me plan my wedding. Future brides, if you are considering hiring a planner/day-of coordinator, HIRE CHRISTINA!!!! She is just simply the best.
My daughter’s wedding was at Hartwood Acres 7/9/22. Vendor setup can only begin at 10:00 am day of event. The amount of work setting up in such a short time frame seemed overwhelmi...
ng to us. But Allanah from Hello Productions carried out day of coordination perfectly! The transformation of the venue from 10:00am-2:00 pm was nothing short of magical. Her helpful, pleasant demeanor made it easy to work with her. I highly recommend Hello Productions and Allanah!
I can't thank Allanah and Hello Productions for helping make our wedding the event of a lifetime! She was supportive, handled all "emergencies" before I even had time to be concern...
ed and helped make my vision come to life. She was great with emails and connecting me with the right people. She listened to budget concerns and helped us get our the perfect vendors for us! I would highly recommend Hello Productions and Allanah as your event planner for your big day!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hello Productions and especially my coordinator, Alexandra. From the moment I inquired about services until the wedding itself, she and ...
her coworkers were nothing but helpful and supportive. She was beyond organized and on top of handling unexpected changes. Getting a wedding coordinator always seemed like something a little over-the-top for me, but having Alexandra and her team proved to be invaluable not just from a logistical standpoint but also from an emotional one. She was so supportive when I felt mired in details and probably put in more hours than she should've for doing day-of coordination! If you're at all on the fence about it, go with Hello Productions, they are the absolute best. Thank you guys again for such a fantastic day!
We are so thankful for Allanah Ebenstein; we could not have had the successful wedding we did without her. She was perfectly matched with us, and from day 1 we knew we were in goo...
d hands. I am a planner, and I loved putting together our wedding. That being said, Allanah knew when to let me do my thing, and she also knew when to weigh in. She was AMAZING at advocating for us when it came to catering needs, venue accommodations, and so much more. She always thought of things that were outside of the box, and there were many times where things were accomplished and I never even had to bother thinking about them. We hired Allanah through Hello Productions for full service planning, and this was one of the best decisions we made. From the constant contact, timely responses, vendor recommendations, and solution-focused approach to all things wedding related, Allanah exceeded our expectations. In short, we would happily hire her again for all planning needs, and we would HIGHLY recommend her for your upcoming events.
The main reason I wanted to work with Hello Productions is because from our very first conversation, Christina made me feel like someone else was just as excited about not only bri...
nging our wedding vision to life but also, and more importantly, our relationship and what got us (me and my now husband) here – and I knew instantly that I wanted her to be part of our wedding day. She got to know us on a personal level during the planning process and it made such a difference in how everything came together.
On our wedding day, both of us, our parents and other family members were able to fully enjoy every moment and not worry about anything – Christina made sure of it. She and Alexandra (who is also amazing!) were totally on top of it. Plus, their existing relationships with our other vendors in the Pittsburgh wedding community added to the day. Everyone was on the same page and it flowed so well. Our wedding felt like a dream and we could not have asked for a better vendor team to make it happen.
Christina & Alexandra went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (and I don’t think we could have been any happier!) leading up to and throughout our entire wedding. Truly, I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our wedding so special and memorable.
Christina was our day-of wedding coordinator and she did an absolutely fantastic job! We communicated with her via email and phone in the months leading up to the wedding, and she ...
was extremely professional and provided helpful advice in many instances. She and the Hello Productions team took care of all the details (venue set up, coordinating the night with all the vendors, personally packing up and bringing items to our hotel towards the end of the night, etc.) during our wedding day and helped execute and cater to our vision. Christina did an amazing job and we were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her on our special day!
Christina went above and beyond all expectations. I was planning a wedding through COVID (meaning many changes needed to be made last minute) and I truly do not know what I would’v...
e done without her. Through my mini freak outs, Christina knew exactly what to do and what to say to not only make me feel better but fix whatever problem we faced. She truly got to know me as a person and therefore was able to cater to me and my needs perfectly. That being said, she was easily able to gain an understand of my vision, what I liked and didn’t like, and helped me execute exactly what I was envisioning. Day-of I didn’t have a single worry (as it should be) and everything went smoothly, which I can thank Christina and Hello Productions for.
I was originally planning on not hiring a wedding planner, but I am so glad I did. Without a doubt, the best money we spent throughout the wedding process. I recommend all brides hire a planner. All in all, you can’t go wrong with Hello Productions, specifically Christina!
Christina and her crew absolutely made my wedding day! I never stressed or worried about if things were done, or what happens if an issue pops up because they were on it! They took...
care of any little thing I needed (setting the venue up, dealing with vendors, packing up cars the night of with our items, and so much more). If you’re wondering if you should invest - the answer is yes! Not only did I not have to worry, but my mother and rest of my family were able to enjoy the night as well! I would hire Christina again in a heartbeat, it was well worth it!!
Christina from Hello Productions did nothing for us except hit homeruns!! She walked us through EVERY SINGLE aspect of our wedding and made planning our big day an absolute breeze....
.. we had no idea how much went into planning a wedding until we met Christina. It was only overwhelming for a quick second and then she literally held our hand the entire way by making suggestions and giving us all of our options. She helped us to stay on budget and save money while still getting every single thing we wanted. Our wedding could not of turned out any more perfect and the process of pulling of our perfect dream day was actually fun! We looked forward to all of our zooms, phone calls and meetings with Christina. She is not our wedding planner anymore but now our friend. She is an awesome person in the absolute right job space for herself... we have already recommended her to friends that are recently engaged! If you and your fiance are looking to hire a wedding planner I'd say stop the hunt after reading this review and give her a call! - The Conroys ❤
