Christy & Chelsea are true Gems! We hired them for our "Day Of Coordination". & immediately it was obvious that they had years of experience in their field.

ding process they were invaluable to planning our big day. Our wedding would have not been enjoyable or gone off without a hitch without these girls by our side. They answered countless emails (annoying i'm sure) for months and dealt with my Type A-ish personality. :)
They handled things that went wrong before we could find out & stress about which I SO appreciated.
Thank you for being so wonderful to us & our guests! xo

Cannot say enough good things about Christy and Chelsea at hello gem!!! They went above and beyond to make my wedding absolutely perfect. The venue I chose did not do anything - so...
hello gem really had to plan every aspect of this event. On the day of, the caterer was an hour away at the billing address not the venue and hello gem handled it and the food arrived on time and I had no idea there were any issues. The guy who was in charge at the venue was very difficult to deal with and hello gem was amazing at dealing with him and getting everything to work just the way we wanted it. They are hustlers and they have amazing vision. I truly cannot recommend them enough!!!
Beautiful execution, trustworthy, and just darn good at their job.

were always happy to answer any of my questions during the planning process. A month out from our wedding they took over everything and I felt so comfortable knowing my special day was in their hands. They had some great decorations that they were able to rent out to me, which in the end saved me money from having to rent from any other vendors. Their eye for detail and their design aesthetic made my day beyond perfect. And to top it all, these ladies are some of the nicest, sweetest, funniest girls you will meet. Thank you thank you thank you to Hello Gem and for making my day more beautiful than I could ever imagine!!
These gals were amazing! They are super laid back and rolled with all the punches of our crazy venue. Nothing could get them rattled. Despite having a bride that was, at times, "...
over it" with the wedding planning, multiple locations, and last minute freezing temps to deal with; Chelsea and Christy didn't flinch. They made me feel like I could completely let go of the details and enjoy the day. We were in good hands. To top off their professionalism, they're super rad too! Guests/ family enjoyed interacting with them and they added to the fun of the day.
