Hedonia Flowers

sent us photos as a mock-up of what our flowers would like, and was very receptive to the change we wanted. Very easy to work with and the flowers were beautiful!

always making us feel supported and cared for throughout the entire planning process. They beautifully executed the floral vision we had in mind while still keeping everything within our budget, which we appreciated so much. On top of that, they worked seamlessly with both of our venues to recycle our florals and reduce flower waste, which was such a meaningful touch. The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and even our dog’s floral collar came out absolutely stunning, and we truly could not have asked for a more gorgeous arch/mandap. Every detail was beyond beautiful, and it was clear how much care and effort went into everything they created. Highly, highly, highly recommend Hedonia for any wedding!

nal, communicative and everything I could only ever dream of when working with a florist. I highly recommend them!!

s, and remade the mandap into a gorgeous sweetheart table. Everything exceeded expectations and, most importantly, they made sure our big day felt like US. 5 out of 5, just perfection!

roses as centerpieces in my library venue. Highly recommend leveraging them for any event floral needs

and reception flowers and candles, and come back to pick everything up at the end of the night! They even went above and beyond by being able to fill a welcome sign my dad made for our wedding with flowers. I dropped it off at their studio and they set it up on the day of the wedding with everything else. And it looked incredible! I couldn't be happier with how everything looked!

The altar pieces were especially stunning and added such a wow factor to the ceremony. She was also incredibly easy to work with, listening closely to what we wanted and offering helpful suggestions along the way. Everything she created felt thoughtful, elegant, and completely “us.” We couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out!

bridal bouquets and personal flowers perfect, but Hedonia really brought the magic when it came to our decor. Everything was the exact whimsical dream I had imagined! Alexis was FANTASTIC to work with and the studio in Bridgeport is wonderful, too. Could not recommend Hedonia enough!

ing me several mock ups of what the ceremony and reception spaces would look like. The day of the wedding, Christen and her team were there all day to setup and breakdown the ceremony and reception spaces. I was so confident the team would do a fantastic job and they surpassed my expectations!! I could not have asked for a better experience!!

d detailed proposal that helped us imagine how our dream wedding would come to life. Her expertise and creativity were evident in every step of the process, and the final result exceeded all expectations. The floral arrangements were absolutely stunning—each bouquet, centerpiece, and floral installation felt perfectly tailored to our style. The flowers added so much beauty and elegance to every part of our day, and the attention to detail was impeccable. On top of her incredible talent, Christen was such a pleasure to work with—kind, professional, and always available to answer our questions and offer guidance. We couldn’t have asked for a better florist to help bring our vision to life. Thank you, Christen and Hedonia Flowers, for making our wedding day so beautifully unforgettable!

in our budget.

o the final phone call and everything in between leading up to the wedding. She was very responsive with emails and gave great suggestions when I was unsure what would work best for our day. I sent her some of my favorite inspo pics from Pinterest, and my bouquet turned out a TON better than I ever could have imagined! It's been a week and I am still hearing compliments on how gorgeous the florals were and how they added the perfect pop of color to our day. We rented the gold circle backdrop from them for our ceremony and it was decorated so beautifully, and then was brought inside to be behind my husband and I for dinner at the head table. I am still obsessing over my bouquet and cannot wait to get the rest of our photos back because of how beautiful they were. I would recommend Hedonia a million times over.

e arrangements. Photos truly don't even do them justice. My family members and I ended up taking as many arrangements as we could home because they were simply too beautiful to let go. Alexis was also an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so responsive and seamlessly accommodated all of our changes to the floral scheme. She truly brought our vision to life - the flowers truly looked better than we could have ever imagined. We were also able to get a complementary bridal bouquet a few weeks before our wedding! We 100% recommend Hedonia Flowers to anyone looking for a florist. They are truly incredible, everything was an absolute dream. The biggest THANK YOU to Alexis and team!!

creativity were nothing short of outstanding. The bouquets, centerpieces, and floral installations exceeded all our expectations and perfectly complemented our wedding theme. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with such artistry—every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Hedonia Flowers truly captured our vision and brought it to life in a way that left us and our guests in awe. Their passion for floristry was evident in every petal, and their ability to transform our venue into a magical space was remarkable. We’ve received countless compliments on the floral arrangements, and we are so grateful to Hedonia for adding such beauty and elegance to our special day. If you’re looking for a florist who delivers both exceptional quality and impeccable service, look no further. Highly recommended!

up. They did not miss a single detail. Alexis was great to work with from start to finish & was very patient answering all of our questions!! Do not hesitate to book them, you will not regret it!!!!

tressful to figure things out with flowers for a wedding, but this was the easiest process ever. Alexis responded to messages quickly and pivoted/ stayed flexible when we needed to make changes. We want to thank Hedonia for their amazing work and would recommend them to anyone looking to have beautiful flowers at their wedding at an affordable price with a seamless experience.

d communicate with, and our wedding day floral was beyond my wildest dreams! They're worth every penny! Cannot recommend Hedonia enough!!!

velop our vision, and were always available to answer questions along the way. They did a gorgeous job on our wedding and were a joy to work with from start to finish. Our event coordinator even mentioned and complimented how great their team was on the day of our wedding. I already recommended Hedonia Flowers to a friend and they had an amazing experience as well. If you are looking for a florist in the Chicagoland area, look no further! Thank you so much Hedonia Flowers!

mall wedding party and few florals during the ceremony, but Alexis was so fantastic putting together and tweaking proposals and walking me through different options with total transparency. I never felt like I was being pushed to add anything or to max out the upper limit of our budget, and Alexis made it incredibly comfortable to keep the conversation open until we settled on a final proposal. I mostly wanted florals to add color to the more neutral reception space, and Alexis helped to put together a combination of centerpieces and a beautiful sweetheart table hedge that made the space vibrant and stunning. She also came to our venue walkthrough which was so appreciated, and suggested repurposing at the end of the aisles during the ceremony, which ended up being a great decision. I honestly wish I threw more big events with florals, because I would hire Hedonia and work with Alexis again in a heartbeat! Photo Credits: Maura Black Photography

t minute with our chuppah when our original plan fell through and provided an easy and affordable solution to our wedding week mishap. They worked with us to make our DIY centerpieces perfect - thoughtfully laying them out and being willing to work with our vision. Hedonia was an integral part to making our wedding day a beautiful one (even in a deluge) - thank you. Their pricing is also very reasonable, with no minimum which was important to us, and with a student discount!

We only knew that we didn’t want anything too showy or complicated, and that we didn’t want to spend an outrageous amount. Hedonia’s transparent pricing was so helpful for getting a better idea of what choices we could make with our budget. We worked with Alexis to put together a proposal; she was so kind and advised us through picking out a color palette to match our venue and the vibe we were going for and making decisions about what we wanted for arrangements. We ended up going for small arrangements and bud vases in jewel tones interspersed with votives, keeping everything low key but bright and fun. Just as we were working on finalizing everything about a month before our wedding, our venue added an installation for creating hanging arrangements above the bar; Alexis was happy to accommodate our request to add a hanging arrangement and came up with some great ideas based just on a few Pinterest photos of what we thought we wanted. When it came to the day-of, we were absolutely blown away by what they had created when left to their own devices with almost no instruction from us. Everything was stunning and exactly fit the bright, fun vibe that we were going for. For people who had never really cared or thought much about flowers, the floral arrangements, especially the hanging installation above the bar, ended up being one of our favorite parts. Incredible work from Hedonia Flowers!

ted so perfectly. I LOVED our bouqets and the bud vases and candles along our farm tables were just perfect! I would absolutely recommend Hedonia Flowers!

r budget. We would absolutely recommend them!

ook our vision and made it 1000x better than I could have imagined. I had a very distinct vision for my centerpieces and they were able to quickly schedule a meeting to review a structure mock-up my dad put together before he built all 25 of them. And the day of the wedding, I didn’t have a single worry because we had such a clear plan going into it, they helped ease my type A mind. Overall, they were just such a joy to work with and I would recommend them 1000x over!!

we felt respected, valued and heard each step of the way. She was flexible with changes and welcomed feedback. My jaw dropped when I saw everything come together- it was more than I ever could have imaged! The entire Hedonia team is amazing and we highly recommend them for your wedding or special event.

discussing color, tone, texture, shape etc with an expert like them! Alexis took the ideas I had and really made them into something special that exceeded my dreams! The day of delivery was seamless and the arrangements lasted another couple of days after the wedding, even after all that they had been through!

1) I was clear about my desire for the bridal bouquet to have a good amount of greenery and be lush and textured. The bouquet I actually received was quite pretty but did not have the amount of green texture that I had envisioned. 2) I received a text from the hotel telling me that our bouquets were delivered to the front desk. This was a shock to me. I had expected someone from Hedonia to contact me or my mother in law (they requested a secondary contact) but no one did. I mean, what's the point in asking for a secondary contact if you plan to contact exactly no one on the wedding day? 3) Something seems to have been a bit off with getting the arch floral arranged. There were working on setting up the ceremony space until like 2 minutes before the ceremony was to begin. As a result our guests were standing outside the room until approximately 4:58. The ceremony floral did look super great in the end! Now info on the things I liked about working with Hedonia. The initial phone call and the process of emailing back and forth hashing out the proposal was good. This is one of a few florists I contacted that were also able to provide a circular "moongate" arch which was very important to me. So if that is part of your wedding vision you may want to work with Hedonia. I loved how transparent Christen was about ways to save money and repurpose ceremony flowers at the reception (this was easy for us as everything was at the same venue and on the same floor). On the actual wedding day the color palette was great. I was super impressed with the flowers on the arch, they were better than I imagined! The table centerpieces were also better than I expected! I wanted geometric glass pieces with flowers in them, and Hedonia provided them all in different shapes and they were beautiful. Overall a great experience and they provided beautiful flowers. Even with some things to maybe improve upon, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

ng looked. All of the arrangements followed the color scheme we suggested and were creatively composed (flowers were different sizes and textures, as is the Hedonia style!). I was especially happy with my bouquet. Thank you!!

tion I gave her about what I was looking for and created the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnières and arch floral that fit the winter season and my wedding aesthetic perfectly. She was also really understanding of my budget and helped create a proposal that fit what I could spend, incorporating greenery and candles into our decor. Working with Alexis made the process so easy and stress-free, and I can't say enough how blown away I was by the final product. She and her team made my day so special and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

my fiancé and I who had very little flower knowledge or vision in mind. We chose Hedonia because of their event portfolio and how at ease Christen made us feel and she and her team definitely delivered! Throughout the process, she was so easy to work with and we couldn't believe how beautifully all of the details turned out. Thank you, Christen and the Hedonia team!

big day. When we wanted to make changes, notably switching from outdoor ceremony to indoor just days before the wedding, she quickly updated the proposal and plan with positivity and enthusiasm. This really put me at ease because I trusted her and knew that she and her team had it covered.  Overall, Hedonia will make your beautiful wedding, whatever your vision is, and they are easy and very friendly to partner with on your big day!

oral-heavy wedding. I have been heavily influenced by gorgeous centerpieces on Pinterest, and I wanted to incorporate some of those ideas into the wedding. I love that Christen wanted a mood-board for the event and she was able to run with it and create my dream proposal. I feel so lucky that my vision was able to come to life in a cost-effective way. From day one, Christen was incredibly kind and responsive. She sketched up designs when I couldn't articulate or find what I was looking for (which made for a stunning chuppah), she checked in often, and she was transparent every step of the way. I fully teared up when I arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding because the team absolutely blew my mind. I wish I could work with her all over again.

n times over it. She was super patient with me and when I saw the chuppah day of, I was truly blown away! Everything was SO beautiful. She went above and beyond on things I didn't even ask for. And I thought her prices were extremely reasonable. I can't recommend Hedonia enough!

ial proposal was amazing and she was great to work with to make sure everything was perfect. I'll never forget walking into the venue and seeing everything set up EVEN BETTER than I imagined. So glad we booked them!

ting it and yet Christen totally nailed it. I think I only sent her 3-4 pictures and you'd think she was in my brain based on what she came up with! I absolutely love how everything turned out and just genuinely appreciate how Christen runs her business. She's very transparent about pricing (which is unheard of in the wedding industry) and though my husband and I are a heterosexual couple, we loved how welcoming they are to love in any form. We couldn't recommend Hedonia enough!!

lors and arrangements that complemented our venue and palette which brought warmth and liveliness to our wedding just as we requested. My bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and altar pieces were absolutely stunning. We had rings surrounding the chandeliers and Christen added greenery touches which brought elegance to our day. I sincerely recommend Hedonia for your wedding and any event because they will slay. Everyone commented on how amazing their team was flipping the room and even going through marathon traffic yet still assembling on time. I cannot thank Christen and her team enough as they brought my vision to life and so much more. PLEASE, please do not miss out on Hedonia being on your wedding and event team. Thank you so much Christen!!!

ere set so the day of our wedding was extremely smooth. We explained our vision and Hedonia delivered 100%. The arch for our ceremony was beautiful and looked stunning in pictures. Guests commented on how lovely the flowers looked. We were looking for something moody but still summery since we had a July wedding and I couldn't have asked for anything better! I liked that the pricing was upfront and visible so there were no surprises when it came time to finalize everything. Overall, if you're looking for a stress-free floral vendor experience Hedonia Flowers is it! Thank you again :)

d even more beautiful than I had imagined. Not only that, but our bouquets were perfect - perfect color, perfect flower choices, perfect size, perfect shape. Christen was so incredibly easy to work with and understood the vision right away. I was put immediately at ease when talking with her and she surpassed all my expectations. Cannot recommend enough!

e park. She is SO talented and personable, and they made the most beautiful possible floral arch, runner decor, cocktail table, main table, and head table bouquets. My own bouquet made me literally GASP when I saw it. I can't wait for professional photos to come back, but needless to say I'd STRONGLY recommend Hedonia Flowers for any event!!!

at her insanely adorable studio a few times over the course of the wedding planning process. The first time I came in, I immediately felt her excitement for my vision and ideas. I wanted a whimsical, fairytale, muted pastel, garden vibe, and I got that and so much more! She helped me create the perfect balance of romance and whimsy, and guided me on what flowers to use, how many candles to have, and how to design the larger pieces for my event like the Chuppah and the large, beautiful staircase at my venue. I wanted a larger Chuppah than they had available, and Christen and her team BUILT ONE FROM SCRATCH. Everything was an absolute dream and Hedonia Flowers should be your first and only choice for any event you are having. I need to throw another event ASAP just so I can hire Christen and her team again. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING, I truly cannot thank you enough!

ss easy. Here are the many reasons I loved them: - Hedonia provides pricing upfront, unlike many florists (and let’s be honest, many wedding vendors in general). I found their pricing to be reasonable for the Chicago market and the value for money incredible considering the beautiful flowers they are able to source. - Christen and her team are a dream to work with. Communication was easy and Christen offered helpful suggestions and refined my vision into a clear, executable plan. We took an opportunity to meet her in her studio and get a sample arrangement, and she was LOVELY in person. The care they put into the work clearly shows and it made us comfortable and relaxed putting our wedding in Hedonia’s hands!! - The day of execution… it was beyond my wildest dreams!! When it comes to flowers, I tried to keep my expectations reasonable … between weather and the supply chain, you can never really guarantee how your flowers are going to turn out… but when my personal flowers arrived I nearly cried with joy! Christen and her team executed perfectly and even secured some of the most beautiful peonies for my late June wedding (which I convinced myself would be a long shot). When we got to the venue, I was blown away at how the team arranged the beautiful ceremony and reception flowers. From the table flowers and candles to the flower accents on the escort display, Hedonia went above and beyond to make the space beautiful and better than I could have imagined. Even our guests noticed and complimented how beautiful it all looked. Needless to say I am so grateful to have worked with Hedonia! Thank you, Christen and team!

open, approachable, and worked to understand exactly what I wanted for my wedding. We had a firm budget, and some other florists had already made us feel like we wouldn't be able to do what envisioned. Christen made it work and more. She was creative and fun, and everything turned out even better than I had hoped. She is a true artist and a genuinely nice person. I cannot recommend Hedonia enough. My bouquet is currently hanging to dry, as it is a keepsake from my wedding I will treasure forever.

d promptly and made beautiful arrangements once our day was finally able to happen. Pricing is very transparent and reasonable. I would highly recommend working with them!
