Hawthorne Creative Wedding + Event Company

vendors. Won't lie - I was a little apprehensive to hand over the reins at first. BUT Madison showed me she knew her stuff from day one. She is the timeline planning extraordinaire, thinks of every aspect big or small, and she efficiently communicated with our vendors (esp. Venue and Photog!). Madison and her team were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Dani took lead running our rehearsal dinner and let me tell you - she is a GEM! Her bubbly personality kept the vibes light and stress-free all while keeping everyone on track. Reece was so sweet, and she captured great content. You can tell everyone on their team loves what they do - we are so thankful for HC!! xo, The O'Sabens

nts we made for our wedding. From the planning process to the execution on wedding day, everything was absolutely flawless. Even though we only booked day-of coordination, Danielle met with us several times leading up to the wedding to learn every detail of our plans. By the time the big day arrived, she knew everything inside and out and was able to completely take the reins so my mom and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Danielle went above and beyond in so many ways. A week before the wedding, she let us drop off all of our reception décor and setup items at her house, which immediately took a huge task off our plates. On wedding morning, she handled setup at the reception venue before meeting us at the church, ensuring everything was taken care of behind the scenes. What impressed me most was how intuitive and attentive she was throughout the day. She got to know me well enough that she knew what I needed before I did. While we were taking photos after Mass, she could tell I was starting to fade. She appeared with my water bottle, handed it to me, and simply said, "Drink." She did this multiple times throughout the day, and it was exactly what I needed. Those small moments made such a difference. Whenever questions or issues came up, my response was always, "Talk to Danielle." She handled everything and wasn't afraid to play bad cop when necessary, allowing me to stay present and actually enjoy my wedding day without stress. As if coordinating the entire day wasn't enough, Danielle also captured behind-the-scenes content for social media. That's something I never would have had the mental capacity to think about that day, and it was so fun to look back on afterward and relive those moments. I truly cannot recommend Hawthorne Creative and Danielle enough. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it. It is 100% worth the investment and gave me the peace of mind to fully enjoy one of the best days of my life.

with Madison. She was very organized, asked questions about details, etc. I would not have thought of the things that she did, had we not worked with her! end Madison and her team! The communication was outstanding, she gave me her phone number to text, was there for everything I needed (and things I didn’t know I needed) and she even generously offered a discounted price to fit our budget. Anytime I would ask for anything she would say “ANYTHING YOU WANT, WE CAN DO” and she really made our vision come perfectly to life. Because of her and her team I didn’t even recognize it was my party because it was just that professional. She did everything and more from picking up our appetizers from the store the day of for us, setting up over 100 bud vases for us, fluffing my dress for photos, and carrying DIY stuff down 3 flights of stairs in 105 degree weather. LAST BUT NOT LEAST… she literally gave me the clothes off of her back when my dress ripped during the reception!!! Thank you all so much for everything!

out from the wedding through the big day and it was the absolute best decision! She helped me remain stress and worry free throughout those final weeks, and I felt like I actually got to enjoy every single minute of my wedding day because I knew if anything came up Madison would handle it. From coordinating with vendors, making a detailed timeline, setting up reception decor, picking up our late night snack, and coming up with a plan b for pictures the day before the wedding when we knew rain was coming (which we ended up needing to use!) are just a few of the amazing things Madison was able to do for us. She truly went above and beyond and I will recommend her to any future bride!

ble to have her input on decisions big and small and as we got closer to the wedding for her to take over all vendor communication so I didn’t have to worry about coordinating the nitty gritty (which was a lot for the World’s Fair Pavilion!!). day of our dreams. We hired Hawthorne Creative for day-of-coordination and added on a session towards the beginning of our wedding planning journey for advice on where to begin. That initial planning session assisted us on getting a clear vision of budget, setting solid goals, and saved us hours of research and frustration because of Madison's vast knowledge and experience in the wedding world. Madison is truly the best of the best. Madison took over vendor communication a few weeks ahead of our wedding and is a phenomenal communicator. She and the Hawthorne Creative team were on top of details for our wedding day before we even thought about them. We were able to actually relax and enjoy the last stretch of time being engaged while Hawthorne Creative ensured every detail was in place. Hawthorne Creative handled our wedding weekend with such grace, positivity, kindness, and expertise. Their knowledge of what we wanted in a wedding allowed us (and our family/friends) to truly sit back and enjoy our wedding day/weekend with each other and the most important folks in our lives. Madison and Hawthorne Creative are absolutely essential to having a worry-free wedding day full of love beyond your wildest dreams!

and creative when it came to an outside wedding that saw a lot of rain. We loved celebrating in the rain with them!

edibly thorough, explaining every step of the process, outlining exactly what to expect, and answering every question with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she truly went above and beyond in every aspect. On the day of the wedding, Madison was an absolute joy to be around. Her positive energy was infectious, and everyone—my family, my friends, even the vendors—loved her. She has this amazing ability to make everything feel under control, no matter what might be happening behind the scenes. I can honestly say she saved my mental health on the big day just by existing! If you’re looking for someone who is not only a consummate professional but also a warm, caring presence who will put you at ease, Madison is the person you need. I truly cannot recommend her enough!

g by myself, and a few months before, I started to panic, realizing how much work I had taken on, so I started looking for day-of coordinators. Madison was recommended to me as LGBTQ-friendly, and I knew we wanted to work with her as soon as we met with her! She is incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. We went with her package that gave us day-of coordination, rehearsal coordination, as well as taking over vendor communication for the month before the wedding. It was SO nice to have her take over vendor communication. It allowed me to focus on other tasks without the added stress. In taking over vendor communication, she caught a number of things that I had missed, which could have been a disaster on the day of! She also let me know when payments were due and how much was due. It sounds so small, but receiving a note from her instead of having to track everything myself was HUGE. We had access to all kinds of planning documents and lists, which were so helpful. Madison was such a joy to work with. She's incredibly sweet, helpful, and so communicative! Our day was absolutely PERFECT with Madison at the helm. She worked so hard to give us exactly what we asked for, and we appreciate her so much. Our day went seamlessly, and I can't thank her enough for giving us our dream wedding! I seriously don't know what I would have done without her!

!

all, but also being so hugely helpful the day of the wedding itself. The whole team was calm, and helped make me feel relaxed and able to enjoy our wedding day. I even forgot my vows and her team sprinted across town to get them for me. (Thank you thank you again!!!) I’d highly recommend Madison and team to anyone looking for a planner. Thank you ladies again and congratulations to you!! 😊

before the wedding. She took charge at the rehearsal, which helped speed that along. The day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way! As the mother of the bride, I appreciated her calm demeanor. We are so happy we found Hawthorne Creative! This was the best decision we made!

oned it. Our day of coordinators were outstanding! Jade and Brittnee were true professionals and made sure everything went perfect! Our day was an absolute joy and we got to enjoy every minute of it thanks to this team!

with one of our vendors. Jade was fantastic the day of and went beyond what is asked of a planner. From having every tiny detail in her bag of tricks to knowing how the bride felt and how to navigate her day, to "looking" the part and changing from "work" clothes to "wedding" attire, Jade was fantastic. I would 100% recommend this team !!!!

y. From our first meeting with Madison we knew we could put our trust in her and her team. She offers different packages depending on your specific needs and is extremely calm, organized, and professional. During our planning meetings there were so many times I said, “oh I didn’t even think of that!”—Madison thinks of everything, so by the time our wedding came around I knew everything behind the scenes would be taken care of (and it was!). We would recommend her over and over!

day, she and her team saved the day by redesigning everything and even driving an hour+ to get a new backdrop to use for the ceremony. Even without this, her preparation and organization in each of our planning calls was so helpful and I went into my wedding day with no stress or worries. My bridesmaids and family even noticed how prepared she was and commented on it all evening. I can't recommend Hawthorne Creative enough! Madison and her team are worth every penny and then some. She is definitely the person you want on your team as you prep for your big day!

s was so easy and she went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hiring Madison and her team is the best thing you can do for your wedding planning experience!

! Day of execution was PERFECTION. I did not need to worry about a THING! She is so very detailed for the day of timeline, everything was addressed and accounted for that we needed. If you don’t want to miss out on any single detail for your event book with Madison & her amazing team!!!🤍 20/10 recommend Hawthorne Creative!

nd organized by Hawthorne Creative. We had most of our wedding planned by the time that Madison took over coordination but she had the best ideas and input to make the day as enjoyable as possible. Her knowledge of weddings is vast! Any wedding day task we thought about delegating to a family member Madison made a plan for her team to take on the work so everyone involved could be focused on the main event and being together. That meant so much to us! The days leading up to our wedding were stress free, as we knew everything was in the best of hands. We highly recommend Hawthorne Creative Wedding + Event Management!!

for any bride. I planned most of my wedding but knew that I wanted help with the final details and the run of show. Madison was always on my radar from the time I booked my venue and I knew I needed her on my team. Not only was Madison organized and knowledgeable but her sweet, bubbly personality kept me in the right headspace from start to finish. Another critical piece of the Hawthorne team is Jasmine. I will never forget sitting with her in the bridal suite before walking down the aisle and just chatting like we were BFFs. My nerves were at an all time high and she probably doesn’t even know how much that meant to me. I seriously love these girls and would recommend them over and over again. I can honestly say they were the cherry on top, and the glue that brought my day together!

with communication between vendors while keeping us entirely in the loop! She makes you feel at ease throughout the entire wedding process. On the day of our wedding, Madison was truly a life saver. Not only was she at the venue coordinating the set-up and ensuring that everything was perfect, she came to our hotel to check in on us as well! She is incredibly organized and handles absolutely every detail where you don't have to worry/think about a single thing! We told Madison our dream and vision for our wedding and she made it happen! She always had our back, supported us through any hiccup that arose and always found a resolution. Most importantly, Madison is so genuine and her care for us and our day was felt immediately. I cannot recommend Madison and her team enough! We loved them so much and want everyone to experience all that they bring to a wedding! :)

I would not have thought of, she had every detail noted at all times, and she made sure everything was done smoothly. We were so grateful to have her, especially the day of the wedding. Anything we needed, she was on top of it immediately. I am so impressed with her and Hawthorne Creative, and I am SO thankful we chose to work with them!

whole wedding process and the day of. I would go as far to say that she was the most important vendor of my day. There is not a thing I could have ask more of from her and Hawthorne Creative was literal excellence on our wedding day. If you are even remotely considering a wedding planner, coordinator, manager, social media content creator, Hawthorne Creative should be your choice. This company is passionate, hard working, and simply amazing at what they do. Madison created a very detailed timeline for me, attended my rehearsal, decorated my reception space, attended to me the day of the wedding, basically hosted my wedding, and then stayed to break everything down packed away into boxes for us to simply carry out the next day. That peace of mind on my wedding day and leading up to was the difference between a good wedding and the best wedding that I could ever dream of. I cannot recommend a vendor of mine more than Hawthorne Creative and I genuinely mean that. Thank you so much again! It was amazing!

ing went wrong on our wedding day, but I’m pretty sure Madison just fixed whatever came up and didn’t tell us! She is smart, incredibly organized, creative, and so easy to work with. We would have been lost without her! -Anna & Matt

er. We planned our wedding from a far, so she was instrumental in every little detail. We loved her checklists and her positivity!

her, gave great advice, she helped set up (and take down) all of our decorations, she took some AMAZING photos that even our photographers didn’t catch, she helped me get ready, helped with the pictures & made the entire event planning/coordinating easy peasy! We gave her a vision of what we wanted, and she made it happen. I would’ve never thought about hiring someone to help plan our wedding, but it was the BEST decision we made. Madison was there from the beginning, until the end. She helped pass out cake & food (which is something I didn’t plan for- but was SO helpful), she made the whole day stress-free (I mean come on, ALL brides need this in their life), & she was diligent in her work and did everything I asked (she’s a trooper) 😉 We are so thankful for her & all she did. We have wonderful memories to look back on & we can’t thank her enough for all of the hard work she put in to making our big day so special! We strongly recommend Hawthorne Creative Wedding + Event Management!

and I couldn't be more grateful for her! It was the happiest day of our life and it could not have been possible without her and my family and all the work they did to make it the best day ever! If you are needing someone you can trust on the biggest day of your life! Madison is your go to gal that you can count on to be there for you when you need her!
