We truly could not have asked for a better experience at Hawk’s View! Ashley, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing. There were a few unexpected hiccups that came up on o...
ur wedding day (through no fault of the venue), and Ashley and the team handled everything so seamlessly that we didn’t even hear about them until after the wedding. It allowed us to fully enjoy our day without having to worry about a thing.
Not only was Ashley fantastic, but the entire staff at Hawk’s View went above and beyond. The food was incredible, and our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was!
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. A storm came through the week before our wedding and damaged one of the structures on the property, but the grounds crew worked incredibly hard to have everything repaired and looking perfect in time for our wedding. You never would have known a storm had come through!
Ultimately, we had the most amazing wedding day, and so much of that is thanks to Ashley and the entire Hawk’s View team. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day beautiful, stress-free, and unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend Hawk’s View to anyone looking for a wedding venue!
We can’t say enough good things about Hawk’s View! So glad we chose them as our wedding venue. Their staff is so awesome to work with especially Ashley and Jon! Our special day was...
so perfect and Ashley is an expert in her line of work!
We cannot thank Ashley Nysted enough for coordinating our wedding reception so seamlessly. Event planning is truly her thing. From the start, Ashley was so energetic, honest, respo...
nsive, and truly dedicated to make our vision come to life. We NEVER trusted someone so whole heartedly and there is no doubt you will have such a great experience like we did when working with Ashley. She made our day completely stress free and we knew we were in good hands the moment we started working with her. She was on top of providing all needed details to us throughout the wedding process, was extremely responsive to any questions, and was so flexible to accommodate to our requests given. There are no “hidden fees” anywhere and is straightforward with all aspects of what’s included in utilizing their facility. To top it all, the bridal suite room was a perfect space for myself as the bride and my bridesmaids to get our hair and makeup done, starting around 7am. Enough room for us all without feeling squished, and we were able to bring in our brunch food too! Ashley, and the Hawksview team are simply, wonderful, and so talented. Highly, highly recommend!
We had our wedding at Hawk’s View on June 29th, 2024. We could not have asked for a better experience! We booked the venue June of 2023 and consistently worked with the coordinator...
leading up to our wedding day, when in May we were told she no longer works for the company. This did create some concern as we were a month out from our wedding day. Matt, the general manager, assured us everything would go as planned and to remain calm. He really was wonderful with meeting our needs and expectations for the wedding day. He was extremely responsive and reachable, constantly keeping us updated with anything we needed to know. He made sure that everything we expected was still honored from the previous coordinator. In fact, he even went out of his way to make improvements for us regarding multiple aspects of the wedding. For our actual wedding day, it could not have gone more perfect! There was not a single thing that went wrong that day. Matt, Jack, John and Ashley were all incredible with making sure everything went extremely smooth. They were so kind, personable, and accommodating to us to ensure we had the best day and we really did. Our guests had a great time and so did we, and we had so many compliments about the food. We could not have had a better wedding day!! We are so extremely appreciative of all of the staff members at Hawk’s View that ensured this happened for us in the way that it did. We’re still kind of in shock at how perfectly everything went, but are forever grateful for it. We wish we could do a round two and relive this day. We would recommend this venue to all moving forward! This venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to visit again. P.S. We left our cake dish at the venue and our baker requested that we bring it back to her. We contacted Matt and asked if he could ship it to us so we could eventually bring it back because we live about an hour and a half away from both the venue and the bakery. He responded by literally bringing the dish to the bakery himself so we didn’t have to worry about it. Truly above and beyond. All our gratitude!
Beautiful place to have a wedding in May with all the flowers
Absolutely stunning venue and the most helpful crew to make sure the day went perfect. Becky is an absolute delight to work with.

zing and many of our guests told me it was the best wedding they’d been to. I am not one to write bad reviews, especially considering the fact that our day was amazing. However, that being said, the day of we did have one hiccup. Now, leading into the day of, Becky and her staff were incredibly accommodating and super responsive. However on the day of, Becky’s attitude was incredibly disheartening. From the time we arrived, my bridal party and I were made to feel as though we were doing something wrong by being there. Not only did she not even offer a “hello” to myself or anyone else, when asked about turning the speakers off in the bridal suite by one of my bridesmaids, Becky reprimanded her and almost made her cry. After the ceremony, she was sure to scold my photographer for taking too long with photos as we were supposed to do our grand entrance at a certain time, resulting in my husband and I unfortunately not getting many photos of just the two of us. My mom ended up asking her if anything was wrong to which Becky told her she had a head cold and was trying to avoid having close contact with anyone, which I understand and appreciate. However, if she was not feeling up to being there, I would have preferred her have someone else interact with us as there was one point where my husband had to keep me from believing she was extremely upset with me. Again, everything worked out beautifully and it ultimately didn’t ruin the day. Plus, I understand that everywhere is short staffed and having someone else be there wasn’t an option. I just hope that in the future, they find better alternatives if the coordinator is not feeling well enough to be in a positive mood.
Becky, our event coordinator, as well as the entire staff at Hawk’s View were instrumental in making our wedding perfect. Service was wonderful from start to finish, the course and...
grounds were immaculate, and the food and drinks were delicious! If you are in the market – I’d highly recommend them for any event!
Overall, our experience with Hawk's View was great. Becky and her team are extremely experienced and professional, and we were super happy having our wedding there. My only complai...
nt is that they nickel-and-dime you for just about everything. The cost initially doesn't seem too bad, until you start to add things up. Besides that, everything was beautiful and ran smoothly, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The ceremony space on the patio is absolutely gorgeous, and definitely one of the things that won us over. The reception space is a little dated, and required some more decorating. Luckily, we had freedom to do pretty much whatever we wanted (within reason of course) to dress up the space, and it turned out amazing!
My husband and I highly recommend having your wedding ceremony and reception at Hawk’s! It is literally a one stop shop for just about everything. The views of the course in Fall a...

our wedding venue being at Hawk's View. The staff was very accommodating and professional and our wedding coordinator, Becky, was phenomenal!

with walls but had character and warmth. Becky was wonderful to work with and made sure everything turned out beautiful. She gave great advice and suggestions. The food was delicious and several of our guests commented on how kind and attentive the waitstaff was. We had an open bar and were able to set a $ limit rather than paying by the person, this worked out much more affordable and we right on our number. My only regret is that our wedding wasn't in the spring to take advantage of the beautiful grounds and flowers which would make any wedding fabulous. We did get lucky with a fresh snow which provided some winter magic. If I had it to do over, it would be at Hawks View again.
Becky Farber, Hawk's View Wedding Coordinator, was amazing. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception, everything went flawlessly. If any issue did come up (typically, somet...

We got married at 4pm this past Saturday and the sunset was perfect. The setting for our ceremony and the relaxed but elegant vibe of the reception hall was exactly what we were looking for. The food and staff were excellent as well! In addition, the wedding coordinator, Becky, is phenomenal. She was great to work with and even helped us facilitate the wedding rehearsal. She made the process of planning a wedding fun, and took excellent care of us and our guests. I and my husband highly recommend Becky and Hawk's View for your wedding!

nd really everyone raved. That was one thing we really wanted, good food! The venue itself is gorgeous and Becky was so great to work with. She eased my worries and was very flexible. The staff that night were fantastic, we had a server that really was at our beckon call when it came to food and drinks. Our wedding day was pretty cold but Becky, again, eased my worries and everything worked out that our ceremony still happened on the beautiful terrace. Our timing worked perfectly and the sun was setting right as I was saying I do. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place to have their wedding and we found that it wasn't anymore expensive than other, less impressive, venues.

was a ten, and the facility just speaks for itself. If a bride and groom want a cozy, outdoor, log cabin feel for their wedding this is the perfect place. We absolutely loved it and have no complaints.

solutely amazing! They are very helpful with everything they have going on, they are very willing to work with you to make your day, yours! I can't count the number of compliments I had about the wait staff, as well as the views. You will fall in love with this place if you go to visit it. The ceremony sight is breathtaking and the fact that it is under a huge overhang allows you to not worry about the weather. The whole venue is wonderful and I liked having everything in one spot. I did a lot of little extras to make the day unique and they were right there helping. I will never forget my day & absolutely loved where I was married.

complimenting us on the venue and how beautiful it was.
The staff made the entire event flow so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Beautiful venue with windows surrounding the location. Look out on to the golf course. Meals were a tad pricey and potatoes were a little dry.
I absolutely loved everything about our venue site and if I was going to do it all over again would not have changed anything about our menu, location, flowers, etc.
Becky, the...
wedding coordinator, did a great job of helping us to put our vision together and stayed within a reasonable budget, especially considering how costly Lake Geneva can be!
