Have an Epiphany LLC.

as answered, every concern was handled, and no matter what came up, she always made us feel like everything was under control. On the wedding day, Epiphany and her team, Brandy and Kayla, were simply amazing. Everything ran so smoothly, and because of Have an Epiphany, LLC, we were able to truly enjoy the day instead of worrying about the little details. Knowing they were taking care of everything allowed us to be fully present for every special moment with Sarah and Jonathan, our family, and our friends. What impressed us most was how much Epiphany genuinely cared. It never felt like she was just doing a job; she wanted Sarah and Jonathan's wedding day to be exactly what they had dreamed of, and it showed in everything she did. Epiphany and her team thought of things before we did, handled every challenge quietly behind the scenes, and made the entire day feel effortless. There are countless things Epiphany did that most people will never know about, but we certainly do, and we are incredibly grateful for every one of them. Because of Epiphany and her team, we were able to relax, soak in every moment, and simply enjoy one of the happiest days of our lives. Epiphany helped create memories our family will cherish forever, and we truly cannot imagine the day without you. If you're looking for a wedding planner who treats your wedding like it's her own family's, Epiphany is the one. We will wholeheartedly recommend Have an Epiphany, LLC to anyone planning a wedding.

made sure that our vision and timeline for the whole day were executed and let us have a perfect wedding day! We really appreciated the attention to detail that they provided during the planning and setup process.

daughter on track throughout the entire year-long process.  The wedding day was completely stress-free and enjoyable because Epiphany handled every detail from vendor communication, expertly coordinating the timeline, and assuring all personal items were collected and cared for. Epiphany kept everything moving perfectly on schedule allowing us to relax and enjoy the wedding celebration.  She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her!

through the day was phenomenal. We truly can’t imagine hosting our wedding without her. We basically didn’t lift a finger on the day. She and her team, plus our vendors, setup everything beautifully. We were both so impressed with how everything turned out, and we have absolutely no regrets choosing Epiphany to make it happen. Her organization is impeccable, plus she’s super friendly and fun to chat with. Our guests also noticed how great she was! Everyone should Have an Epiphany wedding!!

questions (and she never made me feel like I was a burden asking all my questions and was happy to respond to them all), she helped choreograph a dance for my dad and I, she helped create seating chart and welcome sign, and she did so much more than all of that. The whole entire wedding planning process was 100% enjoyable and I never felt an ounce of being stressed out. She helped plan this wedding in a little less than a year which can feel stressful to some, but having her help out there was no stress. The wedding day I felt so incredibly calm and had confidence that if anything were to go wrong Epiphany and her team would handle it, which was a weight lifted off my chest (as well as my moms chest). Epiphany and her team made the whole day flow and everything looked beautiful! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Have an Epiphany!!

e our big ideas came to life.  Especially in the beginning of the planning process, she helped us sift through the countless options and managed what felt like an impossible to-do list.  And on our wedding day, she truly took care of everything.  Our families loved her too.

timely and precisely. We had the perfect wedding, in large part, because of her talents. I highly recommend Epiphany and her team for your wedding planning needs.

g than we anticipated, but she stepped in during the final stretch and truly helped carry the load. She managed vendor communications and kept all the moving pieces organized so we could actually enjoy the last few weeks instead of drowning in stress. She worked with us to create a clear wedding day timeline and itinerary that gave us so much confidence in how the day would flow. The rehearsal dinner ran smoothly thanks to her guidance and thorough run-through. On the wedding day itself, she executed our decor vision perfectly-everything looked exactly like we had dreamed. She directed the venue and vendors with calm professionalism, managed guest flow (including helping with late arrivals), handled all the tip envelopes, coordinated cleanup and end-of-night logistics, and was our reliable point person for anything that came up. Having Epiphany there allowed us to actually be present and soak in the moment instead of worrying about the details. What stood out most was her positive, excited energy throughout the entire process. She genuinely seemed thrilled for us, and my family kept commenting on how wonderful, cheerful, and helpful she was. She brought such a supportive and joyful presence to what can be a very stressful time. If you’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and truly caring to help with month-of and day-of coordination, I highly recommend Epiphany. She helped our day run beautifully and made the whole experience so much better. We’re incredibly grateful!

ut a hitch. Any little hiccups we encountered she handled like a pro. On top of all of that, she was a delight to have around and even tore it up on the dance floor (after a little convincing). She really helped our wedding day be THE most perfect day. You should hire her. Worth every penny.

r services for all other family weddings moving forward! She works like a ninja being nowhere and everywhere at once. If she anticipates a problem, she has it solved before it escalates for the best, carefree experience! Cannot recommend her services enough

nd a lot of time on, and Epiphany/Brandy took it all on with grace. Loved being able to just text her with random thoughts and ideas and just trust that she would execute. They’re like project managers, and that role is so integral to an event of this size (190 people). Brandy was SO amazing the day of. I had an emergency where my wedding dress sleeves were lost, and she sent the assistant to the bridal shop to buy replacements right away. 30 minutes later, I had my sleeves. She was calm, collected, and even helped me get into my reception dress and put my hair up!!! So grateful for my experience.

), Epiphany ensured my daughter’s wedding was perfectly executed.  The decor concept was not a simple one: Trees on tables, several hundred led candles decorated the tables, lanterns everywhere, etc.. I kid you not, there were hundreds of led candles that needed to be lit. There was a lot to manage. And Epiphany did a beautiful job. Truth-be-told, it’s hard for me to let go, but Epiphany's made it easy. It’s important to note that Epiphany did a stellar job in breaking down and cleaning up the venue (imagine having to load a truck of all the hundreds of led candles, votives, lanterns, flowers, trees, glass globes after the reception)? She did it all.  While the design and concept was completely ours, Epiphany was easy to communicate with and provided honest feedback when needed.  Don’t hesitate to hire Epiphany. She’ll do a beautiful job for you. Worth every penny.  Thank you Epiphany.

eline the month prior, was the point of contact with all of our vendors the week of, came to our venue’s 30-day final walkthrough, managed our rehearsal, and did an incredible job coordinating our wedding the day of. I noticed that our florist didn’t bring the greenery we paid for, and Epiphany quickly exited the room to call her. She came back two minutes later and said it’s been handled. Then boom, we had our greenery! She did an amazing job keeping everyone on schedule and tracking with the timeline. She knows what she’s doing and she’s not afraid to have your tough conversations for you (problems with vendors, certain family members). She’s a great person to have on your team on your wedding day. Thank you, Epiphany!!!!

from reception set up to helping bustle my dress. I cannot recommend her enough, she took away mountains of stress during the month leading up to our day and made it absolutely seamless! Photos by Ashleigh Parker

w be your reason to. Epiphany was so kind and professional on our intial meeting. For our wedding day we worked with Brandy and Monica who were absolutely incredible! I cannot stress it enough. All of my stresses and concerns were non issues on our big day. The entire wedding was seemless. We could not have asked for a better for a more perfect day. These ladies ensured we had the most incredible evening. Would definitely recommmend them for your wedding!

n making recommendations that fit our preferences. Plus, all the vendors had great things to say about working with her. Her rates were affordable and the service from her and her team was outstanding every step of the way. Highly recommend.

could make sure everything we wanted to do during the day would not be missed. There were so many small details I didn’t even think about that she reminded us of which was so helpful!! The day of she made sure the entire day went so smoothly. Nothing went wrong and even if it did she handled it for us and so our wedding day went by so perfectly!!! She was such an amazing investment and truly i would recommend her to any bride who wants to relax on her wedding day and fully be involved with the day and not worry about any details!!! She is so sweet and will make sure you have the best day!!!

ll the leg work ourselves to hire local vendors, but Day of Coordinator did not mean just day of. Epiphany jumped in about a month before the wedding. She was on all communications with the vendors, created a master timeline for all vendors and wedding party members, confirmed and followed up with all vendors about delivery, set up and broke down all decorations at the venue, delicately handled all tense family interactions, provided guidance to newbies on the wedding ceremony, and kept all the trains running on time. All of this and more allowed my family members to enjoy our day, rather than run around with a clipboard, missing vital memories. To anyone out there, I would 100% recommend this business/woman. She literally threw herself on the ground, holding an aisle runner in place, for the sake of the day. What else wouldn't she do?

ted all of our quirky ideas (like having a cookie boy instead of a ring bearer) but also took charge when we didn’t know what to do and needed someone to make a decision. Brandy and Tabari executed flawlessly! They set everything up for us and kept everything moving throughout the day. I would turn around and see that they had done something without my even noticing. It was such a relief for my whole family to be able to enjoy the wedding. I am truly grateful for HAE!

uestions we had. Day - of, Brandy and Tabari kept our day running on schedule, were extremely professional and helpful, and did all the hard work discreetly and beautifully so that my husband and I simply got to enjoy our day. I would hire HAE one-thousands times over - especially for the value of their services. You will not get a better bang for your buck when it comes to a wedding coordinator!

y. we communicated via email and she was incredibly prompt with responding to any and all questions. once we arrived on scene acouple of days before the wedding, she had us all organized. every detail was attended to and she kept us all on task, making certain everyone was enjoying the day. she knew all the players by name and what their roles were. the day after the wedding when we discovered the liquor store could not accept returns on a Sunday, she came to the hotel, picked up the leftover alcohol and returned it for us the next day. she went out of her way for every detail. outstanding service.

professionalism, warmth, and genuine excitement for our vision. As a same-sex couple, we especially appreciated how she ensured we worked with vendors who not only accepted but truly celebrated our relationship. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Epiphany was how she helped us navigate the overwhelming world of wedding vendors. She skillfully narrowed down the endless options to help us find our ideal photographer, videographer, florist, and DJ - each one matching our vision and style brilliantly. Everyone she recommended proved to be an outstanding choice for our day. Her communication throughout our year-long planning journey was remarkable. Whether it was a panicked late-night call or an excited text about a new idea, Epiphany was always there with thoughtful guidance and support. She masterfully balanced keeping us on track while empowering us to create the wedding that truly reflected us, not what others thought we "should" do. When family dynamics got complicated, she helped us navigate those sensitive situations with grace and wisdom. What truly sets Epiphany apart is her ability to build strong relationships - not just with us, but with every vendor involved. Without exception, our vendors raved about working with her, noting how she made their jobs easier and the whole process smoother. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are impeccable, but it's her genuine care for her couples that makes her extraordinary. On our wedding day, Epiphany and her wonderful assistant orchestrated everything flawlessly from start to finish. The venue looked stunning, the timeline ran perfectly, and any minor hiccups were handled so smoothly that we never even knew about them. Our families were incredibly impressed with her presence and professionalism, and we were able to fully immerse ourselves in our special day knowing she had everything under control. If you're considering Epiphany for your wedding planning needs, don't hesitate. She's more than a wedding planner - she's an advocate, a problem-solver, a creative partner, a friend, and ultimately, someone who will care about your wedding as much as you do. We couldn't imagine our wedding journey without her.

team was prompt, prepared, and helped our event run extremely smoothly. We highly recommend this team for anyone planning a wedding who wants to attend the event along with their guests and not worry about anything!

s and was able to balance taking charge when needed and being respectful and kind to everyone she encountered throughout the day. Epiphany is truly a huge contributing factor to our day being successful!

Her communication style is superb. Her tools to capture all the contracts and building the timeline was instrumental for us to be on the same page. Joe and I highly recommend her!!

at everything would go smooth with having her team there and everything would get set up to exactly how we had planned, and any hiccup would get solved because the amount of time and effort she put into everything with me beforehand. We are so happy we had Epiphany and her team to support on and keep everything flowing on the day of. Thank you so much!

rent vendors, services, photographers, and DJs allowed us to easily pick the best ensemble for our wedding. She was patient and flexible with us, which was especially important because we were planning the wedding from the other side of the country! Then, on our wedding day, her quiet work in the background allowed us to fully enjoy the experience and the moment. I could not have asked for a better wedding day!

She shared invaluable insights on high quality vendors within our budget and provided helpful guidance and timelines throughout the process. She was also key to the day-of wedding success, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her fees were very reasonable, and well worth the service she provides. I cannot recommend Have An Epiphany LLC enough.

ut on our radar. On the day of, there were a million moving parts and she and her team were super helpful and made sure the day ran smoothly. You feel like your working with a long time friend, but one that actually knows what they're doing. Would 100% recommend.

step of the way and handled every panic text from me and hiccup with grace and patience. She handled so many things behind the scenes before we even realized. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and cares about her couples. She keeps it real and will be totally honest, is someone to vent to, or bounce ideas off of. Epiphany has great connections and we booked most of our vendors with her recommendation - they all turned out so amazing. All of our family members and bridal party told us how they agreed that Epiphany was so amazing. We could not have done this without her and will recommend her to anyone that will listen. I will miss working with her. You will not regret Having An Epiphany!

of task items she was able to accomplish made my planning experience SO much more carefree so that I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding with minimal stress. Make your life easier and definitely hire Have an Epiphany to help plan your wedding!!

nd is extremely efficient. She’s the perfect mixture of professional and fun! She and her assistant did everything we needed them to do, and a whole bunch of stuff that we didn’t even know we needed - including an emergency drugstore run for burn cream when we had a mishap with a curling iron! Epiphany is so knowledgeable about everything regarding weddings, from her connections with vendors and locations, to her detail oriented planning, to her talent in designing signage, to her eye for decor, she was an absolutely irreplaceable part of our day! She made the day run so smoothly! Our families have not stopped singing her praises! - Erin & Katie Wicker

lf available to us throughout the wedding planning process. In our final details meeting, she came prepared and asked so many in depth questions, it made us feel so prepared for the big day. Her team was hard working and really helped us with set up and take down on the big day. Can’t recommend enough!!!

me in the final months leading up to my wedding. Val and Tabari were with me for my wedding and they were both spectacular. Things I would wonder about during the day, they were 10 steps ahead of me on. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough!

remely detail oriented to name a few. Epiphany takes care of the details that I didn’t even know existed, but it sure made an impact the day of. She also has great contacts across the wedding business and is willing to suggest them based on whatever your budget is. Her contacts didn’t disappoint, no matter the budget. Thank you Epiphany, for a great wedding experience. If we could do it all over we would still choose you. Choose to Have an Epiphany for your wedding, you won’t regret it!!

e to help me remain sane. Have An Epiphany was referred to me (with a raving review) by a friend who used the services for her own wedding. And now I see exactly why Epiphany is the best in the biz! Epiphany alleviated a tremendous amount of stress throughout the 6 weeks before the big day. She was doing so much behind the scenes and took care of details that I would never even think of. The moment that I knew hiring her was the best decision I made was when I walked into the venue right before our ceremony. She took our vision and truly brought it to life (and so much more)! I feel as though I often have a difficult time articulating what I want but she interpreted everything perfectly. I still have family and guests tell me about how wonderful Epiphany was and that she took such great care of everyone in attendance. Words cannot even describe the level of excellence that Have An Epiphany provides. If you are reading this, trust me, you will NOT regret hiring her and will have the best (stress free) day ever.

took so much stress off of me for my wedding and constantly made sure I was ok during my big day. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for one. She is truly amazing at what she does.

eeded to hire a Day of Coordinator for my wedding so I could enjoy the day of and not stress about making everything perfect. After our first phone call I had with Epiphany, I knew she was great at what she does and she exceeded all my expectations! From our details meeting to the day of, Epiphany's communication was fantastic. She did everything- She touched base with every one of my vendors the week of and made sure everything was in order. She checked in on me while we were getting ready. I gave her inspiration photos for my decor, and she made sure the execution was perfect. She assisted with breakdown and made sure everything was organized for pickup. She thought of literally everything... even mailed my wedding license! I was able to enjoy my day to the absolute fullest with my husband. My family, wedding party, and even wedding guests were raving about how wonderful she is! We couldn't recommend Epiphany enough. If you are considering her and her company, do it!

wntown Cincinnati. From our first meeting, to our final details meeting, to the day of the wedding every single detail was thought through and seamless. She took so much stress off from not only me as the Bride but my family as well. Our wedding day would have not gone so perfect without her communication, handwork, and attention to detail. As a bride that planned and booked everything herself, Epiphany was 1000% needed the day of to ensure we had the best day ever. We could not recommend her enough for all your wedding needs.

, knowledgeable, warm, and committed to ensuring our wedding day proceeded smoothly. We ended up selecting her "Month of" package and could not be happier with the value and quality of service we received. Epiphany was a valuable resource beginning when we hired her, but once our official month kicked in, she was incredibly efficient and finished all our preparations comprehensively. The only drawback to this was that I had so little to do, I had plenty of time to feel nervous about the big day. We selected many of Epiphany's preferred vendors who were all wonderful, and even the one vendor who was not on her preferred list, she had already worked with previously and everything went off perfectly. She coordinated the vendors like a well-oiled machine and we were only required to engage with vendors to confirm our selections/notes for their services. I cannot emphasize enough how much Epiphany's excellent group of vendors (who you don't have to go with, but we're so happy we did), extensive experience working with them, and team-player attitude made the entire weekend and all the final planning so easy and stress-free. Epiphany herself was a joy to be around and a total professional. My husband and I joked that she possessed a supernatural quality--there but not there, seen but unseen, deftly solving problems and moving the itinerary along without ever being intrusive or making your day feel militantly scheduled. For some specific examples, we had a detailed and highly customized BEO with our venue that included certain wine on certain tables, multiple appetizers, snacks, plated dinner, special order beer, etc. etc. I never lifted a finger and arrived at the reception with everything exactly where it was supposed to be. We also ran into a hiccup shortly before the wedding when we found out from the venue that the bar would not be open as soon as the guests arrived from the ceremony. This was a big concern to us, but Epiphany immediately spoke up during this meeting and began to problem solve with our venue representative. The bar was open as soon as our guests arrived at the cocktail hour, problem solved! She thought of everything--she handled all our place cards and signage, all our decorations, she expertly corralled our wedding party while still being friendly, she stepped up and made decisions I did not care to make, she was super responsive and available anytime we needed her--I could go on and on. Her fee was easily the most well spent money of the entire experience. If you have room in the budget for a planner, you cannot go wrong hiring her!

communicaiton. It is obvious Epiphany is invested in the success of her business by her passion she showed to our family. We Highly Recommend this team. Only 2 days after the wedding I have already given her name to 2 friends.

coordinator and my Mom found Have an Epiphany from the Knot. And WOW I could not be happier and more thankful for having them there. Prior to the wedding anytime I was stressed or worried Epiphany was a text/email away and responded so quick. When I was getting stressed with wedding stuff she would set up a meeting time we could meet in person and it made all the difference! I joked with her saying she needs to add wedding therapist to her company tag lines. During the week of she and my day of coordinator, Monica, handled absolutely everything! They coordinated all of my vendors and communicated with them all so well. During the rehearsal the set up ran so incredibly smooth thanks to them. We brought in all of the decorations for the wedding into the venue and went through everything so it would match our vision perfectly. I’ll never forget walking into the venue on our wedding day and having the realization of “holy crap this is my wedding!” All of the decorations and set up looked so perfect it didn’t feel real! Monica was absolutely incredible on my wedding day. She handled everything beautifully and made everything flow perfectly. Even when I was running behind on my timeline she helped me relax and take a deep breath. Towards the end of the night Epiphany stopped in and surprised us. That meant the absolute world to us! At the end of the night they took care of cleaning up everything and we did not need to do a single thing! Do yourself a favor and book through Epiphany! The set up and clean up is worth it alone! It felt like everything else was an incredible bonus! You will not regret it!

g pre- to post-wedding. We worked directly with Epiphany, starting in September 2022 for our October 2023 wedding. During our first meeting, we discussed our wedding vision and budget. From there, Epiphany saved us so much time and stress by recommending vendors within our budget and setting up meetings for us. She also kept us on a manageable timeline. I didn’t think about wedding planning unless she was reaching out to us (ex: we didn’t think about invitations, registry, hotel booking, etc. until Epiphany suggested we started looking into those and giving vendor recommendations). I was so relaxed on the day of our wedding that even the hair/makeup artists were amazed at how chill I was. It was because I knew Epiphany had everything covered. The wedding went off without a hitch. After the groom and I left the reception, my family said Epiphany was great at making sure the leftover food and flowers were dispersed to the remaining guests. When a few days later the company we rented linens from said they were missing a tablecloth from our wedding, Epiphany took care of it and resolved the issue. She was truly an amazing wedding planner and I highly recommend anyone to work with Have an Epiphany Wedding services.
