I used Becky for my 2nd daughter’s wedding in June 2015. She married at Annabella in Huntsville. We met with Becky twice before the wedding to work out the details. I paid for t...
he gold buffet, the best she has for 100 adults, 20 children, 86 attended. First, I ordered bar-b-q sliders. I was told by Becky she prepares them by buying the bar-b-q, mixing in a sauce, and serving them hot on the bun. At the wedding, the bar-b-q was in an aluminum pan with some rolls by it. I ordered the meatballs and they were good. Second, I ordered the three cheese rings with assorted crackers. I was told by Becky the rings were made in a Jell-O mold (I thought it would be like my Tupperware mold which is 3 ½” tall and 2 ½ “wide) the rings there were about 1” tall, very small, and they ran out. The only cracker was Ritz as the assortment. Third, when you look at the fruit display pictures on her website, don’t expect it to look like that. I did. No cantaloupe, which is in season, we had watermelon and grapes, still attached to the rind and vine, the pineapple and apples were cut appropriately, nothing decorative as in the pictures. The caramel dip for the apples was hard. I ordered the apple cashew spring mix salad, it was good, but ran out. Forth, she was late. The wedding was at 6:30 and I did not see anyone from her staff until around 5:30. I was the first to see the table after the wedding and it was not ready. It did not have enough serving utensils or staff. SHE DOES NOT PROVIDE ANYONE TO STAY WITH THE FOOD OR DRINK TABLE. I should have asked, but after using Wild Rose Catering for my first daughter’s wedding at Annabella I guess I expected the same service as they provided and for much less. Overall the food was good (nothing special), the service was fair.
Hartley Catering did the food at my wedding and the cake. Ms. Hartley was very professional, provided the food that we selected and made the cake just how I asked. The food was b...
etter than any catered food I have ever had at the wedding, and the guests agreed. Some have already asked for her contact information for their own weddings. They set everything up and took everything away at the end of the night. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

also helped out with the set up/breakdown and made sure everything was running smoothly through the day! Also, as a bride and groom, we didn't really have time to have a full meal, but we always had some food on our table to snack and pick. Thanks!!!! Plus we took home everything that was left.
Like mother like daughter! Becky's daughter was my DJ (Hartley's Entertainment) and they were both AWESOME! We were initially going to do finger foods and hors'e douvres but Becky'...
s menu convinced us otherwise!!! You HAVE to get the corn casserole, broccoli & sunflower salad, & the baked chicken! EVERYONE commented on the food! My husband's (YAY! that never gets old haha!) sister in law co-owns a bakery and was supposed to make my cake but then due to family issues she backed out and left us with about 2 months to go and no cake! Becky stepped right in and made the EXACT cake I asked for! It was SOOO moist! Not like most wedding cakes! And the icing wasn't like that fondant play-doh tasting icing! It was about $16/head for the full dinner menu and she only charged my $250 for my cake b/c she knew I had a rough time with it and we only had about 100 people. She was SO nice and we even found pictures of where she and her staff had hopped into our photo booth at the wedding to take some silly shots!!! Fun, Worth the money, tasty, friendly....LOVE them!!!
