We had the most beautiful, intimate, Monday afternoon wedding at Harper's Vineyard. We did not even have to decorate. The scenery and setting speaks for itself. The staff was wonderful to work with, and everything went perfectly. We cannot recommend this venue enough.

Opened as an official venue in 2022, Harper’s Vineyard was born from years of joyfully hosting weddings and creating meaningful, memorable experiences for guests.
Couples can exchange vows outdoors beneath custom wooden arches surrounded by rolling lawns, vineyard rows, and panoramic mountain scenery, then celebrate under the modern timber-framed pavilion featuring chandelier lighting, open-air views, and a spacious paved terrace and dance floor. The venue accommodates up to 120 guests and includes access to the bridal suite, ceremony site, pavilion, vineyard grounds, and full-service wine bar featuring estate-grown muscadine wines.
Harper’s Vineyard provides thoughtful amenities to make your day seamless, including tables, chairs, wine barrel cocktail tables, on-site parking, a commercial kitchen for caterers, a 4K projector, and a state-of-the-art Bose sound system. Jordan, the venue coordinator, was amazing to work with—always responsive, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process. We're so grateful for all of her help leading up to our special day.
Almost all of our guests traveled in from NJ/NY, and they were absolutely blown away by the breathaking views. Even with a bit of rain (which thankfully held off until after our ceremony and photos), we were still able to fully enjoy the space. The gorgeous floor to ceiling windows made it so that we felt like we were outside the entire time. It was such a gorgeous backdrop for photos and added such a cozy, natural feeling, even in late March. Being able to have our pup with us on our special day was also a huge plus.
One of my favorite memories was getting ready with my bridesmaids, sipping coffee by the firepit, and taking in the mountains—it was such a peaceful, grounding moment. The bridal suite was small and I was concerned about fitting our group of 11 comfortably, but we made it work perfectly. Our group was spread out throughout the venue at times, enjoying the gorgeous day and stunning views - so much better than being locked away in a bridal suite for hours.
If you’re looking for a venue that is not only stunning but also run by the most thoughtful people, Harper’s Vineyard is it.

lly in the initial phases even setting up a FaceTime tour with me as I was located out of state. On the day of the HV staff were extremely helpful in setting up tables and assisting guests with parking. The bridal suite was the perfect size for my girls and I to get ready. There were so many incredible backdrops for photos from the massive bronze doors in the reception hall to the vineyard to the arbors. Everything ran so smoothly and my guests were beyond impressed with the beauty of this venue. Could not recommend this place more!

on the phone and then made our first visit a few weeks later, we knew it was the place where we wanted to say "I do." The stunning mountain views set the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony, and the entire venue is a picture-perfect setting that blends natural beauty with elegant yet rustic charm.
But what made our experience even more special was the exceptional team at Harper's Vineyard. Chuck and Sarah, the owners, are such genuine and caring people, which is comforting when you’re planning a wedding. They went above and beyond to make us feel more like friends than clients. They treated us like people, not just another transaction, and made us feel supported and heard every step of the way. Their passion for their venue is so evident!
A special shout-out to Jordan, the venue manager, who was an absolute dream to work with. She was so communicative, organized, and answered all of our questions – and here were many! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Jordan made it feel easy and stress-free. We knew we were in good hands!
At the rehearsal and on the big day, Natalie was an INCREDIBLE help. She made sure everything ran seamlessly during both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself. Her attention to detail was outstanding, she was a great listener, and she kept everything on track while also ensuring we had time to enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because we knew Natalie and the entire team had everything covered.
One of the best things about Harper's Vineyard is how convenient and easy it is to have everything in one place. From the rehearsal, getting ready on the day-of, to the ceremony and the reception, we and all of our guests were able to enjoy the beautiful views and celebrations without needing to travel between multiple locations. The venue is accessible, easy to find, and has ample space for guests to relax, mingle, and take in the gorgeous surroundings.

Their wine is delicious and when the vineyard is in bloom, it makes for a gorgeous and unique spot for photos. The bridal suite is beautifully furnished and makes for a fabulous place to get ready for the day. The venue owners are kind and generous with tours and information. They take so much pride in this venue and have built it from the ground up and are always doing projects to improve it. The venue has staff members who are there during all events to make sure the day goes smoothly and be a helping hand so you aren’t left there alone to figure things out for yourself. Not all venues provide that, so that’s huge. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the venue, the owners, and the staff. It’s always a pleasure to work there!

We later found that it had not been booked after all and after finally receiving the contract to book, we were turned away for being a same sex couple, a fact that was obvious when we had toured two weeks prior. Heavily disappointed in our fellow Christians for their lack of love and respect in this situation.
