Our wedding was the most perfect day and Hanover Grande ballroom and their staff were a huge part of that! We originally had our wedding set for 4.3.21 but with COVID restrictions ...
for guest capacity, they were extremely accommodating. We were able to choose our new date 4.9.22 seamlessly! The planning was stress free. Michele and Kathi were extremely responsive to all of my questions! Not only was everything leading up to the wedding great, our wedding day was truly perfect. Our bartender, Alex, was personable and connected with all of our guests! The entire staff that night were so nice and professional! Food was amazing! The gazebo and grounds made for the perfect spring photos too! My husband and I have no complaints! Highly recommend!
At first my husband and I were hesitant to have a wedding after the chaos of COVID; however, once we looked around and saw all our family and friends have such a good time we knew ...
it was worth it. The staff were not only hard working, but friendly. You could tell that they genuinely cared about everyone having a great night. Your guests will also be impressed with the food. We highly recommend the mashed potato bar and the salmon. Thank you Hanover Grande Ballroom for a wonderful Wedding!
I want to start off by saying that this venue was initially at like the bottom of our list, but after we met with Michele, it quickly moved into our top 3. Michele was fantastic. E...
ven before we decided to book Hanover, she made herself available for any questions we had about the planning process. She even sent us a sample budget and a spreadsheet for recommended budget. Michele also suggested creating a wedding email so anything related to the wedding would not get lost amongst regular emails and spam. We followed her advice and did so, and we were glad we did. We never missed an email from a vendor or potential vendor after that. We went through a lot with this venue with COVID. We even lost Michele briefly due to staffing cuts throughout the pandemic. Michele came back in time for our tasting, but then we lost her again shortly after that when the state shut down again. We had our final details meeting with Shelley, and while we missed Michele, Shelley was still awesome to deal with. 2 days before the wedding we had an appointment to meet with Shelley to go over everything and sign off on the Event Orders. We were sitting in our hotel room making more orbeez for our center pieces when my phone rang. Michele's name was on the caller ID. Much to our surprise, Michele was back! We were ecstatic. We had worked with Michele for most of our planning process (over a year) and really wanted her to be back in time for the big day. Michele treated us like family from the start and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how silly the questions seemed. The venue itself was very reasonably priced and we got a lot of bang for our buck. The food was phenomenal! Everyone loved the food. My oldest daughter came to the tasting with us though and her and the head chef started talking about how much they like Brussel Sprouts. They chef had Brussel Sprouts ordered for the two of them for our wedding night. My daughter was very happy about that and ate the whole plate of them! Shelley was also able to get a bottle of my favorite whiskey at the bar just for me. The bartender was also great. I cannot say enough good things about Hanover Grande. Definitely book with them!
We have used this wonderful Grande Ballroom for local Banquet. In addition we have had a wedding event here. The customer service from all of the staff members was outstanding. ...
They are extremely organized. The culinary art team did a wonderful display of the food and appetizers. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or corporate event.
Thank you for making my dreams come true on my wedding day!
My husband and I were overjoyed at the experience with Gina and Amanda at Hanover. They were always willing to answer any question I sent them over email (all 100 of them ;-) ) and...
never complained or made me feel like I was a bother. The room was beautifully decorated and the food was amazing. We could not have asked for a better location. Highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to begin their lives together.
Our wedding was beautiful and I'm so happy we had our wedding at Hanover Grand Ballroom. We had the fireside ballroom, Gina and her staff did an amazing job we couldn't thank them ...
enough for making our reception so beautiful . We couldn't have gone anywhere better. We recommend Hanover Grand Ballroom to anyone that wants a wedding to remember!
It's the worst place to have your wedding they give you one price to lure you in and then they hit you with a whole bunch of crap, it got too expensive and they wouldn't even accom...
adate us or tell us we can take things off to lower the price... Instead they ignored us and rather have emailed than speak to me over the phone, they are unprofessional don't really care about how you feel, they care about the money. So please try to stay away from them the money you put in and decide to cancel you won't get your money back..
The best decision My Husband and I made was booking The Hanover Grande Ballroom for our Wedding! We renewed our vows on 12/31/16 and it was the Best Day of My Life! We live in Texa...
s but got Married in Pennsylvania and the HGB Team made it so easy to plan from so far away! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Gina, Amanda and Liz and all 3 ladies went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! Gina is an absolute angel and anytime I needed anything or had a question I would shoot her over an Email and she would respond right away! The food was delicious and everyone of course loved the open bar, and I loved the fact that we could customize it to our menu! I had a pretty good vision of what I wanted and a few days before the Wedding, I met with the ladies and gave them our décor, candy buffet items and decorations and they took care of the rest. When Beau & I walked in for our first look I couldn’t help but cry because every little girl dreams of this perfect day and the venue looked like an absolute Fairytale! You get so much more than what you pay for and you will not be disappointed! I shopped around since the venue was my top priority for the Wedding and to have a Hotel, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception at the same place was brilliant! The location, hotel, venue and staff were all on point! To not have to do a thing or worry on your Wedding day is so priceless! I always hear disaster stories about people’s Wedding Day and I can honestly say that because of Gina and her staff, not a thing went wrong and I could not be happier! Everyone still raves about the Wedding and even the vendors that The HGB recommended were exceptional! All in all I wish I could give them more than 5 stars and I cannot begin to Thank them enough for giving me My Dream Wedding!!!!
You plan and plan for the perfect day and just dream of what it's going to be. The staff at Hanover Grande Ballroom and Best Western took what was in my head and made it a reality....
They all were so amazing, friendly, easy to work with. The guests had a wonderful time, the food was great and it made our day exactly what we had hoped for.

Everything about the Hanover made for a great evening for my bride and me. From the planning stages all the way through the end of the reception, Gina and Amanda were helpful and ...
professional. The prices were very reasonable even with the add-ons we chose. The guests are still telling us about how great the food was. I'd recommend using the Hanover Grande Ballroom to couples planning their wedding.

sband) the food was amazing! There are so many wonderful food packages to choose from! The staff was so amazing and accommodating to our needs. While my family was driving me crazy throughout the wedding process, the staff at the Hanover were my sanity! I could reach someone to talk about the status of the wedding planning at anytime. It was so convenient. I could not have planned this wedding without their help. There are so many creative and modern ways to make your wedding special/unique at the Hanover. I recommend this venue to hold your ceremony and reception!
Vinny and I got married and had our reception at the Hanover Grande Ballroom on 7.4.15 and it was everything we've dreamed of. Gina and Amanda were absolutely amazing and made our ...

he ballroom look absolutely spectacular. Her attention to details is unmatched and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me throughout the planning process. Our maitre'd Amanda was excellent and made sure we were taken care of all night long. The food was delicious and our guests are still talking about it today. I would highly recommend the Hanover Grande Ballroom to any bride looking for a classy, elegant reception venue. Ours was absolutely perfect and a day we will never forget!!
Amazing location, grate staff...makes any brides dream come true.
I was very pleased in the end how everything turned out, everyone had a good time. My only issue was that no one made announcement as too how things were run because it was such a...
mix up with the table sitting. Even though I did the place cards. My other issue was the payment as far as the final payment having to be cash what was the big deal in credit card payment this was very annoying I understand not taking a personal check but really not accepting credit card payment was a real issue for me.
My husband and I got married on 9/20/14 and our reception was at the Hanover Grande Ballroom. Gina and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Gina was there with us right from the be...
ginning and worked with our budget and made sure that we had everything that we wanted. She worked with us and made sure that our special day was perfect. As soon as we got off the party bus, we were greeted by Gina, and made sure we know where to go and what to do. Everything was taken care of by the time we got there and we did not have to worry about anything all night. Gina and her staff made sure that everything was organized, and set up, and when we got there we got to have our first look at the ballroom before anyone else. We did not get a chance to eat our dinner, because we were going around and saying hello to all of our guests (though they did tell us a couple times that our food was at our table if we were hungry, which was awesome), so they actually boxed up our food for us and brought it to our honeymoon suite so we still had it,which was absolutely amazing since most places do not do that. Also in our suite was two pieces of cake so we could have that as well. Gina and her staff also take down all the decorations of yours from the reception and get all of your gifts together and they bring it over to your room, which was great since we did not have to worry about that,. I would absolutely recommend the Hanover Grande Ballroom to anyone getting married in the Lehigh Valley, you will not be disappointed. The only thing I would suggest would be to book early, because they book up quick due to how amazing the venue and Gina and her staff are.
We recently had our wedding at the Hanover Grande Ballroom. The entire experience working with Gina (the wedding coordinator) and the others at the venue was very enjoyable. Our ...
families had a great time at the tasting and family and friends continue to talk about the great food and service at the reception. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in Gina and everything the day of went smoothly. Miranda the maitre di was also fabulous keeping my husband and I hydrated as well as making sure we took time to eat the amazing food. For us the location was perfect since the ballroom is inside the Best Western in Bethlehem and many of our guests were from out of time allowing everyone to stay put and enjoy themselves. The hotel itself also does a complimentary breakfast for all those who stay allowing us to spend more time with our guests the next morning. We loved every minute of our wedding and if we could do it again we would absolutely choose the Hanover Grande Ballroom.

t can be done for the wedding! And also the day of the wedding they were absolutely helpful and so sweet and everyone had a blast and loved their food and drinks! I would definitely recommend this venue to absolutely everyone!
