emotely close to the style I had described, put me in too small of dresses on purpose, and then body shamed me in 3 separate dresses saying they wouldn’t fit and one fit perfectly fine. My party (mom and two sisters) and I left and I was disappointed. Went in on Monday I believe and talked to the lead stylist and the owner. I was assured they would talk to the stylist I dealt with on Wednesday when she came back to work. I was also told they would call me the following week when a specific veil came in that I wanted to look at. I never received a call in over a month. And the only thing the owner had to say was “that was an oversight on our end. Sorry about that after giving us a second chance.” This is a local shop to me but I won’t recommend people going here because they are by no means “size inclusive” if an average size bride was body shamed. Their selection wasn’t super great either. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else that actually wants to help.
