Hank Lane Music

sponsive and helpful! At our final meeting Stephanie asked all the right questions to see what our vibe was and let me tell you, Encore DELIVERED! I cant even tell you the amount of guests that came up to us mid reception to tell us how amazing the music was! What we loved most about working with Hank Lane is that they really tailor the music they play to your music taste. Everything we spoke about was taken into account and I can't get over how fun our reception was! HIRE HANK LANE (and more specifically the band Encore)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they were so thorough and really took the time to understand our taste and the type of music we wanted for the night. The band was incredible, so professional, high-energy, and unbelievably talented. The dance floor was never empty! They went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged; when a few guests sat down, some of the band members even played around the tables to keep the energy up. During Bruce Springsteen songs, they came onto the dance floor and interacted with the crowd - it was unforgettable! All of our guests said it was the best wedding band they’ve ever heard. Truly amazing and we are so glad we chose Overdrive to make our celebration so much fun!

ought an incredible energy that kept everyone on their feet the entire night. The band and singers were phenomenal — their talent, versatility, and stage presence were unmatched. They played everything from classic hits to modern favorites with such passion and precision that every guest found something to love. The transitions were seamless, the sound was perfect, and the crowd was absolutely alive! We heard nonstop compliments from our guests about how amazing the music was — people are still raving about how much fun they had and how they couldn’t leave the dance floor. The atmosphere Spotlight created truly made our reception feel like a concert and a celebration all in one. If you want a band that will bring your party to life and make your wedding unforgettable, Hank lane is the company that will keep the party going. Their energy, talent, and professionalism are second to none. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! 💃🕺✨

ur friends and family, didn’t leave the dance floor for a single moment because the music was just that good. Frank, as both a bandleader and an insanely talented saxophonist, went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. He put so much thought into curating our setlist, making sure every song captured the exact vibe we wanted — and he nailed it. The dance floor was packed all night long… even my 90-year-old grandfather was out there dancing his heart out, which says everything about how special the night truly was. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had, and it’s all thanks to Frank and his incredible band. It felt less like a wedding and more like the most joyful concert we’ve ever been to — one we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. We knew from the moment we met Frank that we were in great hands, but he and his team exceeded every expectation. If you want your wedding to feel alive and absolutely unforgettable — book the Frank Simmons Band. They’re pure magic. 🫶🏽🎷✨

Our guests are still raving about how great the band was! Working with Hank Lane (Ian, Stephanie, and the band members and team with Nick Campbell) from start to finish was such a pleasure. They were professional, kind, and truly understood our vision for the day. We felt completely confident that we were in the best hands, and the team delivered beyond our expectations. The energy, talent, and fun they brought to the night made it unforgettable! We couldn’t recommend Nick Campbell and his band more! They’re simply the best!

start to finish. From the cocktail hour to the reception, the musicians set the tone! Our reception felt like a full blown concert - Frank whipped on a blonde wig for his rock songs, my husband & I were on stage, absolutely epic. I cannot recommend a live band, especially a Hank Lane band, enough - worth every penny! 😊

incredible and puts on a true performance! No one left the dance floor all night, and no one wanted the party to end!!!

nergy from their first song until their last, and our dance floor was packed all night long. They even let my dad get up on stage and sing a few Bruce songs - he later said it was the best night of his life. 100% recommend hiring Spotlight, thank you guys for everything!!

ancing all night—and Liberty delivered flawlessly. They played such a wide range of music that had everyone—from 20-somethings to 80-year-olds—on the dance floor and singing along. Also, want to shout out Ian and the Hank Lane team for everything leading up to the big day. Their portal is super easy to use, and it was great that we could use musicians from them for our ceremony music as well.

y’ve ever heard at a wedding!! The real treat was during dinner one of the singers absolutely KILLED defying gravity, with everyone giving her a standing ovation!! We also hired our after party DJ through Hank lane and he was amazing as well!!! Great overall experience and thank you spotlight for the best most fun night!!!

essed with Chandler and the rest of the band. Their manager, Stephanie, knew I was a Swiftie and had the band surprise me with singing "All Too Well"!!! It was the perfect moment! Ian and his team made the process so simple- from checking out bands to making our song suggestions and "Do Not Play" list. We can't recommend them enough!

The energy they brought to the room was contagious, and they created a truly electric atmosphere that we’ll never forget. We’ve had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding band they’ve ever heard, and we couldn’t agree more. Our favorite memory of the day was when they were rehearsing and we heard them for the first time and our jaws dropped. It was perfect. If you’re looking for a band that will make your wedding unforgettable, look no further. They’re absolutely worth it. Thank you for making our big day everything we dreamed of and more!

l happen! He was so great to work with! Our ceremony music was beautiful, our cocktail hour music was lovely, and the reception music was amazing! Russ's band learned two new pieces for our ceremony, an intro song for our bridal party entrance, and the entirety of a acoustic cover of "Making the Most of the Night" for our first dance. We're so grateful he and his crew made our perfect wedding happen! They're all so incredibly talented! All of our guests loved the band, and the dance floor was constantly filled with people! We're still getting compliments months later whenever our wedding is brought up! We can't say enough good things about the Russ Bennett Band! Thank you so much!!!

not have asked for a more epic night thanks to them!

eryone on their feet the entire night long! They brought great energy, they brought great vibes, and they brought amazing skills! We had them for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and I wouldn't change a thing. My maid of honor was also planning to use a speaker for a song during her speech, and last minute the band played that song live for her instead. We got so many compliments from our friends and family on the band, we can't thank them enough!

playing the songs, requests, and vibe of music we wanted, to engaging the guests and even having us come up and sing and dance with them, it couldn't have been a more fun night. Plus, they are such nice people and introduced themselves to us and made sure we were happy throughout the night. Not to mention all of the compliments we keep getting on how amazing they were. Also, Russ was incredible to work with leading up to the wedding day. We couldn't recommend them more! If you're lucky enough to be able to book The Nick Campbell Band for your wedding, definitely do it, you won't regret it!

that would create fantastic energy, and Frank Simmons Band delivered beyond our wildest expectations. Our guests were raving about their remarkable talent and contagious energy—they truly set the perfect stage for a night filled with joy and celebration. Every song brought so much life to the room, and they made our wedding unforgettable. Thank you, Frank Simmons Band, for making our wedding so much fun and memorable for us and our guests!

our vision and needs, making us feel confident that we were in good hands. His genuine interest in our preferences set the tone for what would be an incredible journey. Stephanie, the Spotlight band coordinator, was fantastic. She listened carefully to our ideas and ensured that every detail aligned with our vision for the day. Her organizational skills and attention to detail made the planning process feel effortless, and we felt completely supported throughout. On our wedding day, the band exceeded all our expectations! Kyle, Matt and the entire band brought an incredible energy that had everyone on the dance floor. Their performance was nothing short of phenomenal; they played a perfect mix of songs that resonated with our guests and kept the party going all night long. We were constantly approached by guests praising the band, and many reached out to us afterward to say it was the best wedding band they had ever heard. We even had several friends asking for their contact information for future weddings! What truly stood out was how the band balanced our requests with their artistic flair. They listened to what we wanted and then elevated it with their talent and creativity, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that made our celebration truly special. Overall, we had the absolute best time, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for a wedding band that will not only meet but exceed your expectations, look no further. They made our day unforgettable, and we are so grateful!

, you felt respected, listened to, and valued. Frank listened to our music suggestions and threw us an AWESOME wedding. The bands voices were beyond INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! There are not enough words to describe the band and how amazing they were. I would get married every day of my life if I could just to have The Frank Simmons Band perform. I couldn’t recommend this band enough from their incredible talent, wide range of music selections that they drink, and entertainment factor engaging with the crowd and getting everyone on the dance floor. Thank you SO much to every single member in The Frank Simmons Band. You have made my wedding night unforgettable for MANY!

ests of all ages on their feet. We can’t say enough good things! Their friendly and fun personalities made them a total hit with our guests, who are still raving about the band days later. A big thank you to Kyle (band leader), and Matt (MC and lead singer) for making our wedding so memorable. Spotlight is an absolute must-book! And a special thank you to Ian and Stephanie at Hank Lane for their professionalism, responsiveness, and patience throughout the planning process! Thank you all, again!

ane Music, who really helped us with the process. He was attentive and really listened to what we wanted for our party. We selected Spotlight and it was the best decision we ever made. First, Kyle and Matt were awesome! They are so humble and so appreciative and so easy to work with. Their love of performing and music radiated ALL NIGHT LONG! They partied with us and the guests and the fun didn't stop! To say that the dance floor was packed is an understatement! We were singing, dancing so hard that our guests said that this party wasn't for the weak! Don't shop any further if you want a band that will create an incredible party... It was because of them that the wedding was pure magic! We are so pleased and so thrilled that Kyle, Matt and the rest of the Spotlight band were responsible for an evening that we will never forget! And PS for an added touch - we added a violinist to play at the ceremony which was just breathtaking! Blessed to have had the opportunity to know Kyle and Matt - thank you a million times!

e floor as packed as ours. Our friends and family and even older guests all had the best time. they took our song requests and read the crowd in the best way possible. We didn’t leave the dance floor the entire night. The energy, band members coming onto the dance floor and singing into the mic were so fun. We couldn’t have imagined a better band. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about our band. The communication leading up to our wedding was also great, and Frank made sure all our logistics and details were aligned before the big day. We will be recommending Frank Simmons Band to anyone we know getting married.

have them. It ended up being the best decision. Frank and his team were incredibly attentive/responsive and played to the exact type of vibe/party we wanted (a mix of throwbacks and new-age stuff). Our dance floor was packed all night which is what we wanted, and Frank and his team executed things perfectly. Multiple people told us after the wedding how amazing and versatile they were. I would recommend them 10/10 to keep your dance floor packed all night and make your wedding night memorable. Thank you Frank and the team!! Katie & Chris

ring our reception. Clara and team played all of our requested songs (they even ended the night with a very special one) and their range in music genres was amazing. They're so talented and fun - our guests didn't leave the dance floor and were raving about how awesome the band was! Clara went out of her way to chat with me and my husband during dinner and was so kind. We highly recommend Clara Jordan for your next celebration!!

aza, highly recommended this band and we are SO happy we booked them. Everyone we worked with at Hank Lane from Ian in Sales, to Russ to help walk through our music tastes, to Frank and the band- everyone is amazing. Their #1 goal is to make sure you have an incredible night and a FUN time! Our dance floor was packed the entire night, so much so that guests refused to leave! Our friends and family cannot get over how great the band was- they felt like they were at a concert. Frank Simmons Band is THE best to book for the best wedding ever!!!

king about them and its been over a month! Book them - they will make your night unforgettable!

uested it and helped the night run so smoothly. Matt made sure everyone was dancing and had a good time at all times. DJ Matt was complimented by Chris on the drums, which was a huge hit. Chris was very interactive and came out on the dance floor with different instruments getting everyone engaged and keeping the energy up! Hank Lane was so professional and so easy to work with from the start of our wedding planning. They were very organized and ensured we were in constant communication in terms of exactly what we wanted for our music selections and the night went better than we had envisioned because of them. We would highly recommend Hank Lane, and especially Matt and Chris!

al. Ethan’s leadership and stage presence elevated the experience, and the band members’ involvement on the dance floor created an electric atmosphere. It felt like we were at our private concert. Special kudos to the guitar player, whose solo during dinner added a magical touch. If you want a wedding with unforgettable music, Hank Lane Band with Encore is the absolute best choice. We have been to weddings with other Hank land bands, but Encore was by far the best. We were a bit hesitant to pick Encore because they were not on Hank lanes Instagram. We took a chance and they were absolutely amazing !!

o tell me how incredible they were. Their energy, sound, THE HORNS, and the fun on stage (and in the crowd!!) was more than anything we could have ever hoped for!!! Jonny (of Brooklyn Sound) was also so incredible to work with leading up to our wedding. We had told him we just wanted to make sure we kept the dancing going all night, and he sure delivered on that!!! 10/10 would recommend Brooklyn Sound day in and day out!!!!

READY WANTING TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN! We are sooo grateful and literally everyone cannot stop talking about you! Our guests were BLOW AWAY and no joke, it’s all we keep hearing is just how unbelievably incredible and fun you guys were! We had guests say they have never heard such variety of types of music from a band and that it was the best band they ever partied with! Everyone just rocked it all night- even during salads when people were sitting in their chairs, they were turned towards the band and still all jamming and dancing! So incredible- everyone’s voice and the music was just PHENOMENAL! We are just so sad we didn’t have the chance to personally thank each one of you. We’d love to be able to do that and let every member of the band know. The range of everyone’s voices- just WOW! And coming down into the crowd with the sax, singing, guitar! Literally I just cannot even express our gratitude for making it just the BEST day of our lives! I feel like we’re forever going to hear your amazing sound and just want to keep dancing! It was a concert! And thanks for having us up on stage- we felt like celebrities and we got to sing on the mic too!! You even with our extra hour of time, got the whole crowd dancing again and did an insane encore! We didn’t want it to stop!! Thank you thank you thank you for being so unbelievably incredible and truly one of the best parts of our day xoxox well totally make sure to share this feeling with others and recommend you to anyone and everyone!!!! Hope you guys had a blast too xoxox Love so so so much, Arielle and Greg

om the beginning, working with every part of the Hank Lane team was seem less. Everyone from the front office to the band manager were exceptional. They made sure every detail was perfect -- from making sure the band knew everything about our musical taste and preferences, to ensuring the schedule for the entire event would go off without a hitch, to even providing guidance for our venue on electrical power requirements for the event. By the time the wedding came around, everything was just seem less. When it came to the performance, oh my goodness. There is just not enough we could say about how wonderful it was. The vocalists were breathtakingly good. The music was as if we'd hand-picked the sets ourselves. The energy was truly unbelievable, even more so given that they played for hours straight without taking any breaks during the dancing reception. Their crowd work and performance got everyone into it. And, somehow, they learned and played *every single song* we had asked for, including a couple of obscure songs we would not have expected and even a song from our culture (which they learned for our ceremony). Perhaps the most telling thing of all is that, at the end of the wedding, the entire dance floor was still packed, as it had been for the entirety of the event. There was still so much energy thanks to their performance, that we actually extended them on the spot to keep the dance party going, much to the cheers from the entire dance floor. As we read reviews before hiring Hank Lane, we remember thinking that some sounded too good to be true, but with the benefit of being able to reminisce about our own wedding with Hank Lane, let us assure you that they and the Nick Campbell Band are actually just that exceptional. They were, without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding. Thank you Nick Campbell Band and Hank Lane, for making the celebration of our union just so unforgettable!!

onest care for our requests and then asked us to trust him. We are incredibly happy that we did! Dylan told us that his band is great at reading the room and working the energy and that could not have been more true. From the moment the band took the stage their energy was electric and inviting to all ages. EVERYONE was on the floor all night long. The band had an amazing range of songs and their mashups were just unreal. Two months after our wedding, our guests are still talking about Hank Lane and the Dylan Matthews Band. We cannot thank you enough for bringing that energy, attitude and magic to our special day and making it truly a magnificent event. With so much gratitude and love!! Johanna and Jason

and performed our first dance song flawlessly and had everyone on the dance floor the entire evening, which was all we could ask for. Our guests are still raving about the band and we could not thank or recommend them enough!! Russ is the best and made us feel comfortable and checked in with us throughout the evening. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect wedding band!

ice. We connected with Frank right before the wedding to go over a few details and basically the only guidance we gave was we wanted people on the dance floor all night - and that is exactly what happened. When we were doing our photos in the ballroom Frank had the band run through our first dance which was very helpful - and gave us a chance to get extra practice in. The band was absolutely amazing and played a wide range of music that kept our wedding guests of all ages on the dance floor literally all night. We had countless people come up to us both during the wedding and call after raving about the band. At one point the brass players came onto the dance floor which our guests loved. Would highly recommend this band if you want to keep the party going all night!

night and it was truly a party! Our guests have been emailing us for days about the band and telling us it was the best entertainment they have even seen at a wedding. I agree! Thank you again to Hank Lane and The Liberty Band! Hoping someone invites us to a wedding where you perform so we can see you.

ergy-filled night imaginable. We always believed that the choice of band was the most important decision we would make for our wedding, and once we heard Michael Hart was available on our date, we booked him immediately! We first experienced the sensational Michael Hart band at my brother’s wedding and after experiencing a blast that night we knew we wanted the same for ours! The dance floor was packed the whole night, and that is all we could have ever asked for. Our family and friends are still talking about how amazing our band was and how their feet hurt from dancing away the entire night! We are forever grateful to the Michael Hart band for making our wedding a day we will never forget!

he Hank Lane ensemble. To this day, we are still receiving compliments and praises from our friends and family, and have even gathered referrals from our friends who are about to get married that want HL Spotlight to perform at their wedding. That’s how you know you selected the best entertainer for your wedding. While you can never go wrong with any Hank Lane Ensemble band, Spotlight absolutely brought the house down, and delivered on our “no butts in seats” goal for our wedding. They are so natural when it comes to getting some of the shyest people up on the dance floor, but also keeping everyone engaged and highly entertained. I could even say it felt like we were at a concert at our own wedding: entertaining and highly performative. To start, HLE is SO easy to work with (HUGE shout out to Ian & Stephanie - they’re a dream team!) & were highly receptive to the music we wanted to hear at our wedding - my now husband, who has always been a DJ person, swears that Spotlight has changed him to a band person. He was begging me to have a little bit of EDM at our wedding - for Spotlight? That was no problem at all! We asked and they delivered! For our wedding, it was important to me that we had a live band (I mean, they’re WAY better, but that’s just me!). We vetted a lot of groups for our wedding and everyone I knew kept pointing us to go with Hank Lane. I will admit, selecting a band virtually during the pandemic was a huge risk, but working with Ian and Stephanie, they put our minds at ease and assured us we were in good hands. As soon as we heard our band during their sound check at our reception, my husband and I were mouths agape… the video we watched of Spotlight during our consult doesn’t do justice. They sounded PERFECT and brought an unmatched energy to our dance floor. I can’t even describe how engaging they were as well - our emcees kept checking with us, and made sure every single person in our venue was dancing. Like I said our main goal was no butts in seats & they 100% delivered that as not a single person in our venue was sitting. If you want a group that matches price with quality, with unmatched energy, this is your group. They are SUPER versatile and will play anything you’re wanting to hear, and will put some of the craziest spins on classics to keep everyone dancing. Go with Spotlight - you will truly have the best evening, and will be yelling “encore” at the end of the night!

h extremely easy to work with. The band knew every song we requested. He was able to blend and enhance our music choices to fit the party. We received tons and tons of compliments from our guests telling us this was the best wedding band they have ever seen. We cannot recommend Frank Simmons more highly!!

e Steve Delisi Band and were blown away! They truly made our wedding feel like a concert and all our guests couldn't stop raving about them! The majority of our guests spent the entire wedding on the dance floor as Steve and the band played a wide range of music from multiple eras. They were worth every penny!
