t the process. Caroline led our tasting and was helpful in managing many differing opinions from traditional parents and a less tradition couple. We also used them to manage our bar and they worked with us to integrate our cats into the ceremony via cocktails which were so cute! We decided on stations and did shrimp and grits, braised short rib, and sliders. Everyone complimented the food and had seconds. The catering staff was so friendly and sweet and everything went smoothly! The end of the night picnic basket was clutch and we had snacks for days! Highly recommend!

We are so thankful for everything Hamby did to help make our day perfect!

They are quick to respond, always provide outstanding service, are over-prepared, and the food is phenomenal. This wedding took place before the holidays, and it was still a topic of conversation.  I appreciated Ryan's ability to work with the budget. He gave us phenomenal suggestions immediately when items we wanted initially didn't quite fit. Respecting the budget and being prepared with similar suggestions to create the overall experience we were going for did not go unnoticed. He was able to exceed our expectations and then some! I appreciated how involved and on-it he was at all times. He accommodated our date restrictions for tastings when we planned in advance and just went the extra mile in all areas. With all this said, I would like to give a special shout out to Ryan himself. Our daughters wedding was originally planned for March 2021 however, we never planned on the Bride coming down with Covid 2 days prior to her special day! Ryan, as our event producer, took care of everything needed during a very emotional and difficult time to reschedule for their new date in June. They were not required to do this and just speaks volumes to the integrity and excellence of the company. Even during all of the last minute mother of the bride requests. I highly recommend Hamby Catering! They are easy and wonderful to work with and did everything possible to make their day special and memorable. Who knows you may be fortunate as I was and get to work with Ryan himself. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The only things I wish were different (which do not diminish my 5 star review) but I wish I knew and hopefully this will help future brides/grooms- We thought we didn't get any leftovers, whether it was lack of communication from my planner or from the Hamby staff, I am unsure, but we went home that night and were disappointed that we didn't have anything to eat because of course as the bride/groom we didn't have much of a chance to eat at all! The next morning as we were going through all our items and unpacking we found they had made us a small tote of food in a cooler bag but it was all spoiled by that point. I was super bummed about that considering you pay a lot of money for wedding catering! The other suggestion is I wish the staff asked us or just brought us food to our seat at the table so that when I did sit down for a minute I could have a bite to eat. These are only suggestions and nothing they did wrong but just tips for future brides! The service, food, and experience from Hamby was phenomenal and I would use them again in a heart beat!
