Hallea Events

, Hallea helped us with everything from start to finish. She accompanied us to all of our wedding tours, assisted with design, and communicated to our vendors right from the get go. She’s so organized and extremely responsive. Her team moved us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flawlessly. My husband and I can’t recommend anyone better for your big day! We’re so lucky to have met her and now we get have a friend out of it too!

of the planning of our wedding, but Hallea stepped in as well to make sure we were fully taken care of throughout the planning process. The care that Erica put into working with us made all steps during the planning process a breeze and stress-free. The wedding day was brilliantly planned and timed, and even our guests mentioned to us how beautiful and efficient everything was. We could not sing our praises more! If you're waiting on pulling the trigger on Hallea Events, DON'T! Hire them. You won't regret it for a second.

there is no way we could have pulled off the wedding without her. On the day of, our friends and the venue all commented on how fun and professional Erica was. Throughout the wedding day Erica was there for anything we needed (and even things we didn't know we needed). We would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner they can trust AND can get along with. Nothing but the best to say of Erica and Hallea

finish. We felt extremely supported through the planning process, able to check in as much as we needed leading up to the big day. She helped guide us to make excellent vendor choices, and ensure our vision was logistically possible and truly represented us as a couple. The actual day of was seamless. Everyone was where they were supposed to be at all times and the day flowed perfectly, without us ever worrying about a single thing. We were able to relax, really enjoy the day, and soak it in. Erica anticipated every need. Food, drinks, touching up my hair, fluffing my dress, answering questions, keeping our parents happy, set up, take down, and all with a huge smile on her face. We would absolutely recommend Hallea and her team to anyone and would book them again for any future event. They were exceptional and we are so grateful they helped us celebrate such a beautiful day.

ging his expectations. She makes it look easy (even though we know the hustle/bustle can be stressful)! We had so much fun planning our wedding because Hallea is so organized! She kept us on task, on time with deadlines, and connected us with the right people to create our dream wedding into a reality. You won't regret working with her and her team! You'll laugh and truly enjoy the planning and your day.

ng planning process, going above and beyond to answer our questions leading up to our wedding day. She uses a suite of tools that helped to keep us, our wedding party, and our VIP guests organized, informed, and on-time during our wedding day. She and her team handled the flip of our ceremony to reception flawlessly - everything was executed exactly as my now husband and I had envisioned. Our day went off without a single hitch, on time, and all décor that was ours made it back to us. I could not recommend Hallea and her team more - planning a wedding is nerve-wracking for any couple. Hallea and her team bring the experience you need to ensure your day executes exactly (if not better) than you could ever hoped for, while not inconveniencing your VIP guests (like best friends and parents). Hiring this team will enable you to focus on what really matters on your big day without needing to worry about a single detail.

ng was the right thing to do, Hallea stayed calm and positive throughout. Each time we got off the phone or emailed/texted Hallea, it was so nice to get reassurance and talk through tough decisions with her. In addition to her helpful and positive spirit, Hallea was incredibly professional and did a great job managing our stress through the entire planning process. Her previous experiences and relationships with our vendors made coordination so easy. Although we only hired her for her day of coordination services, she went above and beyond in helping significantly with the pre planning process. She even ran to the printer on the day of our wedding to print a copy of the officiant script! Heroic.

ils ourselves (with many helping hands from family), but as the day drew nearer, we knew we were way over our heads. Hallea and Erica graciously accepted us as last minute clients and went right to work. I cannot imagine what they day would have been like without them. My biggest regret is honestly not hiring them sooner. How amazing it was to have a point of contact for all our vendors, our friends and family, someone who was always available, always there to answer questions or grab us a cocktail (or two) when we needed them the most. I cannot recommend this team enough.

is extremely professional and yet very personable. I was very impressed by her communication from start to finish. Her replies were prompt and she addressed any and every concern or question that I had. Her associate planner, Erica was also amazing the day of our wedding! I didn't have to stress at all knowing I had the help and support of both ladies. Would highly recommend Hallea and Erica!!!

to make our day perfect. Even though we only hired her as a day of coordinator, we were in communication throughout most of the planning process. She did a venue walk-through with us and asked to attend most meetings with our major vendors. Being remote in Los Angeles, she helped us stay on track over the two years as our wedding was delayed due to COVID. Whenever one of our vendors were difficult to deal with or something came up, Hallea always stepped in to resolve the issue with no problem. Her experience along with her personality made it easy for us to put our faith and trust in Hallea. Her communication was top notch, as she always responded to our texts/emails in a timely manner. On our wedding day, Hallea did so much to keep everything together, despite several issues that came up. She took the lead to make sure these problems were resolved in a calm and efficient manner, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Hallea even visited us in person at our hotels to make sure we were doing okay as we were anxiously awaiting our big day. One of the big things Hallea did was set up our tables during the flip from ceremony to reception by herself and her assistant, Borie. Our caterer was supposed to perform the flip, however when they didn’t do their duties, without hesitation, Hallea and Borie immediately got all of our tables ready for our guests in time for the reception. We had plenty of guests that mentioned Hallea was on top of her game and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Hallea to help with your wedding planning. We initially underestimated the importance of a planner or day of coordinator, and looking back at our wedding day, it wouldn’t have been possible without Hallea and her amazing team. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner and for more planning services!

a were WONDERFUL. The whole way through, they were supportive and patient. Not only that but they were good fun and just nice to be around! This was easily the best money we spent on our wedding. Like I said, we engaged them for day-of coordination, which, for our smaller wedding was all we felt like we needed, but we feel like we got so much value out of it. Hallea and Erica were communicative and proactive over the 9 or so months leading up to our wedding and when the one month mark rolled around I barely had to lift a finger, which, as anyone who has gotten to the month before their wedding knows, was such a relief and greatly reduced the stress we felt. They brought our vision to life all the way through to the end of our wedding. On the day of, Erica went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, she even had her husband bring her personal eyelash glue when I needed to touch up my lashes pre-ceremony. Throughout the evening, guests handed us envelopes and Erica would just appear and grab them! At the end of the night, they were all in a neat pile waiting for me in my bag. She checked on us regularly and made sure everything went off without a hitch (or if there were hitches we didn't know about them!). I really can't recommend Hallea Events enough - please do yourself a favor and hire these women to support you throughout your wedding planning and execution. You will not be disappointed.

edding and making my wedding day the most memorable experience ever. The guests had so much fun and I’ve received compliments on how it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. All thanks to Hallea!

ator and words can't explain how thankful we were to have her there for our wedding. She always followed-up with me to make sure I had everything ready before the big day. She made sure to inform us before each event during the wedding so we knew what was happening next. We sooo appreciated her checking up on us throughout the entire day since everything was moving quickly. I can honestly say that our wedding went as perfect and smoothly as it did because of Alley and Hallea. I'm so grateful for them and we highly recommend booking with these lovely ladies!! <3

bad" will always happen on your wedding day, but I can't complain about a single thing. Her and her team were so punctual and allowed us freedom on our day. I think that is the most important thing to look for in a planner. Could not reccomend her and her team enough.

from work. But from our first consultation, I can tell how skilled this team was and they were able to identify things I hadn't even thought of. It made it even better that our conversations were effortless and it's like we've been long time friends catching up. Hallea and Erica made the whole process as stress free as I could imagine. They took care of things before I even knew there was anything that needed taken care of. They knew exactly what my vision and expectations were and was able to execute without any hesitations. I have been telling all my friends and future Brides that they were easily the best and most important vendor I hired in the entire wedding planning process. They were worth every penny. If you are second guessing about saving yourself a few bucks by not getting a wedding planner and DIYing stuff yourself, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I gladly reallocated my budget to fit them in. The amount of stress that me and my bridal party did not have to feel was totally worth it. They were the best team ever. I couldn't have been more happy with their professionalism and expertise.

e entire planning process. Answered my every question, regardless of how many emails and texts I sent. They make planning a wedding 1000 times easier than trying to tackle it alone. One of the best investments was hiring Hallea & Alley to help guide me through my wedding. Look no further if you need wedding planning and coordination, their team is amazing - professional and super fun to work with. On my wedding day Alley was my eyes and ears and made sure everything was on track and according to timeline. She helped me calm my nerves and made me feel at ease. She even saved appetizers for us and my family since we were all super busy running around during cocktail hour. Hallea surprised us with a visit to say hello to us and our family & friends. They are both incredible people and I am soo soo thankful for all of their help and dedication to our wedding. Thank you Hallea Events for being the real MVP! We will continue to recommend you to all our family and friends!

nning. She asked questions we never thought of during our initial meeting, and has gone above and beyond especially during COVID. She gave thoughtful input when necessary and made sure we had all the details covered leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding Hallea had everything running smoothly! We were able to focus on the day with our family and friends. Hiring Hallea as our wedding planner was the best decision we could have made. She truly cares about all her clients' happiness and wants the wedding day to go off as smoothly as possible!

wedding small which means having a small guest list count. We were stuck at finding a reception venue and so my husband reached out to his dear childhood friend, Erica (who happens to be our associate planner) where she got married at to give us ideas. When she told us, she also said that she's a certified wedding planner and that she could help us if we needed it. Within a few days, we hired her and Hallea to help us with the planning and it was the best decision we ever made! They helped us with the planning process and also the decorations which we also needed help on. When our wedding day came, everything looked amazing and the day was perfect! It was also a little reunion for Erica because she knew my husband's family, so seeing his family and Erica greet each other put a smile on our faces. If you're looking for a wedding planner and live in the Seattle area, definitely book with Hallea Events! I promise you, you won't regret it! To Hallea and Erica, thank you again so much for all your help and the patience during the wedding planning. We honestly don't know what we would do without you! Not only we appreciate your work, but our family appreciates you guys as well! From the bottom of our heart, thank you so much again! With Love, Alyssa & Gerwin Fernandez

you covered. When we had to postpone our wedding in 2020 due to COVID-19, Hallea stepped right in and had all our vendors covered within a day. She helped us keep calm when stressful situations arise. Even though Hallea hadn't done a wedding in our city before she jumped in and immediately found a network of vendors to suit all our needs. When we lost a vendor to COVID-19 she stepped in and immediately found a replacement before stressing us with the bad news. We appreciate her effort to keep things positive during such a stressful process. On our wedding day, Hallea was there to make sure everything went as planned. She was always 3 steps ahead of everyone and made sure that things went off without a hitch. We couldn't imagine doing a large event without her. Thanks so much Hallea!

s, had multiple meetings over zoom with me, and literally held my hand every step of the way. I was able to give her number/e-mail to bridesmaids/wedding guests to coordinate small things so I had less on my plate. She helped my matron of honor find a quiet place and time to pump during my wedding without me being involved at all! She helped set up all of my decorations and ensured that my cards/cash gifts were safe. At the end of the night, she collected all of the decorations and had them at our room by the end all in one piece. She worked so so hard and I'll be forever grateful to Erica and Hallea Events.

urce and helped me with small things that felt big in the moment, she was did an amazing job running our rehearsal, and she and Hallea did an incredible job piecing our whole vision together. We are so thankful for them both and the day would not have gone off so perfectly without them!

ng all the personalities and made the set up and clean up process super simple. I always felt like they were taking care of me and going above and beyond their contract because they wanted to make sure they got the job done. Highly recommend!

panies, two caterers, two florists, AND two wedding dates! It was a gorgeous wedding that was very heavy on the details and they took it on and executed flawlessly! Professional, responsive, proactive, and down-right pleasant to be around, we look forward to having Hallea Events here again and again!

herself available whenever we needed it. Our wedding was originally set to an earlier date but with covid, we ended up postponing to the following year. Hallea made the process so easy and graciously accommodated our new wedding date and made sure all of our other vendors were on the same page. If you ever get the chance to interact with Hallea, you'll know what I mean when I say that she's so full of life and energy - she has the sweetest and biggest smile and her laugh is so contagious! She truly is one of a kind and is a wonderful person to interact with. Our wedding day was so beautiful and magical and it was truly all thanks to Hallea and her assistant, Francesca. They both executed our vision perfectly and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better day. From the detailed decorations to making sure we were still on schedule, they did it all! We are so lucky to have worked with Hallea and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner! You seriously won't regret it :)

y were able to provide support and guidance through our postponement process and made our wedding day run smoothly. They made sure to check on us throughout the day, made sure we had time to eat, and were able to adapt to any changes that occurred. I can't thank them enough for all they have done, they have really gone above ad beyond. Would highly recommend these ladies:)

one our wedding last year because Covid and I realized that I needed help finishing the details of the wedding and what we needed to do to get married during Covid. We reached out and the response was immediate. We had also asked around other planners but Hallea and her team just seemed so confident about making our day special, really catering towards our needs and wants while keeping it real. Erica Kate and Hallea made our lives so much easier by being a resource, being available, giving gentle reminders of where we were at with the wedding, and extremely reassuring when things were getting a little hectic. They made our wedding day so phenomenal, I cannot recommend enough!

s that I very much appreciate. She even opened up her gorgeous home to my mother and I to get ready in - such a dream! Highly recommend Hallea as a day-of coordinator, wedding planner, and most of all - friend!

ng able to have our Plan A. We wanted to have a destination, because we wanted low stress, and wanted to just show up and enjoy our day. We were so worried that we were going to have to be involved in every little detail if our wedding was local, and it would take the fun out of the day itself. Hallea listened to all our hopes and dreams and made every one of them a reality. She handled every detail big and small and gave us that stress-free destination feel, locally. Not to mention, we pivoted AGAIN, and went from having 8 months to plan a wedding, to TWO MONTHS! Hallea worked so quickly and pivoted right alongside us and made everything happen without a hitch. I cannot recommend Hallea and her expertise any higher. I am so grateful for her support during this wild time, and feel so lucky to have also gained a friend out of the whole process.

d professionalism, and she knows her stuff! Not only were we in the middle of this pandemic (still are, I guess...), we also faced humongous wildfire smoke clouds headed our way the weekend of our wedding. I literally do not know what we would have done without Hallea. First off, before we had even decided to work with Hallea, she spent 30 minutes on the phone with me calming me while I wondered how to even have a small wedding, or if it was even worth it, and ultimately helped me realize I could still have the wedding of my dreams while being safe from COVID. So of course, even though we weren't sure if we needed a day-of coordinator for a small wedding at a venue that already offered someone similar to a coordinator, I felt like I could totally trust Hallea, with her experience and calm. We quickly realized a day-of coordinator is a must. No matter what other vendors you hire, let them focus on what you hired them for. Hallea was there for us (the couple). A good example of what you can expect if you work with Hallea is when the smoke clouds threatened our open air patio dining (outside to stay safe from COVID). She called to let me know we'd likely have to move inside, and before I could even start stressing about the seating arrangements, table settings, COVID air circulation, etc., she let me know she had already spoken with the venue and worked everything out, including table spacing 6ft apart, and that she would bring her own air purifiers to help with the smoke. Another example was when she kicked off the Rehearsal (the night before) by introducing herself and her team to everyone and saying "I am officially taking over the wedding from Dani and Justin. Don't ask the couple any more questions, come to me if you need anything." And let me tell you, we felt that burden lift off our shoulders. From that moment on, until I guess after the wedding, we did not experience one single stressor (outside of some pre-vow jitters). If anything happened that didn't work or go according to plan, I literally had (still have) no idea because she took care of it all. One more thing of note is Hallea's vendor network. She is clearly highly regarded (loved) by everyone she works with, and that was clear when I reached out to each of the vendors she referred me to, including the stationer, photographer, videographer, florist, hair stylist and makeup artist. The day-of was so comfortable and fun because that entire team worked together so well, and we were so glad we trusted Hallea's recommendations. Also, did I mention she pulled off the wedding of our dreams in less than 3 months! She seemed to know most of her vendor partners' availability off the top of her head so I never had to call down a list, and for the record, I'm not good with having a vision. I didn't know how to use Pinterest before this. Somehow Hallea took some random pictures we found on the internet and created a cohesive vision/mood out of it. I honestly don't know how she did it (magic), but our wedding was beautiful and if you want to see pictures, go look at her IG. We literally had the wedding of our dreams, and it was mostly because of Hallea. <3

ation and planning, and she definitely filled in a lot of those gaps for me - from reaching out to vendors, providing updates on the latest COVID restrictions/guidelines, ensuring the small details are sorted out, etc. All in all, Hallea is just an amazing person to have with you every step of the way. She's so passionate about what she does and it's absolutely heart-warming to see her go above and beyond just to help her brides and couples. I can assure that you will have nothing to worry about on the day-of because she (and her team) always saves the day. Oh, and I am absolutely certain your family and wedding party will LOVE her!!!! :)

o well connected in the wedding industry network. She guided us through the constantly changing covid restrictions and regulations. Highly recommend working with her!

wedding this year. Boy was I wrong! She became the most important person hired for this wedding and honestly like the most FUN! I think my family wanted to have her stay the entire night because she was so sweet and brightened every room. She was there for me at all times, poised, organized, calm, and made decisions that needed to be done but then checked with me where needed. If you don’t hire Hallea you are missing out! Unbeatable and worth every dollar. When people come up to you and say you need a wedding planner and then you try and cut it out because it cost money. Don’t! Just hire her!!! The memories I enjoyed with my family and the calm I felt on my wedding day I would not have had without her. Thank you Hallea.

COVID. So, we were on a mad rush to replan a local wedding in Washington and I needed a full time coordinator to help make this happen, in less than 3 months! It was a natural fit and a no brainer after our first phone call with Hallea - she was knowledgeable, so kind and friendly, non judgemental of our crazy plans, and ready to pull her sleeves up and help make things happen for us. Though our second attempt at a wedding didn't work out AGAIN due to COVID, Hallea was supportive and just SOOO helpful through the whole process. I would've LOVED to see her and her team in FULL effect bc I know for sure they would have just planned the most amazing wedding for us. In the end, we did a very simple/intimate gathering and her and her team still put every ounce of effort till the last second and made the day magical for us! Words truly can't express how thankful we are to have met Hallea, and more than anything, we gained a friendship and great relationship out of all of this! If you're a tiny bit hesitant of getting a wedding coordinator/team to help you with your wedding...DON'T hesitate, it is TOTALLY worth it...and every bit is worth hiring Hallea Events!

’s are essentials. Wedding planning is already a hectic thing to do but pandemic has made it worse! But Hallea has been handling it like she already dealt with pandemic in the past. I can’t believe how fast she adapts to the new restrictions that keeps changing weekly and to come up with alternatives right away. If I ever see someone trying to plan their own wedding without a planner, I’m definitely gonna let them know don’t be dumb and hire Hallea.

nconventionally - a small wedding ceremony and dinner and a larger reception a month later. She was down for the whole thing and made both events so amazing and feel so special. She has such amazing attention to details and took our vision of an “Old Hollywood” black and gold themed wedding and made it come to life. Her vendor recommendations were out of this world and it is clear she has made so many friends and amazing connections in the industry that make her events so fabulous. Hallea made sure we were on top of tasks we needed to complete, but did so much behind the scenes and we truly appreciate everything she handled. This might be a rare statement, but we were so low stress the days of our wedding and reception that it almost was like any other day (other than dressing fabulously and marrying your best friend). If anything had gone wrong those days, Hallea took care of it because we didn’t hear about a thing. Our family and guests were raving about Hallea and the party/wedding she was able to throw! We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking! 10/10!!! P.s. if you ask, I’m sure she’ll show you pics of her cute fur babies!

mail or text her with any ideas or questions, she was always quick to respond and super helpful! I was at ease throughout my wedding day because I knew she had all of our plans under control. I would recommend her to anyone getting married (or planning any event, shower, party, etc)! Thank you Hallea for making our wedding dream a reality!!

fy any loose ends to make our wedding flawless. She was so responsive and always wanted to hear any questions or concerns we had. She took care of the organization of all of our vendors, created a detailed timeline, and took charge on the day of the wedding! I diy'd all of the florals and decor for our wedding, and it was such a relief to have Hallea take what I had prepared and make everything look beautiful. On the wedding day Hallea and her assistant were incredibly organized and efficient. It was wonderful to leave the stress to Hallea while we were able to celebrate such a special day with friends and family. I know there were so many details Hallea saw to on the day of the wedding that we weren't even aware of, and that's part of what makes her so incredible. We trusted her 100% and knew that she could take our vision for the wedding and make it a reality. We highly recommend Hallea to anyone planning a wedding. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does is evident in her work. She made our wedding day so special and we are so thankful for all of her hard work.

will always be honest and have your best interest in heart? Look no further, you have found the right person. Hallea was truly a gift to the entire wedding process. I am unable to express the level of appreciate I have for this woman. Hallea was available at all hours of the day, she was always on time and driving/pushing me to hit timelines. She was patient, caring, and thoughtful in every detail of the wedding planning process. She listened to every anxiety/neurosis and quickly calmed all of my fears. HALLEA IS A MAGICAL HUMAN! I am truly in awe with her ability as a planner, as a designer and with the relationships she has established in the industry which provided my husband and I with quite literally the best day of our lives. Hallea took detailed notes on what my expectations were and blew them out of the water. She is always at ease and brings positive and joyous energy to every step of the process. The day of our wedding, we did a "room reveal" to show how everything came together and to say that I was in shock is an understatement. She has an incredible eye for design and executed every single detail perfectly. She ensured there were small details that were intimate to us as a couple while driving creativity and chic/sleek/romantic vibe to a point where I still feel like I am floating, 6 weeks later. I can truly say she was the best investment and if she wasn't there I wouldn't have been able to achieve 0.01% of what she was. You will be making a huge mistake if you don't book with her :)

e small things during the planning have to go right. Half the battle during planning is your own personal stress. My fiance and I stressed a lot, but Hallea's responsiveness to our messages, questions, and fears truly made the difference for us to feel 100% comfortable before our wedding. Hallea not only cares about your wedding, she cares about the couple as people. She takes time to get to know your tendencies, personalities and tailors her work to make sure everything will work out. She's without a doubt someone I'll recommend to all my friends who are looking for a Wedding Planner!

rences and tendencies while designing and planning our special day.  Hallea was a constant source of helpful information and although she is just getting into full time wedding planning, she has already built an outstanding network of connections that we were able to benefit from.  She was amazing at helping us make the tough decisions and went out of her way to accompany us on venue and vendor visits as well.  As we got closer to our wedding, Hallea was very helpful in communicating with all of our vendors and on the day of, everything went smoothly!  My wife and I are huge planners and it was amazing to have someone we could completely trust for our big day :)

er ability to work behinds the scenes during the most stressful times and know exactly when to bring us in to confirm details. Our day was lovely for so many reasons and Hallea helped make that happen and bring it all together! We seriously couldn’t have done it without her. THANK YOU HALLEA!!

skills is the energy she brings. No matter what we're doing, whether it is a meeting at a coffee shop, or setting up on the day of a wedding, her contagious positive and calm aura immediately puts you both at ease and in a great mood. I don't know about you, but that is the kind of energy I want around on my wedding day amongst all the chaos, stress, and excitement. Her design skills and ability to rally up the perfect vendor team are also top-notch. If you're looking for a planner in the PNW and beyond, you'll find it in Hallea and her amazing team!

oing and took over answering any questions vendors sent my way. My now husband, was unable to meet Hallea prior to our event weekend, but all o could tell him was she was my saving grace for that last bit of time before the wedding. She took care of any small hiccups the day of and there were probably more than the ones I knew about. That evening during dinner I was in dire need of some ginger ale and wasn’t feeling very well-and she grabbed me some and also pushed forward toasts so I was able to be up and moving around sooner. I couldn’t recommend a better person for day of, and if I’d could do it all over again I would have her plan the whole event with me.

planning is a stressful and time consuming process, but Hallea made everything a million times easier. She had fantastic recommendations for every question we had and helped solve anything that came up. Not only is she extremely organized, hardworking and punctual, she is also one of the friendliest humans. Hallea Events was the best investment we made for our wedding and I will recommend her to all the brides I know!

ator. She attended all of our meetings, and even as a day of coordinator she worked with us for months. The outcome showed at the wedding. It was completely perfect, exactly what I pictured-and I’m incredibly picky! My only regret is that I didn’t hire her as a full time coordinator.
