At first this vendor seemed great, Stephanie started off very communicative and we discussed ideas for hair and makeup. We set a trial date, signed a contract, and I paid the depos...
it. A few months from the wedding and my fiancé and I had to postpone it for a year due to personal reasons. I asked Stephanie if she could accommodate the new date and she said yes but that the makeup artist was no longer available. I understood and thanked her for still being available for hair so I asked for an updated contract to reflect this change/date and she said no problem she would get it to me soon. A few weeks pass and I check in to see if we have an eta on the new contract and when we could schedule the new trail date. She responds saying she's busy but she will get it done that week. Multiple weeks pass, again I ask for an update. Same response. This went on from June to September and I stopped getting responses from her altogether when I told her I was getting concerned about the lack of communication. Never heard from again, it was very unprofessional and pretty stressful

ot of hair stylists lack the ability to give texture in the hair, but she really knows how to achieve that! Every time I get my hair done the curls often fall out very fast…her curls lasted me all night and looked perfect still at the end of the night! She also did a phenomenal job on my bridesmaids as well! She is my go to stylist from now on, really listens and delivers! I highly recommend! I’m honestly not one to give reviews, but she really did such an amazing job I had to leave one! You won’t be disappointed!
