Communication with Michelle was prompt through emails during the booking process. We confirmed our wedding details a month out with Michelle. The week leading up to the wedding, ou...
r driver contacted us as well to ensure our plans hadn't changed. The day of the wedding, they arrived on time for pick up and helped all girls get into the shuttle. The inside of the shuttle was decorated to match our wedding colors, such a special touch!
We had a great experience with Haggerty’s Rides at our wedding! Jeff was so kind to us throughout the entire lead-up to our wedding, always taking the time to answer our messages p...
romptly and make sure we had what we needed. We had a school bus and a smaller shuttle bus for the day of our wedding, and our drivers were punctual and professional. Our buses were clean and climate-controlled, which was so nice after a long evening of dancing. Haggerty’s even supplied a sign that was displayed at the front desk of the hotel where our room block was that contained all sorts of helpful drop-off and pickup information for our guests as they checked in!
I highly recommend working with Haggerty’s Rides for your next event, and it was such a pleasure to work with Jeff and team!
Brides, go elsewhere for wedding transportation.
The positive of my experience: the bus was clean looked brand new and was exactly what was pictured on their website. The A/C wor...
ked well also.
The negative: Communication was awful. Michele took weeks to get back to me when I had questions and even though details were reviewed multiple times on different occasions, the bus driver still had incorrect information on the day of. When you have 100 things going on the day of your wedding, the last thing you need is to deal with a scheduling mess (which we did). We also had an issue at the end of the night with our driver who claimed he was on property but was nowhere in sight and provided no communication to us to tell us where he was. We believe he fell asleep at the far side of the property and wouldn’t have ever showed up had we not called him. Upon contacting Haggerty to tell them about this disaster we were accused with “verbally assaulting” the driver. Obviously appalled at this accusation, my husband called the driver directly who said he mentioned no such thing to Michele. The owner, Michele, clearly made up this lie to justify the service we had gotten at the end of the night.
Because the bus was nice, I could recommend you use this service for casual events like concerts, but DO NOT book this company for the most important event you will likely ever plan. Opt for Red Carpet Limousines or a similar company with higher standards.
We chose Haggerty's Rides for our wedding weekend transportation, and we're so glad we did! We had two different sized shuttles, one that took guests to our welcome night cocktail ...
hour (and back to the hotel) and a bigger shuttle for the wedding day. Both shuttles were very nice and our driver, Ken, was super friendly and easy going. The booking process was easy and straightforward and they did a great job!
Haggerty was great to work with for our wedding day! We had a shuttle running to/from our guests hotel as well as a sedan for folks who needed to leave early and to get the bridal ...
party back at the end of the night. I only heard good things about the drivers and vehicles and it was such a relief knowing that everyone could get to and from our wedding safely.
We are so, so happy to have chosen Haggerty’s for our transportation services. They are the sweetest, most professional family (and Veteran) owned business. Their vehicles are so n...
ice and CLEAN! They got us, our bridal party, and all of our guests where we needed to be with perfect timing – even when we changed things up on them a few times. Completely seamless transportation on the day of our wedding and they worked with us for our first look and shuttling guests from the hotel. Jeff and Michele were both so accommodating and patient when I adjusted the contract and then changed it back to the original. They even gave us a free sedan for just the bride and groom to take us back to the hotel from the reception so that we could have a few minutes alone! Karen – our shuttle driver – was loved by all! She was so sweet and made sure everyone made it back to the hotel after the reception – no man left behind! HIRE THEM. You won’t regret it.
It was a pleasure to work with Jeff Haggerty leading up to our wedding to make sure we had a white limo waiting for us upon our departure from our reception.
