The staff were EXCELLENT and the planner was PHENOMINAL. I didnt have to worry about anything the day of. It rained very hard in the morning so we had it under the glass tent and was beautiful. The bartenders were great and servers were wonderful. Everyone had an easy time finding it with the provided signage. The parking and bathroom was easy. Several guest said it was the prettiest venue theyve been to. Got married in May while all the flowers and leaves were in full bloom.

Our day-of coordinator, Charlotte, was incredibly helpful and organized. She made us feel relaxed and confident that everything was under control. The entire staff was kind and welcoming! We had so much fun and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I highly recommend the Cincinnati Nature Center (especially Groesbeck Estate) as a wedding venue.

Groesbeck Estate at Cincinnati Nature Center features several spaces for both outdoor and indoor celebrations. The house was constructed in 1920 and saw a complete renovation in 2017. This historic home and landmark features a spacious back deck that overlooks a wooded ravine as well as a picturesque circular Pillar Garden. With professionally landscaped native gardens, this unique setting makes both an excellent wedding ceremony site and an opportunity for guests to explore nature. With more than 1,000 acres of stunning forests, fields, ponds, and streams, you and your guests will have unique backdrops for your wedding festivities and photography in any season. Groesbeck Estate at Cincinnati Nature Center hosts single-faith, multi-faith, and non-religious wedding ceremonies, as well as elopements, civil unions, commitment ceremonies, vow renewal ceremonies, and second weddings. You may share your joyful day with up to 120 guests on the Tritsch Terrace and up to 50 guests indoors during the months between November and April. If you decide to host your Big Day with us at the Cincinnati Nature Center, I can be certain the gorgeous setting and attentive team will not disappoint! As someone who has been in the event industry for 23 years, I’ve seen it all and can attest to the unique appeal the 2 venues at CNC can offer. I’m in this business because I truly enjoy making someone’s day. As the Sales Manager at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, it was a joy to create personalized wine tasting dinners, extravagant retirement parties or simple (yet elegant) happy hours. I’ve been honored to host and coordinate weddings featuring French haute cuisine with a James Beard Award Winning chef. In Texas, I had the opportunity to work with and coordinate events for a celebrity chef featured on Oxygen Network. With every event, no matter the size or celebration, the goal is an absolutely great day. I would love to meet you and start the journey to creating YOUR exceptional day.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Charlotte has always loved the energy and community in her city. Her event experience began with running live music events, where she discovered her passion for creating experiences that bring people together. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a degree in Communication and a minor in Spanish, she brings organization, strong communication skills, and a fresh perspective to every event she plans. Outside of work, you might find her performing with local bands around the city, teaching private music lessons to kids, or spending time with all of her nieces and nephews!

We got to enjoy our day without worrying about any hiccups or having to direct people, we got to live in the moment. Groesbeck Estate is one of the most beautiful venues on the planet, our guests absolutely loved it. We are beyond grateful we chose CNC. We use our membership all the time, this place has meant so much to us over the past two years and marrying there has made it even more special. I can't recommend it enough. For those only tighter budget, I would recommend you look at their preferred catering list costs first because it does add up. However those who they partner with are absolutely phenomenal caterers and are worth the extra cost. Thank you, CNC and Lauren for making our dream wedding come true, we are so grateful.

I gave four stars only because we had a lot of changeover with the staff assigned to work with us, which made things feel a little more stressful in the planning process. However, despite all of that, the day went absolutely perfectly. The staff present day-of were so helpful and worked really hard to make sure everything was organize and running smoothly. Rachel and Kristen were the staff at the venue helping us day of and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan. I absolutely recommend booking with Cincinnati Nature Center if you want a beautiful outdoor wedding.

ews of the surrounding forest! The inside of the Estate was restored with a great bridal suite that allowed for a lot of natural light in. I had always wanted to get married outside during in October but with the way Cincinnati weather can be unpredictable, I needed a venue that would allow for me to have a weather safety net if needed - which the Estate did have by having an all weather tent up on the back-terrace. I could not have had a perfect wedding day if it wasn't for Julie, the Rental and Event Manager. Julie was absolutely amazing to work with and was so helpful the entire way through. She was easygoing and professional from the start, and had always made us feel like a priority even though I knew she was handling a lot of other couples at the same time! I would recommend the Groesbeck Estate to any couple looking for a beautiful venue to celebrate their big day or or anyone searching for a venue for a special event.
