The Greige team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We booked Greige 4 months before our wedding, the team was on top of communication, the tasting experience is uniq...
ue and ensured that we got the right cake for us. The cake and frosting flavors are unique, not overly sweet. We went with an earl grey sponge, a light and fluffy raspberry mousse, and elderflower buttercream frosting. The cake design turned out better than I could have imagined and the Greige team did a great job coordinating delivery and set up at the venue.
Tasting only review. First, the positives. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The fillings are outstanding, seriously the best. However, my fiance and I were qui...
te disappointed with our tasting. Overall, the cake was just OK and a bit dry. We also found it strange to have to wait a week to get a quote. Everywhere else gave us a quote on the spot. When we did receive a quote, it was over $150 more than the most expensive competitor. I think the cake decorations were beautiful, the fillings were outstanding, and the people were great. The rest missed the mark.
My husband and I got married in March 2024 in Milwaukee, WI.

e Greige staff were communactive via email and we felt confident making our selection without tasting.
The cake turned out beautifully and tasted amazing. We selected a three-tier champagne cake with raspberry preserves and vanilla buttercream. We loved the look of the textured buttercream along with how it helped the florals pop. Thank you, Greige!
Working with Greige Pâtisserie was a wonderful experience.

for me, especially after the cake testing. They have unique and special flavors and were extremely helpful with their suggestions, which really added to our wedding. They also were easily able to accommodate when I added on an additional 6" round on the side after the RSVPs had come in.
Miranda and her team did a fantastic job bringing our cake concept to life. The top tier was Earl Gray cake, with citrus curd filing and Elderflower buttercream. The base was Chocolate, with raspberry preserves filing and Elderflower buttercream. The cake was decadent, a true celebration of taste, creativity, and it looked absolutely stunning with the florals left by our florist. Everyone loved it! In addition to the cake, our guests loved the mini desserts and macarons. We barely had any leftovers.
Look no further. Greige Pâtisserie is without a doubt the best in French bakery in the metro Milwaukee area. Miranda and her team create masterpieces that are nothing short of jaw dropping and stunning.
We love this place so much; I make the drive in from Pewaukee frequently just to pick up treats. I truly cannot recommend Greige enough!

on time to the right place despite a major local event being held at the wedding venue the same day as the wedding was taking place.
I couldn’t recommend this vendor more highly.
Also, the lemon-poppyseed cake is excellent.
I found Greige through having their macarons at my wedding dress appointment. We weren't even going to have cake at our wedding and their macarons alone changed my mind. They were ...
easy to work with, made a delicious cake, and made the cake look stunning with the florals left by our florist.
We love this place so much, we stop in frequently just to pick up treats and coffee. I truly cannot recommend Greige enough!
Amazing cake - beautiful and tasty! And wonderful folks to work with.

per ahead of time and they added the flowers from the florist when they delivered it so they really took care of it all. It tasted so good and we were so happy with the end result!
They made us a stunning cake. Everyone loved it and every single piece was eaten! Greige was super friendly and professional. Our cake tasting was a lot of fun and they were super ...
accommodating.
If I could give negative stars I would. I do not recommend because the quality and value were lacking based on what we received at our tasting. We were charged $125 for 10 cupcake...
s but were told before scheduling the tasting that we would receive 2 servings with leftovers boxed up. Based on the price we were charged and the fact that we would only be given 2 servings at our tasting, we thought we would be receiving 2 servings out of a full cake with those leftovers to be taken home. Since the two servings comprised of two cupcakes only and not part of a full cake, it is my opinion based on our tasting that maybe that's why it was lacking quality. But based off what we tasted, the cake was dry and coarse much like cornbread. The lemon flavor was totally absent. The chocolate ganache was the tiny amount of a pinky fingernail. They did not earn our business and did not offer an apology or remedy to make up for our experience.
Working with Greige for our wedding was seamless! It was great to have so many options and we were really listened to when we shared our vision. The desserts were beyond delicious ...

rts are!! They have really unique and special flavors and were very helpful with their suggestions, which really added to our wedding. They also were easily able to accommodate when we added a dozen vegan, gluten-free cupcakes to our order after our RSVPs had come in. Our guests LOVED our cupcake display, and the cake that we got for the wedding party was perfection. We barely had any leftovers! We also appreciated that they are a local, women-owned small business. You can’t go wrong with Greige!
