Therefore, I could not include all the names of the people who I wanted to invite on my my guest list without having to increase the price, even though they wouldn’t be getting their own invitation they’re just part of that family.

Click the link and the envelope would appear and the invitation would come out. There was also a place where you could ask for gift cards in lieu of gifts. They could also RSVP right there and send you messages all through the website. This took such a stressful load of me. I am so pleased with this need idea. I also got a 100% response rate because I could see who had opened, or not received the email and correct the issue quickly. There were no lost invitations or non respondents. If you go this route, it is a good idea to do a "save the date" to correct email information first before you send the real invitation. I also added a field to collect the phone numbers and addresses of the recipients. I used greenvelope.com for the bridal showers, rehearsal dinner and after party invitations also. People loved the convenience and raved about the outstanding design. If you are going to do an electronic invitation make sure to use all the capabilities of the service! You will love how convenient it is to track the rsvp's, entree choices & allergies. There is also a seating chart feature. Honestly, this saved me hours of planning. love the ability to add websites, registry, attire, etc right from the 'open invitation' landing page, and their RSVP tracking is super granular (you can track by event, make questions show up only to those that respond yes, send nudges to people who haven't opened your invite yet, etc). I also just like the user experience of viewing the card - you can customize down to the specific "stamps" on your envelope, and I like how it automatically opens for the user. My original wedding invitations, sent physically the first week of March 2020 (oops), were a labor of love and my favorite part of wedding planning. Now planning our rescheduled (smaller, vaccinated-only) wedding for this summer, I couldn't bare to replace them. I was so pleased to discover Greenvelope and to learn that for only $49, they were able to completely recreate my original invitation in a digital format. Nikki seamlessly integrated my custom envelope liner and monogram designs and matched the fonts and colors to a digital version, all within about an hour from purchase!
