I cannot recommend Kelsey Booth Photography enough! Kelsey was so much fun to work with from the start. Her photos are amazing, she’s so fun to be around and we loved trading stori...
es about our dogs. We live in WI and were planning a CO elopement, so Kelsey’s elopement guide was so useful. We used this guide to find our caterer, bakery, hair stylist & makeup artist and to plan our wedding day timeline. Kelsey helped to make our day everything we wanted it to be, she was so much fun and the photos turned out AMAZING. Once she sent the final gallery, we sat down with a glass of wine and were able to re-live the most wonderful day. I couldn’t believe how perfectly she captured everything. Thank you so much for being so awesome, Kelsey!
WOW, first off let me set the stage I'm a Kansas gal marrying a Coloradan. So like most future brides out there I didn't know where to start with vendors. I then took to trusty ole...
google and found a venue with the BEST views (because what else do you need from a mountain wedding?). From there I was able to find vendors who had worked with our venue. When I opened Kelsey's website I immediately read her info and felt like "YES, we're going to get along well". Other photographer's websites we felt like just another number, and this isn't to their fault because they were definitely talented, I just didn't feel that connection like I did when visiting Kelsey's website. She even met with us in person when we went to visit the venue, which solidified our decision. It is so important to feel like you can communicate with your wedding photographer. The day of your wedding is a whirlwind and Kelsey was able to pretty much read my mind. For example pictures she knew we wanted but I had forgotten (which is much easier to do than you think), she came up to us and said do you want x, y, z picture? Let me tell you that was so helpful. With that said, she was also photographing "behind the scenes" and we'd forget she was there. Honestly the perfect combo which is exactly what every bride wants (even if you don't know it yet).
Now that we had our photographer choosen, roughly 6 months prior to our event, COVID hit. For the most part we put our plans on hold and/or we "waited it out". Half proceeding as planned, half panicking we will have to make tough decisions in the future. Well turns out we ended up needing to cut our guest count by 75% (that's a whole other discussion but bottom line is, it was no one's fault and we understood). Kelsey was amazing leading up, answering our emails and calls helping with timelines whenever needed. AND most importantly making last minute changes 2 weeks prior. We had to piece together guest count and move puzzle pieces and Kelsey was 100% there to make it work for us. She gave us credits when we could no longer use the photo booth, no questions asked. Truly made the tough times (i.e. getting married during a pandemic) more seamless. ALSO, being from Kansas City we weren't able to make it out to Breck for an engagement session and she easily swapped it out for a photoshoot the week of the wedding. I would 2000% recommend her to anyone! And she does travel from all my KC folks!
Kelsey was literally our dream come true for our wedding and leading up to it. I cannot express enough how top notch she is.
She's professional, she's friendly, she's damn good a...
t her job, and she has actual customer service experience - she'll follow your instructions/guidelines and find better opportunities than you thought of, she'll tell you when she's on her way, she'll get along with your entire family, she'll tell you when you can expect sneak peek pics vs. the full onslaught and do so without you asking. She'll also steer you strategically with you and your event in mind first.
Her style is GOREGOUS. We wanted candid, we wanted casual, we wanted authentic and we didn't want ultra HD pictures - we wanted something timeless and atmospheric that really captured our day and she NAILED it.
You can't not love Kelsey, she's the most approachable, down to earth, funny, and warm person you could hope to have around you on your wedding day.

t wedding pictures is. I stumbled upon Kelsey online and after thoroughly stalking her photos and chatting with her over email, decided to book her. I could tell from the beginning of our conversations she was someone my fiancé and I would mesh well with. From our engagement photos to our wedding photos, everything turned out incredible. I love her style of photography. Not only that, but she was so great to work with on our wedding day. She followed our timeline without me ever having to worry about anything and she makes you feel so comfortable taking photos. I was worried about feeling awkward or “posed” during our pictures as I wanted to look natural and feel like they accurately depicted “us”. Kelsey made us feel like ourselves and that definitely comes through in our photos. She took so much stress off our shoulders on the big day because she knows what you need before you even do. LOOK NO FURTHER - this is your girl and you will not regret hiring her for your big day, engagement photos, etc.! Thanks for being awesome Kelsey!!!

locations set up as back up plans in case weather was not permitting. She took a lot off my mind, and was able to help me surprise my then girlfriend with a proposal in the snow! We had a blast, and her work speaks for itself! Incredible! Thanks Kelsey!

locations for our photos, they were extremely quick to respond leading up to the day and our wedding photos are overwhelmingly beautiful. They didn't miss a beat when the weather got dicey and that flexibility made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you for capturing so well!

hired both her and an assistant for our wedding day and it was perfect! Every picture looks so good and so many natural looking moments. We even changed our pictures plans last mintute because it was to cold to even stand outside a moment longer and she was totally okay with that and rolled with the flow. It was so great. Even our engagement pictures that we took with her we got so many compliments on. This girl is it! So amazing and total package!

us on a short notice and worked with all my requests. She was very real and personal with us, making us enjoy the time and feel relaxed. The pictures turned out way better than I could have every imagined, and we look forward to these keepsakes for years to come. Definitely worth the money. 10/10 recommend Kelsey Booth! She is AMAZING. Book her NOW.

she makes you feel at ease. She had great recommendations for locations to shoot in the area, and lots of ideas that helped us look natural in front of the camera. The end result of the photos were fantastic, worth every penny. I fell in love with the style Kelsey edits her photos, and got the same great result when we received our pictures. I would highly recommend her for weddings, elopements, and engagement photos!

short notice. I found Kelsey’s website and read about the first 2 lines of copy and knew I wanted her to shoot for us (and also maybe be my bestie…). She answered all of my 20,000 questions leading up to our date and helped us select a location/time that would be perfect for what we wanted in our photos. She was super flexible, even when we almost panicked and rescheduled due to weather. She gave us a whole slew of local suggestions for anything and everything we could ever need, And VERY IMPORTANT, she somehow made us, the two most awkward and camera shy humans ever, look ah-mazing in every single one of our pics. I have no idea how she does it folks, but there’s literally not ONE bad picture in our gallery. Usually, taking pictures for us is a painful experience, but we got done with our session and my husband looked at me and said “wow, that was actually really fun.” And that sums it up, if you want a photographer who’s going to make your day fun and lively and let you guys be you, Kelsey’s your girl. THANK YOU for capturing our special day in the most perfect way, we are so so SO happy you were there with us.
Everyone needs a Kelsey Booth on their wedding vendor list!

ast during our shoot. We came in from out of town and didn't have a specific location in mind, but Kelsey found us the perfect spot! We happened to come across some huge wind gusts at the top of the mountain we were on, but Kelsey knew exactly how to work with it. We will be forever grateful for the invaluable moments she captured for us! Thank you, Kelsey, from the bottom of our hearts! - <3 Paige + Eric

to hire to have our wedding portraits done out in Colorado. When I reached out to Kelsey she was quick to respond and very sweet, which made me feel even better about hiring her. She also knew her stuff when it came to what we were envisioning and the type of setting we wanted (we had no idea coming from Florida). When it came to the actual photoshoot, she let us pose naturally and be ourselves but also gave us some poses and told us when to lift our shoulders, which I liked a lot! I highly recommend Kelsey!! She captured this special moment in our lives so beautifully, we would love to shoot with her again if we ever get the chance! :)

ves in Denver CO, flew all the way out for our wedding! I couldn’t have asked for her to have done a better job. She’s easily able to fit herself into a group of people and make everyone feel at ease. We had so much fun with her! I knew Kelsey was good at what she does, but I was just completely blown away when I saw how the pictures turned out! I literally cried! She perfectly captured everything I wanted and I will be forever grateful to her every time I look at our wedding photos. I’m reminded that even though it was a stressful day, it was also the most beautiful, wonderful day of my life! Thank you so much Kelsey!

We can't wait to return to the place we got married and take family pictures with her one day! She's the BEST.....absolute BEST. Everyone we've shown the pictures to has just been amazed at how perfect the placement and setting was. They are truly perfection.

sey Booth Photography on the knot we were still living three states away, but she took time to talk me through what to expect from her as a photographer, and everything she said was spot on (e.g. what time to expect her at our venue, pricing, timing to receive our photos, how many photographers) We also did our engagement photos with Kelsey, which turned out beautiful! I had a tall request of wanting the aspens changing colors in our photos, which our photo session was a little late in the fall season for that, but she made it happen! She found the PERFECT spot to capture the feel I wanted. During our entire session she never once made us feel rushed or on a hard time line, instead she waited until we felt we had the poses and pictures we wanted. She kept all our pictures very natural and realistic to truly capture US! She is the best at capturing the cutest candid photos and she also worked great with our crazy little puppy! My husband was concerned our engagement session would feel awkward kissing and hugging in front of a stranger, he even admitted afterwards, it was the complete opposite! Kelsey made the whole session fun and comfortable! On wedding day Kelsey showed up exactly on time and was ready to work, she knew exactly what to do while I was busy getting hair and make-up done without me saying a word – A bride’s dream come true! She captured the whole day from getting ready, to the ceremony, the reception, and the dance seamlessly; again without me having to think twice about it, she just worked her magic in the background! The photos are perfect and working with Kelsey was enjoyable, we were laughing and giggling the whole time! Kelsey was very responsive to all my emails and listened to how I wanted the pictures to turn out. She was so great she’ll never be able to get rid of us, family photos next year?! YES!

st friend, the photos were the next important part of our day. As these gorgeous photos would be the only way of sharing our wedding with all our family and friends!
Kelsey not only captured our special moment, but she captured our hearts with her personality and hysterical sense of humor! She was able to put us all at ease as we walked the snowy path around the park! At one point, she was even up to her knees in the snow, just to get the right shot!
We feel we found a forever friend and can't wait to go back to CO to visit her!
