About this vendor
Gratz Films is a wedding film studio based in Scottsdale, Arizona, creating cinematic, story-driven films that allow couples to relive how their day felt.
Our approach is rooted in intention and impact. We believe a wedding film should do more than document, it should resonate. Each film is crafted to become a tangible memory, one you don’t just rewatch, but truly relive.
Led by founder and creative director Brian Gratz, our work is shaped by over a decade of experience in storytelling. Brian’s journey began as a combat cameraman in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed a calm, intentional approach to capturing real moments with honesty and purpose. That foundation continues to guide every film we create today.
At Gratz Films, we take the time to understand what matters most to you. Every wedding is different, and our goal is to reflect your story with clarity, emotion, and depth. We blend a documentary mindset with a cinematic eye, allowing moments to unfold naturally while shaping them into something visually striking and deeply personal.
We craft films that speak.
For the moment. For the feeling.
For the couple. And above all, films that speak for themselves.

We worked with Brian for our wedding in September and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. We were initially drawn to him because everything he creates feels ...
both cinematic and high quality, while also being very clearly specific to the individual couple. I really appreciated that he doesn't follow a "cookie cutter" approach in his editing and truly allows the personality of the couple to shine through. He also incorporated a ton of audio, which was something else that held a lot of importance to me.
Prior to our wedding, we had multiple phone calls with Brian, which gave us the opportunity to KNOW that we would be a good match. He outlined his workflow/creative process so we knew what to expect as far as day-of, as well as timeline for getting our video back post wedding. We also discussed the different package options offered, and what would be the best fit for us//our budget. We never felt upsold and personally felt it was a great value for what we received. We even ended up adding onto our package after the fact, which is a decision I don't regret for a second.
Working with him on the day of was fantastic. He was great energy, had fun and creative ideas and knew how to direct us and our bridal party to get the cool shots he needed efficiently. It felt fun, easy, and exciting and never felt overwhelming or forced. He and his second shooter incorporated themselves in our day in a way that was discreet and didn't distract from the moment, but simultaneously caught all the joy, love and action.
If you are looking for someone that will be a clear communicator, bring good energy to the most special day of your life, and deliver a video that is uniquely true to your love story, then Brian is your guy. was quick to respond from the time of inquiry through the wedding and beyond. Scott filmed our day and was very polite and easy to work with. Brian communicated details without needing to be reached out to which was really nice as things got hectic on and before the wedding day. Our video came out BEAUTIFULLY. Brian prioritized our ceremony and vows just like we requested. The footage is crisp and the video was put together really nicely. Before completing the video, we were asked for song recommendations to make sure the video fit our tastes. I’m so glad we got a videographer and we lucked out with Gratz Creative Management. We cannot express how grateful we are for the incredible work of Gratz Creative Management. We wholeheartedly recommend them.
I can't recommend Brian and his team enough. I didn't initially want a videographer, but my mom surprised me with Gratz Creative Management. I was nervous about having a camera in ...
front of me or being uncomfortable but it was the exact opposite. Brian's team was so amazing. 1 guy went with my husband and his guys and another sweet lady filmed me and my girls prior to the wedding.
I really can't say enough great things about Brian. He communicated every step of the way, made sure all my little request were met and went above and beyond. The video is something I will treasure forever. You can tell he puts a lot of time and effort into his work to make it perfect.
Thank you SO much Gratz Creative Management!!
Working with Brian on our wedding day was absolutely incredible! He was there the entire night and produced wedding footage we will always cherish.
My husband and I got married a...
t Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek on January 14th earlier this year. Brian worked with us to ensure that every special moment was captured, including our private vows and a fireworks entrance. He captured much more than just the memories, but truly captured the love we felt on that special day. We invested in the cinematic showpiece and HIGHLY recommend it— we ended up with a wedding teaser, full wedding video, and all of the behind the scenes footage of the day. There was not one dry eye watching all of the footage and we will forever be grateful we had Brian there!
Brian from Gratz was the best! Looking forward to working with your team again soon!
We're so thankful to have Brian at Gratz Creative as our videographer. He captured the precious moments, as well as the personal detail that definitely described our personalities...
. He was pretty polite and attentive throughout his filming process without interrupting our big day while he was still able to catch our sweetest moments.
How do you squeeze an entire night and wedding into about eight
minutes... One would have to ask Brian Gratz. What a superb job of
compiling our wedding video; Mitch and KayDee. ...
Covered the details,
left out nothing and made a memory that will last a lifetime.
Every moment of that day, compacted, truncated and expanded at the same
time. The toast of the Best Man and Matron of Honor, the first dance,
the mother/father dances and the couples response. What a reveal. The
first meet, the teary eyed bride and the arrival of the Beer Burro. The
walk down the aisle, the vows, the arrival of the wedding party and the
newlyweds exiting as a couple.
The dress hanging on the wall, a prelude to the happiness to follow, all
captured by Brian and his team. The compilation and ease of
distribution - stellar. The sound, the color and the detail of the
finished product; phenomenal.
Great job Brian and Gratz Creative Management, a work of art that will
be watched, referred to and watched again, over and over until the
"burros" come home. Thank you for making our big day a part of your day.

He is professional, punctual, communicative, patient, and literally just an absolute dream! Every time I interacted with him before, during, and after our wedding he made me smile, and I think that says a lot. have this to cherish always, I just had to get my husband on board. I came across Brian's page on The Knot and read all the wonderful reviews, looked at his amazing work and decided to reach out. He got back to me super fast and was so professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. All of our communication was great, we even had a phone call to chat about the day. It is hard booking things from afar, but Brian made it super easy. I love supporting veteran-owned businesses, as my husband is a veteran and my now son-in-law is heading into the Air Force so that made hiring Bratz Creative Management even better. Brian was a dream to work with from start to finish. He let us know how everything would go, what to expect and even showed us some of the work as he was shooting. He arrived early and stayed late to make sure we got everything he needed to make our video perfect. He has an amazing vision and his work is just wonderful. I am so thankful I decided to get the video and that I found Brian. When I previewed the wedding video it took me right back to the day of and it had me in tears all over again. If you are on the fence about getting a videographer, just do it and don't hesitate to hire Brian and his team!!
Brian was the best choice for our wedding video! I wasn't sure if I wanted in invest in a video, but I am SO glad I did. Brian helped me to build a package that reflected what was ...
most important to us, and even ended up sending us more than we asked for. It was a huge blessing to be able to see all of the events of the wedding day that I feel like I missed or that flew by too fast. He showed up to our venue for the rehearsal to meet us and get a feel for the area before creating the video, and maintained great communication throughout the process. We are so thankful for all of the footage we have.

Brian is amazing! In all of the overwhelm of videography options in the valley, we always returned to Brian's portfolio. From our first phone call we knew that he would be the ve...
ndor we went with. He took the time to review his services, answered all of our questions, and in the months between booking and our wedding, was always there for any follow up questions we had. He is an excellent communicator, clear about what his services are and he executes them above and beyond what we could have imagined. On our wedding day he arrived prepared and made us feel so comfortable. It wasn't long until we forgot that we were even being filmed, it was a great experience and we couldn't be happier with the stunning footage he captured. Thank you, Brian!
If you are looking for a videographer, please look no further. Brian and his team, Erin and Tina, are absolutely incredible beyond words. Brian is professional, communicative, crea...

We watched his new business boom within the course of a year and felt SO lucky we were able to book him when we did (he was one of the very first vendors we booked!). He allows for an easy, ever-flowing conversation to ensure he can bring your vision to life for your special day.
Erin and Tina filmed our big day and brought SO much more to the table than incredible footage (all of this was so natural & in the moment which we LOVED). They were SO much fun to work with from start to finish and their energy was such a great add to our wedding day!
The finished product has absolutely BLOWN us away beyond words. We are so thankful we decided to use Gratz Creative Management and we now have an incredible cinematic film to watch forever, show our children one day, and share with the loved ones who couldn't be there.

He worked well with my photographer and they coordinated well. He listened to what I wanted and also made suggestions for the video and shots we could take. He also was very polite about some special needs with a family member who is on the spectrum. The video takes a fair bit of time to create and I have to
say, it was 100% worth the wait time. Our video is absolutely perfect and so sweet. Our warmest thanks to Brian for the wonderful job he did with our micro wedding. The video is so special and we got to send it to everyone who could not attend and they loved it. Highly recommend A+.

He was able to capture the scenery of wedding venue in Sedona in every way I imagined including drone footage. His shots were stunning and beautiful to say the least. He brought the same skill and talent to capture our wedding moments. He did such an amazing job filming I even ask him for stills of the video so I could frame them.
He was also able to create a live stream of the wedding. Our family and friends that weren’t able to attend the wedding due to COVID were still able to watch it live. I can’t thank him enough for that as well!! It meant the world to our family and friends.
