Mark was an amazing DJ for our wedding on 10/10/26! He played all of the songs we put on our 'Favorites' list and kept the dance floor lively all night long. We had some pretty spe...
cific requests, and he accommodated all of them with ease. We really enjoyed the ambiance provided by the uplighting package, it was definitely a worthwhile investment! Mark was also really wonderful to work with, he kept clear communication with us during our whole contract period (which was quite long due to a 2 year+ engagement). His website makes choosing music, planning the ceremony, and organizing the reception very intuitive and organized, and really helped us during the busy wedding planning process. The sound systems, microphones, and other technical necessities went off without a hitch, and Mark made sure every part of our day from ceremony through reception went smoothly and transitioned seamlessly. We would very highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a DJ for their event.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark with Grapevine DJ! From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible and played such a huge part in making our wedding night every...
thing we had hoped for.
The music, lighting, energy, and the way he kept everything flowing throughout the night were perfect. He truly brought our vision for both our ceremony and reception to life. Everything felt seamless, and the atmosphere he created was exactly what we wanted.
What meant the most to me, though, was how attentive and reassuring Mark was throughout the entire night. His experience, knowledge, energy, and frequent check-ins were such a comfort, especially with everything that comes with a wedding day. There was so much happening behind the scenes, but Mark was one person I knew I never had to worry about. I knew he had everything under control, and that peace of mind was priceless.
He went above and beyond to make our night special, and we are so incredibly grateful we chose him to be part of our wedding. He wasn’t just our DJ—he genuinely became an important part of making our night so memorable.
If you are looking for a DJ who is professional, knowledgeable, energetic, attentive, and truly cares about making your event special, look no further than Mark and Grapevine DJ! We would recommend him to absolutely anyone and would choose him again in a heartbeat. ❤️

t have for your wedding and reception! Sunday evenings can be tricky to get people in the party/dancing spirit, but he kept our dancefloor packed until the very last minute!
He makes the planning process seamless, organized, and fun with his planning website and frequent check ins. He has great guidance towards putting together a full ceremony and reception of music perfect for you. Mark is quick to respond to questions and always has a helpful tip to share.
He also put together a thoughtful blog post and recap of the wedding that I cherish and have frequently looked back on to rewatch and read about the ceremony and reception. I cant recommend him enough!

call to check him out. He was so open and helpful in explaining how having a wedding with him works. He values good communication and attention to detail and encourages the use of his online planning use to get all the details right. He worked well with our planner to get the timeline exactly right and then executed it beautifully on wedding day. He set up sound in 3 spaces for us- ceremony site, cocktail hour site and reception ballroom and there were no problems. That’s because he has good equipment and a back up plan for every scenario. That brought us a lot of comfort. Having Mark as our DJ meant not worrying about anything that day. We had a packed dance floor all night and that was his goal and ours. Mark is an experienced and professional DJ who will ensure you have a great event!

t suite was so helpful in building lists for our requested songs. He made the planning process so seamless and simple! Our wedding day was an absolute blast. Not only did he help coordinate the transitions during the reception so beautifully, but he really did such an awesome job at getting people out on the dance floor and having fun. People at our wedding definitely had a blast on the dance floor and at the photo booth (which I HIGHLY recommend getting!) Mark even went above and beyond and projected a personalized monogram of our initials on the ceiling of our venue with lighting - it was very cool! He is the absolute best and are so grateful he helped to make our day so special!

hting to the mics for speeches, Mark made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. He even edited our first dance song to the exact length we wanted, and it was seamless—PERFECT!
He got every single person on the dance floor for the very first open dance song of the night and had our guests chanting “one more song!” at the end of the reception. Not to mention, he provided a photo booth that was an absolute hit!
He was kind, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Mark to EVERYONE needing a wedding DJ! We are so thankful he played a role in making our day everything we hoped it would be!
Mark was great to work with! He was very organized and made the planning process simple and easy. With his help our day went off without a hitch and we never left the dance floor!

ent of our big day. Mark showed up on our wedding day and was able to take care of everything without even needing to check in with either of us! If you want the dance floor at your wedding to give Vegas Vibes and everyone on the dance floor, Mark is your guy! The dance floor was the dance party of our dreams, so many of our friends can’t wait to book Mark when their special day comes around. Mark also captured videos for his blog during the ceremony, reception and made a cool video of our dance floor which was so fun to watch after the wedding! Thank you Mark for being apart of our special day!

ng requests, and even a few last minute changes we tossed his way. We used him for our ceremony as well as reception, which I highly recommend. His set up is sleek, he was extremely self-sufficient and he was a vendor I had total faith/trust in. ht going for our guests - and he delivered! We had nonstop dancing until the venue kicked us out.
Throughout the planning process Mark would send helpful reminder emails that kept us on track and made sure we were keeping up with not only items that he needed from us but other helpful planning tidbits too!
I think the best way to describe Mark's excellence is to say that before our ceremony, my mom was frantically looking for a sewing kit for my brother's shirt, and she ran into a nice tall man in the hallway who asked if she needed anything. My mom said a sewing kit, and this nice man comes back with one right away. She asks who he was and he said the DJ! Mark cares about the success of the entire day, not just the parts that he's included in. A man for others and knows how to create an excellent atmosphere!
Also the photo booth is to not be missed - what a highlight being able to have all of those pictures and videos after the wedding night.

th Mark we knew he was the one to hire for our indoor and outdoor wedding.
Leading up to our wedding, Mark equipped up with informative emails and our own portal that housed planning details, Q&A that went directly to Mark and payment history. We also had a final meeting with Mark where we discussed the day’s details and events.
On our wedding day, Mark served as DJ and MC for our ceremony and reception. During the wedding we received positive comments from our guests at how well of a job Mark was doing in reading the room, keeping the crowd engaged on the dance floor and for his overall professionalism.
By coincidence, our Photographer and Mark were familiar with each other from previous events. Our Photographer had only positive comments about Mark and said we had selected a “good one” for our wedding!
If you are on the fence, then let me make it easy for you, go with Mark. He is professional, responsive and truly does want you and your loved one to have the best wedding experience.

for how to have the reception you're envisioning! He has great suggestions and ideas for songs to play during the "events" at the reception, how to keep the party going and the dance floor hopping! Mark really helped us make the most of our reception and made everything so easy! His client portal is super helpful for pre-planning and made our final meeting with Mark two weeks before the wedding a breeze. Mark listened to everything we were hoping for and made it come to life. I didn't worry about anything, I knew Mark had it handled. We also used his uplighting and it really transformed the already nice space (CRG Event Center, Plainfield) and gave it that extra something to make the room really special. We can't thank Mark enough! We HIGHLY recommend him! He is truly amazing!

and highly recommend Mark for any occasion.
My son and his fiancé chose Mark as the DJ for their wedding reception because of his professionalism during the initial interview process. His experience is vast and his service ...
was worth every penny of his fee. He kept in touch periodically during the planning process and held a face-to-face meeting 2 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm that he understood the bride and groom's wishes re: reception schedule and flow. The day of the event, we arrived at the reception to beautiful music and Mark all set up and ready to go. He was a master at keeping the schedule moving and notifying our guests of key activities. Our guests had SOOO much fun, dancing to all the great music he provided. His uplighting was beautiful and made the venue glow. I strongly recommend his photo booth - our guests had a blast using it and we got access to all the fun pictures people took. It's a great way to document so many fun memories and friends who attended. At the end of the evening, Mark quietly went about tearing down his equipment and storing it. Can you find a cheaper DJ? Yes. But our experience showed that paying for a DJ as experienced as Mark was worth it. He made the reception worry-free and a huge success. People are still talking about how much fun they had. I can't recommend Mark enough.

He shared his expertise of best practices (dos and don'ts) and an online music portal where we shared our music preferences (also dos and don'ts). Mark was flexible, interactive, and prepared for all meetings and the wedding day! His social booth is also a must! Our guests loved this photo option, and Mark was able to personalize this social booth to add our special touch! Highly recommend Grapevine DJ's 5 star experience for your special day.

ultiple compliments. My parents, who complain about the music at every wedding, were raving. We did not make it easy for Mark. We had themed tables with musical releases for the buffet and Mark made sure it ran smoothly. I also wanted to include some Russian songs for my family, and it went over great. Mark uses a planning suite that links to Spotify so getting all of these songs together was easy. Bottom line, don’t hesitate, if you want an epic night of dancing, hire Mark.
Mark was a consumate professional, from the initial meeting, through the planning, to the big day itself. My guests were raving about the music and our dance floor was bumping from...

Our guests LOVED the photobooth Mark provided and the ease of which they could take and view the pictures. An excellent value we would recommend to anyone.
Mark's digital planning suite made song selection and reception planning a breeze.
Finally, I want to mention how flexible Mark was. We had a lot of last minute changes and Mark took it all in stride and made our night that much less stressful.
