We were incredibly pleased with Maria’s work as our day-of wedding coordinator. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm presence ensured everything ran smoothly from sta...
rt to finish. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about logistics. We highly recommend Maria to any couple seeking a capable and dependable coordinator.
During the months and days leading up to the wedding communication was great and I had no worries as the competence of their work. Since I only paid for day-of coordination I prepa...
red pictures, notes, schematics of the venue with placement of all decor and setup. This was shared with my coordinator, florist, and catering. Unfortunately, day-of there were numerous amounts of issues from not getting to the venue on time to meet the rental company as the point of contact, not printing out the schematics of set-up, the illusion that some notes weren't read ahead of time, as well as certain parts of the layout were not followed. I really loved my girl as a person and wasn't going to create a review at all, but my bridesmaids, mother and others close to the wedding urged me to speak up if not to share my experience for future brides. I tried to put my wedding on a platter for my girl to execute, but there were definitely issues even in that regard.
Maria was such a great find! She was punctual and organized for every meeting we had, but also patient with me even when I was indecisive and I left some decisions until the last p...
ossible moment. Although I only hired her as my day-of-coordinator, she gave me recommendations whenever I asked for them, she kept me on-track with my own planning at our month-before and week-before meetings, and she didn't charge an additional fee to be at my wedding rehearsal (how it should be, but other coordinators charge extra). Due to the weather being super hot and humid with scattered rain, plus lots of mosquitos, on the day of my wedding, we made some ad hoc changes to the schedule during my reception/dinner, and Maria was able to manage it all very calmly. I couldn't have done it without her, it would have been chaos without her. I would hire her again if I needed to. She's worth every dollar.
We loved having Maria help us plan our wedding. She was great!
