geable, endlessly friendly, and always prepared with multiple backup plans so we never had to worry about a thing. We had a complicated destination wedding, with a high guest count and multiple moving parts. Despite this, Ingrid never ceased to keep our wants at the forefront, helping us through our self doubt. There were times when it felt so overwhelming and we considered dropping certain parts of our dream wedding--Ingrid would have none of that, doing everything she could to make our dreams come true. delight to work with — her clear communication, detailed guidance, and professionalism made everything run so smoothly. The reception setup was stunning, and it was truly heartwarming to see the bride, groom, and guests enjoying and creating joyful memories with our photo booth. We’re so grateful to have been part of such a special day, and we’d love the opportunity to work with Ingrid again in the future!

am that traveled from California to Utah for our awesome bride and groom. Working with Ingrid was such a great experience. She handled all the travel logistics—flights, hotel, rental car for our vendor team which made everything so easy for us. We just had to show up! She was super organized, responsive, and truly went the extra mile - even checking in during the bride’s hair and makeup trial to make sure things were going smoothly. She made the whole weekend run seamlessly. That weekend, the weather started out brisk and cool, then it was beautiful and sunny, then cloudy and gray with torrential rain and double digit wind speeds. And then, it snowed. For a bunch of California girls, Ingrid was the reason why we were well prepared for it! If you’re planning a destination wedding or any special occasion, I highly recommend Ingrid and the Grand Entrance Affairs team. Top-tier communication and coordination. We can’t wait to work with her and her team again!

sh she was organized, super communicative, and so easy to work with. As this was a destination wedding for her team, there were definitely some unique Utah weather challenges including a surprise snowstorm on the wedding night, but Ingrid handled everything with so much grace. Her attention to detail and professionalism really showed in how smoothly everything came together despite the weather. She always had a backup plan ready and made sure we were all on the same page. I loved seeing all her options, MORE THE BETTER! The whole team on both sides stayed positive through all the last-minute changes, and she worked so well with everyone involved to make sure the day went perfectly. She is amazing at making sure the couple is happy and always going with their preference as much as possible. I’d 100% recommend Ingrid to any couple or vendor looking for someone who’s both incredibly talented and genuinely kind. Can’t wait to work with her again on future weddings!

of the most important aspects for us and can really make or break the experience. Ingrid and her team are phenominal to work with, and internally very organized. When looking for a planner, try to see how well they collaborate with other vendors. Highly recommend Ingrid and her team!

effortlessly with the vendors, and supported the couple every step of the way. Ingrid also brought in fresh new ideas that really brought the entire celebration home, making it feel unique and personal. Her organization and communication were unmatched, creating a truly seamless wedding day experience.

llent, at a reasonable price point, and it resulted in an absolutely perfect day. :) From the time Ingrid started working with us, she took a load off of our shoulders and we felt well taken care of. We are the type who like to be in control and plan everything ourselves, but we're so grateful that Ingrid brought her years of experience to ask us all the right questions and help us plan out the day-of timeline because we would have definitely gotten it wrong on our own. If there were any obstacles or things that went wrong on the wedding day, we were completely oblivious to it because her team handled it all without worrying us. They gave us just the right amount of attention to make us feel well taken care of while letting us enjoy each other's company and the company of our guests. We got MANY compliments from our guests about how professional and helpful the Grand Entrance Affairs team was. We heard their team was kind, respectful, quick, and professional. While they were never in the way, their team was somehow always there when needed. Their attention to detail, ability to work with so many vendors' personalities and communication styles, "I Can" attitude, and listening to us and working with us to bring our dream into fruition -- all of it was amazing. We had many unconventional ideas, and Ingrid was game for all of them. In the end, Ingrid and her team's tireless work resulted in a flawless wedding. We couldn't have imagined a better experience. Don't hesitate to book Grand Entrance Affairs for your wedding!

. Her warm and personable nature made it easy for us to trust her with one of the most important moments of our lives. On our wedding day, she truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She helped coordinate the ceremony seamlessly and made sure every detail was in place, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the moment. What stood out most was how she made the ceremony feel so personal and unique to us. It was clear she took the time to understand our relationship, and it felt like she was part of our journey. Thanks to her, our ceremony was heartfelt and unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant, and we’ll cherish the memories she helped create for us forever. resources to get our bride ready for the big day. Would absolutely love to work with Ingrid again if the opportunity ever arises!

n the day of the event, she was impeccably organized, handling any challenges that arose (if any) with such grace that I remained blissfully unaware of any issues. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with her again in the near future!

of it. She and her team made the final month and day go very smoothly. Her hard work allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. She is certainly worth the cost, and would recommend her to anyone! Thanks, Ingrid!

o reach out to all of our vendors and handled every communication seamlessly. There were so many details she thought of that I hadn’t even considered, and it made the entire planning process so much smoother. What truly stood out was her kindness and calm demeanor. No matter how stressful things got, she remained sweet and supportive, always making sure I felt confident and at ease. On the day of the wedding, she made excellent decisions regarding our decorations when I couldn’t and ensured everything went off without a hitch. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only professional but also genuinely cares about making your day special, Ingrid is the one. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help bring our dream wedding to life!

erfect. We used Ingrid for the month of our wedding. We booked all of our vendors beforehand, and Ingrid seamlessly took over from there. Thanks to her and her team, our wedding day and the month leading up to it was stress free. She is very organized, kind, supportive, helpful, flexible, and so easy and pleasant to work with. All of our friends/family and amazing vendors gave us the same feedback about working with her! We can’t thank and recommend Ingrid enough!

ommunicative, kind, and dedicated team. Cannot wait for another opportunity!

nal, and friendly. All aspects of the wedding went smoothly from my perspective. Based on my interactions with Ingrid, I would recommend her for others to work with for day of coordination and/or preparation/planning for a wedding.

ays. Would love to work with her again.

posit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

of her way to make sure that her staff as well as her clients have the utmost experience during an event. She is kind and thoughtful, yet stern when it comes to taking care of business, making sure that the visions for an event become a reality. Dealing with most people's thoughts and ideas can be challenging at times but Ingrid's ability to handle these things masterfully is a gift not many coordinators possess. She is a true joy to work alongside and experience. I look forward to seeing her continued success. Mandi

munications and trying to make everything smooth and easy. We looking forward to working with Ingrid again.

couple on time. The couple had not hired additional help and had friends who had volunteered to help. Ingrid skillfully directed the couple’s friends in decorating the venue and completing any necessary tasks. She did it all while smiling and having a great energy about her. I look forward to working with her again

o helpful and just made sure the day ran smoothly. Not only did she make sure the bride and groom were taken care of but also all the guest and staff! Now that's a remarkable Wedding Planner! Ingrid and her staff were so nice and fun! Ingrid even took some photos at the photobooth which I thought was really awesome! I'm looking forward to working with Ingrid an her staff again in October.

ll the details for the wedding. I would definitely recommend Ingrid to coordinate more of our events.

the entire day was stress free for everyone involved. As a wedding photographer I’ve worked with many planners and I would choose Ingrid again and again!!

ding, and especially on the big day itself.

Grand Entrance team stepped in about a month before the actual wedding and were very enjoyable to work with. Ingrid scheduled almost weekly meetings with us to ask us about our vision for the wedding and to keep us updated with everything. She handled the coordination of all the vendors, both of our venues, as well as our entire bridal party without breaking a sweat. My wife had done the majority of the planning but she was so relieved when Ingrid stepped in to take over, as she was handling things we hadn't even thought about! When the reception venue vendor was unresponsive and had my wife and I worried, Ingrid tracked him down and worked out all the details for us. On the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ingrid was there to tell us where to go, what to do, and to manage the entire bridal party. When one of our guests came to me with an issue, I just referred him to Ingrid and she took care of it like a champ! 5/5 stars, professional, responsive, friendly, and excellent service. Please read this review and do yourself a favor... hire Ingrid and the Grand Entrance Affairs team to coordinate your next event and I promise you won't regret it!

job making sure your big day is as stress-free and easy going as possible. Second, her work ethic, communication, and organizational skills are top notch. You can rest easy knowing that you are hiring the best in the business. She has years of experience under her belt, and it is proven in her craft. Her personality and charisma are just the cherry on top. I recommended her to friends and family and everyone I show her work to is always highly impressed. 11/10!

detail. When we ran into a roadblock with our band the week before the wedding she was able to find several other great options for us within 24 hours and all around just brought a wonderful sense of calm and organization to what could have been a very stressful day (especially with our 3 month old son). She handled everything with ease and was lovely to work with the entire way through. Beyond grateful to have had her as our coordinator and would recommend her without a doubt to anyone in the SoCal region. Thank you, Ingrid, for making our wedding dreams come true!!

professional, and attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand our love story and incorporated personal touches into the ceremony that made it truly memorable. The delivery was heartfelt and sincere, capturing the emotions of the day perfectly. She spoke with such grace and eloquence, making our vows feel even more special. Throughout the ceremony, she maintained a calm and reassuring presence, putting both my spouse and I at ease. Not only did she perform the role flawlessly, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and organization were truly impressive. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had such a fantastic officiant. She made our wedding ceremony a truly magical experience, and I would highly recommend her services to any couple looking for an officiant or planner who will go the extra mile. Thank you for making our special day so memorable!

gs we were unsure about, and helped us figure out how to fit in any nontraditional/unique aspects of our wedding into the timeline. On the day of the wedding, Ingrid and Emily were super helpful! They made sure to keep us on track with timing but even when we ran half an hour late on our first look Ingrid had baked in enough downtime and kept us on track the rest of the day that we even got to dancing early! The decor was set up flawlessly as well. So so grateful to Grand Entrance Affairs for helping to give us the most beautiful perfect wedding we could have asked for.

y gaps while finalizing lots of small details leading up to the event. She is fantastically organized and an amazing communicator - she followed up with reminders to vendors and handled any questions they had. On the day of the event, Ingrid was on top of everything and so attentive! I was able to be fully-present and truly enjoy the day knowing she would be able to make sure everything went smoothly. There were things that happened that I didn't even hear about until the next day, which is just a testament to her work ethic, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills. She handled everything flawlessly like the true professional she is. I am so grateful for all of her hard work and the love and passion she puts into her events. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone for their event planning needs.

he challenges and never-ending pandemic restriction changes, they helped us navigate our wedding through it all and did it with such grace and ease. I'm so glad I hired them to help. The madness of a wedding alone was enough to have one wanting to pull their hair out already. Not to mention adding the stress of being pregnant and dealing with all the COVID dilemma. 10/10 would recommend Ingrid and her team.
