I would not recommend this venue based on my experience. I chose it when they were having specials before opening, and it is the one regret I have from my entire wedding.
They ...do not honor everything in the contract and will say things are an upcharge, even simple things such as black linens that we confirmed were included before booking. They are very unorganized and have terrible communication. I had three different venue planners because they kept changing them, and each new one would say something was not included in our package. I constantly had to pull receipts to prove it was agreed upon or included in the contract.
I had to email them multiple times and often did not get a response until I emailed the owner. The owner has never worked with a wedding venue, and it was very clear in the service we received.
The day of my wedding, the venue smelled like bleach and the restrooms were disgusting and smelled SO bad. I called this out the day before during rehearsal and was told it would be fixed, but it was not. Then, on my wedding day, I asked the venue planner Zamantha for help with something, and she looked at me, said, “That’s not my problem,” and literally walked away.
They also had people taking photos and videos during our ceremony, and they ruined parts of our wedding footage by standing in the middle of the aisle during our vows and first kiss.
I left an honest review on a TikTok video that the owner asked for, and now I am blocked on social media. However, they continue to post and use our photos that we paid for.
You also have to pay for THEIR staff’s meals. Why am I paying for their meals when I am already paying for their services? I saw they waived this for another bride but charged us, so I am not sure why they are so inconsistent. I understand paying for vendors we personally chose, but why did I pay for a venue planner’s meal when she told me, “That’s not my problem,” and walked away when I asked for help?
I also do not recommend using any of their optional vendors. I contacted the exact same vendors directly, and their prices were much lower than what the venue was charging for the same people and services.
This may sound small, but they do not have anything at the venue, not even simple things like a Sharpie, scissors, paper, or a pen. If you book them, bring quite literally everything. I only had an emergency kit because my wedding planner had worked there before and warned me how unprepared they are.
I am truly not joking or exaggerating when I say wedding planning was an absolute nightmare because of this venue. I dreaded communicating with them, and toward the end I had my wedding planner handle everything because I was so defeated. It is sad when you cannot wait for your wedding to be over because of how the venue treats you. They should make the experience seamless and as easy as possible.
Unless you have a great wedding planner, an unlimited budget, and do not care about simple things like black linens being an upcharge, I do not recommend them.
One positive is their catering vendor, Brazilian Grill. They did an amazing job, and I would recommend choosing a different venue and booking them separately if possible.
Also, be aware that they offered free extra hours in the bridal suite to brides who left a positive review before their actual wedding, so take positive reviews without wedding photos with a grain of salt.
